Never again! After being a long time loyal customer I had a terrible experience with Dr. Pham that was a 6 week nightmare of missed diagnosis and constant abuse financially, he offered discounts after bungling my procedures and my insurance not covering any more of it. Had he listened to my initial complaints of pain he would of saved me money and discomfort.

He installed a dual crown over two teeth that I complained were in severe pain, he said his x-rays and evaluation showed no problems, after 2 weeks with the crown the pain was so intense even pain killers were useless, he drilled through the new crown and told me I needed a root canal, then 2 weeks later same problem with the other tooth, he now tells me another root canal, now I have a crown with two holes filled in, and some discomfort still, I am visiting another dentist to see what remedy I have, I felt like not paying the 2800 dollar bill but I am very responsible and paid in full. Dr. Pham is very personable but the greed and misjududment is not acceptable.

After many years I find that they provide an efficient, pleasant and professional experience.

Dr. Phang is an amazing dental surgeon. I recently had 2 teeth extracted. After the surgery, I had no severe pain. His technique was magical. 4 weeks later thr gums are already growing back nice and smooth. PR Dentist is a class act

I love Dr. Phang and his staff. Everyone is so sweet, patient, and accommodating, they go about and beyond to accommodate your needs. The office is spectacularly clean. My family and I have been Dr. Phang's Patients since 2012.

Great Dentist I was very sceptical @ first. Due having a Dentist already. But he wasn't available for me for 4 days. And I had an emergency. Dr. Phan D.D.S was fantasti. No pain. Very attentive to my needs And very reassuring. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

The office is run efficiently and the staff have always accommodated my needs. The hygienists are excellent and Dr. Phan listens, is gentle, and caring.

After I had a crown done in "six" weeks by previous dentist in the valley. Finally, I found a real Dentist, Dr. Phan of Porter Ranch Dental Studio. The studio is super clean with latest equipment. The importance points are 1. Friendly staff. 2. Cleaning methodology. 3. Detail explanation to patient from Dr. Phan. Dr. Phan found 7 teeth that need to be fixed. (Five out of seven, I asked my previous dentist to fix. She gave all kinds of explanation that did not make any sense) Dr. Phan, thank you for the wonderful quality of services.

Both my wife and I highly recommend this office. Staff is great. I saw a post that was very negative, very strange, I wonder what the issue is, if any. Please tells us why you made this post. Be Specific!

Another bad experience with supplementary surprise bills. I do understand that I am responsible as a consumer to stay up-to-date with insurance coverages, etc. however, billing me up front and then billing the insurance is not okay. I also understand that the fees presented during consultation are estimates, which is the reason why billing the insurance and then collecting the difference after confirming coverages-- is the correct procedure.

Bottom line: You can charge whatever you want for your services, again, I guess I understand that now after learning the hard way. But, $100 for an antibiotic that only costs $5-10 at other facilities is just wrong! No, thank you!

They clean your teeth very clean. The office looks luxury. The front desk will show you step by step when you came in. Dentist hilarious, help patients careful. Awesome service.

I had a wonderful experience at Porter Ranch Dental Studio. I was warmly greeted by the receptionists upon entry and taken care of in a timely manner. Brittany in particular was very helpful to me in getting me set up into their system with my info and insurance. I originally only went in for a consultation for gum contouring. But to my surprise they offered to do the contouring procedure right there on the spot after the consultation was completed so that I didn't have to make another appointment.

My insurance covered 40% of the costs so I gladly accepted their offer. Dr. Pham was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment procedure. I was treated with warmth and care, and I truly felt it was important to him to make sure I was satisfied with the results. He asked me for my feedback before he completed the procedure to make sure I was happy with how it looked and offered to make more adjustments as per my request.

I truly appreciated this. The dental nurse who assisted him was also very warm and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with my results and feel like a new woman! :) I just got my braces off ( had them for 2 years)about a week and half prior but I knew getting the gum contouring was what would take my smile to the next level. And it is truly money well spent. I would do it over again in a heartbeat. I am so pleased with my results. Thank you Dr. Pham, Brittanty, and the dental studio team! :)

Dr Pham is a very good dentist! I have been here several times and always like the atmostphere at this office. (Except one time, a young hygenist treated me like a kid and had no sense of humor. Well, maybe it was tough at first for beginners to look in people's mouths for hours and say "I love my job".) Recently my tooth was aching on and off.

I had gone to 2 different dentists, one said I needed a root canal, one said I needed to remove it. Until I came to dr Pham, he found out that I had sinus infection. So after finishing my antibiotics, I'm so happy that the toothache is gone and I can enjoy my food again. Also, he noticed that I had TMJ and recommended a night guard. I have been to more than ten dental offices since I was a kid, and no one ever noticed that.

