Alafaya Woods Family Dental

As usual "Your Oviedo Dentist" did not disappoint. I was seen right at my appointment time. This was after enjoying a nice cup of hot, delicious complimentary coffee and relaxing in one of their massage chairs while I enjoyed the free WiFi on my mobile device. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything and asked if I had any questions. They even walk you to the door on your way out and hold the door for you. They definitely get a 10+ for excellent customer service.

This dentist office isn't just your regular dentist office, they are the model that ALL dentists office should be. Everyone is extremely pleasant, especially the Dentist, and they actually care about you. My first visit I was asked many questions about myself to be able to cater to my experience with them every time I come. For example, they asked me when I come would I prefer stilled water, sparkling water or a hot drink such as tea or coffee.

Then they asked me would I also like a soft pillow or a warm lavender scented towel over my eyes or a chair massager. Like what dentist office does that?!?! 5 Goes to Oviedo Dentist. I'm gonna be a patient for life.

Hands down best dental experience I've had. The facility is next-level and the staff is super friendly and efficient. Very patient-centric practice and all the doctors are well-acquainted with the latest technologies and treatment modalities. Dr. Nguyen was amazing in helping me with a failed repair from a previous dental practice and setting me up with a much-needed bite splint. She even contacted me after the appointed to check in. I'll definitely be going back for all my future needs. Would 5/5 recommend to anyone seeking top-of-the-line care.

I really wanted to like Your Oviedo Dentist based on the other reviews from google and from personal reviews however I did not enjoy my experience. I felt as though the service was gimmicky. The x rays were the most painful I have have ever had. They had to retake the images several times as the hygienist kept missing. This was frustrating for me because it was very painful and I almost had to stop them.

It shows a lack of skill as my previous dentist had no trouble doing a full set of 18 x rays on me. The hygienist was brutal on my teeth and Since the cleaning my mouth has not felt right. I had never had anyone push and pull that hard before and it made me nervous. I would consider myself to have a higher pain tolerance. The doctor that came in was somewhat knowledgeable however I felt that she was trying to tell me I had problems that I don't simply to sell more products and services. Overall, everything looks really nice but I wonder if it's just a cover up for sub- par medical services (I work in health care so maybe I just have high standards). I'm not sure if I will be going back. They informed me the prices are going up in April- may be better to go somewhere else.

Every staff member is extremely nice. The dentists are all very talented and use modern technology to make the experience and results even better. There are massage chairs to use while you're waiting which is a bonus, and you can listen to music or watch Netflix during procedures. I had an emergency and they got me in really quickly to pull my tooth. I ended up getting an implant and they matched the color and shape so well that no one I've asked can tell which tooth is the fake one. 5/5 would recommend :

This was my first visit and I was a little nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at the welcome sign with my name on it as a new patient. I was put at ease from the moment I walked in. They offer a complimentary beverage bar and have massage chairs to relax in before your visit. They gave me a tour and a welcome gift bag with a card and nice insulated water bottle.

They also offer an area with complimentary lotion, chap stick and stress balls along with bottles of water. All of the staff were so friendly and made sure to answer all my questions. The dentist is wonderful, so sweet and thorough and made sure I understood all my options. I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office.

I had a great experience. When you walk in you receive a tour of the building & they have this cute sign outside welcoming all new patients. It had been some time since I had a cleaning so my hygienist was great about answering all of my questions, was super thorough, and I left feeling like my needs were met.

This was the best dentist experience I've ever had! They make everything feel so catered towards you and are very transparent about what they are doing for your teeth and the cost of your treatment. On top of that, I had a new patient appt and they were ready to go as soon as I walked in and showed me around their nice facility which is super clean and modern. They even have TVs with head sets for you while you have your cleaning. Such nice and welcoming staff, you have to check them out!

Always a pleasure to visit Your Oviedo Dentist. They are extremely efficiently, provide an exceptional A+ service and are the most respectful and accommodating staff you'll encounter. Their customer service is amazing. My son is autistic and they are so amazing with him he loves going to the dentist. Also, all appointments are right on time and you never have to wait a lot.

Love this dentist office. Hands down the nicest dental office I have ever been too. Karly my dental Hygienist was amazing. And the dentist himself gurgies was great. 10/10 recommend!
