I don't recommend this office to anyone who values response time, customer care and reasonable price. My mom needed to get one tooth extracted and this office is in her insurance network. She was seen by Dr. Eric. They took X-ray and quoted us $1600+ out of our own pocket for extracting one tooth because my mom's HMO insurance doesn't cover some bone material.

We were shocked and decided to get another quote. This office charged $25 for emailing me one X-ray picture and it took them 2 days to email me. I specifically told them that my mom was in pain and would like to get the X-ray as soon as possible. All the other dental offices usually forward X-ray pictures right away at no cost. My mom later got her tooth extracted with excellent care for less than half of the cost at Dr. Lin's office in San Jose, who has over 25 years of experience and is not even in her HMO insurance network.

I'm angry that Accu Dental charges so much with so little to give. People with HMOs usually make less money than people with PPOs. You shouldn't take advantage of people in need of help. Like other 550,000+ In Home Supportive Services providers in California, my mom makes less than $20 an hour. If I didn't have the time to help her that day she visited the office, she would have spent over $1600 out of her own pocket because this is the only in-network office that provides complicated tooth extraction service close to us. If you have an HMO plan, please don't feel you have to use the service here, you might save $$$ by getting quotes from out of network dentists, and with better care.

I don't usually write negative review about any business, but this place Is all about lie and disrespect. The front desk not realizing they are dealing with customer and customer service not makes any sense for them. They took a scan and after that they took a full photo of me for $ 350 and told me to pay for the scan they also charged my insurance.

Doctor mentioned tooth costs $ 2,400, which only your insurance company will pay $ 200, and I need to pay $ 2,000. Doctor mentioned I need to do it immediately otherwise it will get infection, they really freaked me out and thanks god I didn't do it same day to get second opinion. Anyway, when I asked them to give me a tooth scan, they told me that they will email me.

But no email received from them. The next day, I called them and asked them I still didn't receive any email and they said the file is big and I should go back to their office and give them USB. I drove 45 min to theirs office to give them USB to get my scan and again front desk said we can not give today, give us four days to download the file for you.

After 4 days, I went back to the office and went to the oral and maxillofacial surgeon. I saw that the usb was empty and I had to called them and informed no file on USB. In the meantime second doctor I got consultation told me that they do not need to scan the entire mouth and they should not have charged you $350, My doctor said that only these people could scan a specific point of need and not charge you all that, and at the same time, there is nothing at the root in my mouth and I do not have to pay $ 2,000 at all.

I returned back to their office again and finally gave me my scan copy on USB. They have scammed me and wanted to grab money for nothing they are playing with peoples health, mouth, teeth and giving stress. I want to file a complaint with the dental board. Do not go to this place

One star because they don't allow zero. They billed me twice for one item and refused to refund until my insurance intervened. They told me my xrays would be free. Didn't sound right so I called the insurance people; not free. They billed me for what was supposed to be a free consult. It took over 6 months to get my mouthpiece (which they said was "lost" and they couldn't order another one).

They improperly repaired a small cavity resulting in my needing a root canal and crown (at a different dentist). ALWAYS a different dentist = no personal history, vague records, and different opinions. DO NOT GO HERE! They are all about the money, not their patients health,

Awesome dental clinic, been with them for over a year. Got a crown and a root canal from them, I have no complaints and no issues. I'm actually pretty sad I'm moving to another city. From front desk to the dentists/doctors, they get the job done. Very kind people work there and a very clean office. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Lily and her team were very nice and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure and explained everything thoroughly. I'm happy to have came here. I will definitely recommend them to others.

This place was easy to get an appointment, staff were all helpful. I love this place already and look forward to my continued care. I was able to get care and fillings done with two appointments. I also had some concerns with after care and all answers were provided. I had an emergency visit needed, they were able to have me come in ASAP and provided care.

