Beverly joined the staff of Ackley Dental Group in 1982. She was born in New Jersey and lives in Homosassa. She enjoys volunteering within the community, serving as the Dental Director of the Crescent Community Clinic and is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of the Adventure Coast. She serves on the executive Board of the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce. She is a proud Mom of two adorable Miniature Schnauzers Darby and Murphy and enjoys traveling. Jamie was born in Ohio and moved to Florida in 1982.
Dr. Ackley is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, and International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He also serves as the chairperson of the Peer Review Committee for West Coast Dental in Hernando County. In addition, Dr. Ackley has been inducted into the International College of Dentists.

So far a great experience! My first visit went well, staff are extremely friendly, from speaking with Jamie on the phone, to Brittney and Dr. Amy Ackley, and Alexandria at check out, all have been amazing. I was looking for a new dentist because my dentist retired. I did not like the dentist that physically took over my retired dentist's practice. I called Ackley Dental and requested that I see Dr. Kelly Ackley on a good friends recommendation. I was pleased with all of the bright and cheery office staff. Dr. Kelly examined my teeth and told me that I did not need a root canal or 3 or 4 fillings like the other dentist said I needed. Yea! That made my day. I recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone who needs a good dentist.

Dr. Ackley and his staff are the best. They always fit me in when needed, and are the most pleasant group of people. I have visited several other dentists because of insurance restrictions. 95% of the time I went back to Ackley dental even though I had to pay out of pocket. I have an exaggerated fear of dentists and they always take the time to relax my nerves. I have never felt any pain after a procedure which is very important to me. I will always choose to come back here.

Ackley Dental is a happy place. The flow of patients and procedures seems to be efficient and pleasant and I am more than confident that professionally they are equipped for any dental problems that might come up. But to me one of the best parts of Ackley Dental is the people who work there. From the reception desk to the dentist chair to the checkout desk everyone is friendly and upbeat and professional and welcoming. Whenever I come I feel like I'm visiting family. (Truly!)

I'm so impressed by the entire office overall. I checked out their website and was impressed by some of their treatment options. When I had to have a tooth extracted, I opted to have the additional plasma treatment to help the bone regrow for the best possible success on my implant. Was surprised to have such an advanced treatment in a small town. Their commitment to the most current treatments shows the high level of care they provide their patients. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. The hygienist and the dentist explained everything so well. I had no hesitation to make another appointment. It's clear that everyone here likes their job and that is passed on to the patients in niceness and respect.! I'm so glad I found Ackley Dental.

I usually have dentist Ackley himself. He was not in today and I needed my crown put back on. I had dentist Wise-Scheuermann She was very pleasant and explained everything to me. They also gave me a written estimate on a new crown should this temporary one break. Every single person in that office is pleasant and respectable and most know me by name. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work done!

Definitely a great experience not that I like going to the dentist. The staff is great, very professional, my wait time was only a couple minutes. Tia, my hygienist explained all she was doing and was very gentle. The dentist (not sure of her name masks grr) came in and did an exam as well. Overall outstanding highly recommend.

From the time I entered the waiting room until I was checked out, I was met with friendly, caring, professional staff. Dr. Scheuermann and Sabrina were very competent and quickly diagnosed my issues. I was an emergency patient and they were able to work me in between their scheduled patients and start my treatment. Being a retired dental hygienist from an office that prided itself on excellent patient care, I am happy to report that Ackley Dental Group is just as excellent!
I had a follow up appointment on Friday, 2/18/22, to receive my permanent fixed bridge. Happy to report, it fit perfectly and looks beautiful! Will definitely be returning for any and all dental needs in the future.
