Good work performed by Kristie, but lots of delays and moving/canceling appointments thus affecting our schedules a lot. The front desk, especially Aimee and Benee- need to re-think how they talk to patients and how pushy they can be. They need to step back and relax a little as well as start respecting patients more, especially Aimee. The doctor might want to re-evaluate the lab he works with- extremely slow- 3 months delay for us, and especially his front desk staff.

I've known Dr. Minnoch and his team for over 15 years now and I'm honored to not only be a patient of his but to also work for him and his team. We are like family here and we look forward to taking care of you the same way!

Great dentist, great team. Everyone is always smiling and trying to make the best experience they can. I always was very anxious every time I had to go to the dentist but they always put me at ease, being very careful so I am not in any pain. I really recommend them.

I had a tooth break off at the gum line and Dr Loving said that the best long term treatment would be to have a root canal done so a post could be placed to build the tooth up. Afterward, she and Kristie made a PERFECT crown. It was made and seated in about an hour and I couldn't be happier. My bite feels so good and my night guard fits perfectly. What a team! Highly recommend!

Have been going to this dentist for 4 years and recommended it to friends, even after we've moved to Seattle, still came to Bellevue for our dentist appointments. In my last cleaning, the technician broke my retainer wire. it was a very much "he said she said" situation since I noticed it when she flossed right through but she claims it couldn't have been from her tartar scraping, which was done pretty aggressively where the retainer was. Anyhow, Dr. Minnoch came and saw it, said don't worry, we'll take care of it.

Fast forward two weeks, another Dentist at the clinic replaced the retainer wire and I get charged for $662 for the retainer, $775 for the left and $890 for the right "filling" to attach the wire to. I called the front office to ask about these charges, she said she would have to get back to me and hurriedly hung up. Two days later, still not hearing back, I called again, and she has completely forgotten with no intention of ever calling me.

The response was since it was done by another dentist, Dr. Minnoch cannot waive anything even though it's his practice. I paid off my balance and proceeded to cancel all my and my husband's future appointments. Not worth the troubles, especially after my last filling that caused my lower left tooth to be sensitive to chewing anything for 2.5 months after. Good bye after 4 years!

Highly recommend. Our family has been seeing Dr Minnoch for the past 9 years. Not only is he an excellent dentist, but he has wonderful staff working with him which make visiting the dentist as relaxing as possible. I've always had really great hygienists who are friendly & gentle when cleaning my teeth. I have really sensitive gums & they always give great advice on caring for them.

I have been coming to see Dr. Minnoch for at least 10 years now. I had horrible dental anxiety coming in at the start. Through his and his team's patience and understanding I can comfortably get dental care now. They are warm, friendly and fantastic at what they do. Holly at the front desk knows everything and is extremely helpful. Holly the hygienist is the absolute best! I have never had a better cleaning than with her. Go get some clean teeth!

My husband and I have been coming here for years now, so it was about time I left them a review. You aren't likely to find a better Dentist ever in another state. They are seriously amazing. Had an awfully impacted wisdom tooth a few years back and they called to check on me every day. Holly has been so kind to us over the years and same with Dr. Minnoch. He is so good at his job that we constantly have friends thanking us for referring him.

I have been seeing Dr. Minnoch for over a decade. He is hands-down the best dentist I have seen in a very long time. He and his staff have been friendly, affable and easy to talk to. Any problem I have had with teeth or billing is always resolved quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend using Bellevue Dental Care, and I frequently recommend them to friends and family as well.

I have had fillings, regular cleanings, some emergency work and even a fitted sports mouthguard. All have been easy and well worth the drive from Seattle to an office that makes an otherwise stressful experience great.

I never thought I would be writing a good review about a dentist. I've always hated dentist's visits, but not anymore! This place is amazing, the staff is very professional and friendly. Colleen is just AMAZING, you can trust that she'll do whatever it takes to make you feel better, plus she's very friendly and approachable. She did only 1 deep cleaning on me, showed me how to properly take care of my teeth and I could feel the difference immediately. Looking forward to more follow ups with her. I also had 4 teeth fillings by Dr. Eric and I'm very pleased. Would definitely recommend this place!

Today was my first cleaning I had here and my experience was wonderful! Dentist appointments are not my favorite so to have such a nice, genuine team, made my experience that much better. Cheryl did an amazing job, keeping me calm, relaxed and comfortable. Because of her and the rest of the team, I won't be so hesitant going to the dentist! This is by far the best place I have gone to in comparison to other dental offices I have been to. If you are looking for a new place, this is the place!
