We value your time. You will be pleased to find that we will generally see you right at the appointed time. We will make every effort to complete your treatment in as few visits as possible. In order for us to be efficient with the time that we have reserved for you, we would ask that you also be prompt and always give 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment so that other patients on our waiting list may be served. Please let us know if you cannot attend an appointment as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment to another patient.

Your very first appointment may take a little longer as we want to spend a little time getting to know you and your mouth. We will also ask you to complete a medical questionnaire as your general health may affect the dental treatment you receive. You will spend around half an hour with your dentist who may want to take digital radiographs (x-rays) to check what's going on behind the scenes such as hidden decay or bone loss that has resulted from gum disease.But please be reassured - at West Hills Dental Group, we have invested in advanced digital technology so our patients are exposed to a minimal amount of radiation.
