Vanessa is wonderful. She has a very friendly attitude and made my daughter feel comfortable with each visit. She explained everything thoroughly and always made sure my daughter understood everything she needed to do to care for her braces. The staff is very friendly and we are very happy with the results.

Had great braces that were comfortable and easy to put on, I never spent too long in there if they could do anything about it. The staff is great and some of them were even like dental god-mothers (Vanessa was like the best imo, sorry, if you get Vanessa you are in good hands). Even when I was nervous they were able to help me through and when I was busy they were able to be quick while still being kind and gentle. I was hardly even sore after most appointments, do reccomend.

Excellent experience! Loved the way my teeth's turned out! I loved the treatment of all the staff! Specially Vanesa the time she always took to explain everything to me her kindness and professionalism was excellent she is the best! I will bring my son in for his braces because I loved everything about this office!

I got my braces off today and I couldn't be happier! I want to give a huge shoutout to Haley, I had my appointment with her today. She's great, very patient and kind. Her attention to detail is wonderful.she'll make a great ortho one day (: Also can't forget about Vanessa and Jess. I had a few appointments with them as well and they were both helpful, informative and friendly. Amy and Mairym at the front are the best, always so welcoming and kindhearted. I'm very grateful and happy. Beattie family orthodontist has a very strong and trustable team, I'd recommend them to anybody (:

This is the best place you could go to if you need braces or continuing a case! Dr Beattie is a true professional and he was amazing the whole time I was with them. Vanessa was awesome and she is super kind. The whole staff, in fact, are extremely warm and nice. Best decision I could've made is to continue my braces case here!

I came to Dr. Beattie after completing treatment at another orthodontic office that would no longer help me. Everyone that I've interacted with at Dr. Beattie's office is extremely nice. The front staff always makes me feel welcome. The orthodontic hygienists listens to my concerns and make sure my issues are addressed. So far I've seen two hygentist.
Both were great! During my most recent visit, I saw Vanessa and she couldn't have been more affable. She fixed my retainer and reassured me that I could return if I had any other problems. Dr. Beattie is an excellent orthodontist and has a great support team. I'm thankful to be a patient at his office.

Great overall experience at Dr. Beattie family Orthodontics. Very professional and friendly office staffs at front desk. They truly care about every patient and make you feel like a family. Vanessa is a skillful orthodontist assistant. She does a good job every time. Dr. Beattie with years of experience brings the best art and science of orthodontics into his practice.

Everything about this office is great! The office is always very clean and the entire staff is helpful and very welcoming. When my family members had their braces, the staff was always open to answering any questions that we had. The receptionist and Vanessa are especially awesome. The receptionist always greets you with a smile and Vanessa always tries to make sure that you are happy before you leave.

Not happy with their billing dept. a mistake on their part caused a $35 overdraft fee in my account. When I asked for a refund I was refused. Also, I requested that my auto draft be discontinued which they happily did but, when I asked if I could get a confirmation to make sure it was stopped I was told that they are not Macy's just a small family business and that I would have to take their word for it. Rude? Yes! Not happy with the service I received as a customer of Dr. Beattie.