I even brought it up once but received no answer, and I never knew what to do. I'm so glad that I came here this time. Otherwise, no one would tell me and I might end up with more serious problems later on.

Looking for a new dentist, look no further. My family and I have been coming to Dr. Phan's office for two years now and can not be happier with the professionalism that Dr. Phan and his team offer. Just last week I chipped a tooth, and Dr. Phan was able to repair and blend my tooth back to normal, you can't even notice the difference. If you want to be in good hands visit Dr. Phan!

Be aware of this shady practice! I had been a loyal patient for YEARS! But with my previous doctor at this practice, Dr. Applefield, I was always told pricing before anything was done. Occasionally I'd have to pay a little over what the insurance covered. Well apparently things have changed since Dr. Applefield left. Over a year ago I went in to have a little chip filled in (as I had many times before). Dr. Pham says oh let's do this and that to add a little more binding because HE didn't like the way my teeth looked.

He had been trying to talk me into veneers for years. He never indicated that any of this would cost more than filling the chip or that my insurance would not cover it! Meanwhile I have gone back twice for cleanings and have never been told I had a balance that needed to be paid. A few months back they called to get my correct address because they had some return mail.

I jokingly said oh I hope not a bill. The lady said nothing. If I owed you money wouldn't you say, "yes you have a past due balance" to give me the opportunity to pay it in payments? Nope SILENCE! All of a sudden I get a threatening letter the first contact I have EVER received regarding me owing them money. The letter says I owe $560! For a little bonding, not even to fill a cavity! NEVER AGAIN!

You lost a loyal client with this one. Not the way a business should run. I will be reporting to the Better Buisness Bureau as well! But the checks in the mail so hope your happy!

I wanted to get the dental implant done about 5 years ago but keep postponing it, because I am afraid of getting hurt. Recently I bumped into an old friend. He referred me to this dentist. Wow. It's amazing! He did such an excellent job. It did not hurt at all. I am going to refer my brother to this dentist too!

First time, and not going to be my last time coming here for dental visits. The dentist here dr. pham is the best. I would recommend coming here at all costs. He accomodates you as much as he can. I haven't met that many great dentists before I had met dr. pham. I highly recommend anyone who wants to dental work to come here first!

Worst experience with Dental Administration I've ever had. Was given a gift certificate by an existing patient to try out their offices, so I made an appointment and told them I was only able to afford a cleaning. Nothing else. I was then told to consider X-rays, I said I could not afford it, but that I would consider. When I arrived, I was told that I had no choice but to do an exam. When I reminded them I was unable to do so, they shrugged their shoulders and did nothing to accommodate. Oh, well. Lost a patient!

I highly recommend coming here. I've always been scared of the dentist as a child, but coming here has changed my view point on the dentist. My cavities were filled here and I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled today. Going to continue to come here everyone is so nice it doesn't even feel like your at the dentist. They do AMAZING work!:

The BEST in The West Coast! We moved from New York and we were afraid to have to leave our dentist, in the beginning we used to fly back, but it was to expensive. After trying different dentist we came across Dr. Phang, he and his staff are wonderful, my 8 year old son loves this office. They are very professional and exceptionally clean.

The building is great and the receptionist were pleasant and helpful. $1500 for a crown that I want my money back on. Good luck I know. I went back 4 times as the crown was way too high. the 4th time he hurt me trying to file the crown down. I went to another dentist and he said the margins don't fit. I would like to know where to file a complaint.

It seems awful that I have to dish out more $$$ to have it done properly. It seems dentist should be held accountable. I asked what company made the tooth and was told the dentist did in porter ranch office.?

Great dentist and professional staff. As a patient I am always treated with respect and care. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. Very professional and ALWAYS on time. Never waited more than 5 minutes! Great place for dental care!

I don't like going to the dentist, and find myself turn a bit surly as I enter the building. No one here seems to mind, and I really, really appreciate that. Had to have some cavities re-done. Right before Dr. Phan was ready to work I looked at him and said "this sucks!" He just smiled and efficiently, painlessly, fixed my teeth. He has thusly won my hard-earned respect and admiration. I've had my teeth cleaned here twice now. I'll keep coming back. Thank you to the kind people of Porter Ranch Dental Studio.

Enhances my bright smile I was due, It's time for my six months check up. Nouchee my hygienist took me right in, got me in a chair, turn to some show on TV, and we had a Little chat before Nouchee pry open my jaw. Sounds bad but it's such a pleasant experience. She gentle scrape, brush, floss, rinse, and sent me off my merry way. Dr. Phan came in afterward and check my teeth are still in good health, and surely it is! Thanks guys for another awesome experience. See you in six more months, please remind me!