I can't believe some of the reviews for this office. I read most of them & I have to say, I would just have to take it in with a grain of salt. I've had great experiences going to ACCU Dental for the past 4 years. The staff & doctors are very friendly & professional. At my recent visit, Dr Lily & Thanh had recommended that I needed a deeper cleaning.

They took pictures of my teeth & gums & I was a bit embarrassed. Honestly, I haven't really been flossing as much as I needed to & it clearly shows that I've neglected my gums & teeth. I bring my kids here every 6 months & the staff here gives me constant reminders. I'm very happy and pleased with the service here & I've referred most of my friends & family.

Each appointment I have here the staff is absolutely helpful and provide great customer service. From all the procedures I've had the dentists know how to take good care of you and they are all very professional. I definitely recommend this place to my family and friends

In general, they are ok. For basic things, they are fine. Very friendly. I went in for pain for an infected tooth in October/November 2021. They gave me antibiotics and fixed that problem. They suggested I talk to a specialist for extraction and/or root canal. The specialist who is only there a few days per month, said I needed to extract it now because if the infection was to hit a vein, I would be numb all the time.

I didn't appreciate the pressure to do it now, right then. It was $2,500 to extract two bottom back teeth. He wanted me to pay that upfront right then for my safety so it won't hit my vein. I got a 2nd opinion from Dr. Jog of Silicon Valley Dental. Not fancy with new equipment. Good old fashioned great and honest dentistry. They referred me Silicon Valley OMS with Dr. Jeworski.

He showed me a full x-ray and showed me that my vein was far from the infection and that I had enough bone mass to not be concerned. I only extracted one and it only costed $300 out of pocket the rest they billed my DHMO plan. The root canal was only $200. I hate being pressured into a solution because they want to take advantage of me and use fear to get procedures completed.

I'm glad I didn't go give them my business. They have to earn it by respecting me and giving me someone to trust. Again, the basic dental was fine. Very friendly. But the specialist and the pressure they all give you to commit to their specialty service, not pleasant at all. Also, too bad they tried to cheat me with me having to pay a large portion of my bill.

Hope this review was helpful. Please do your own research. But feel free to contact the offices I mention here. Disclaimer: I'm not related to anyone I suggest. I'm only a patient. Lastly, Dr. Jeworski's office is chaotic. Such a bad trait, but the service is superb.

I had a pretty poor experience at this clinic. Was a patient a few years back (when they were at homestead av) and got done around 5 or so RCTs and multiple cleanings. The quality of RCTs were ok, except for one that I had to completely get redone a few months later elsewhere because it had started giving me an acute pain on my gums beneath the crown.

The doctors were pleasant and friendly. My main issue was the greed displayed by the manager (She was not a doctor or the receptionist, and I forget her name). The themes of my meetings with her surrounded around how to utilize one's insurance money completely and, not what the patient needs or what's best for the patient. I would say I witnessed very bad ethics in practice.

I was also told early on that for the number of RCTs I would be getting done there, I would be given some discount on my out of pocket. She went back on that as well after I had progressed enough with the treatment and had already given them ample business. I would say there are better clinics in the area that are less greedy, and perhaps you should try them.

I had a horrible experience with Accu Dental. I saw three different dentists there in one year. They all had different opinions. One dentist said he couldn't see while he was installing my crown. One thing Accu Dental is good at is getting paid. Their focus is on making money, not patient care.

Drive from Santa Cruz to this location. Cleanups and dental advise are on point. Recommended this location to anyone looking for a solid dentist.

The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable! During your first visit they will provide you a customized treatment plan, which will help you understand what dental work will be required. I didn't feel pressured into any major work and they helped me prioritize certain procedures so it worked with my budget. It's also pretty easy to get an appointment and they offer an online booking system!

The hygienist will inspire you to adopt better brushing habits because she is super passionate about dental hygiene. She recommended great products that I've been using and loving! Great experience all around!

This office is amazing, not only were Lynn and Crystal super nice and friendly they helped me find a solution for paying for my treatment. I applied for Sunbit and it took seconds to get approved, no paperwork! They scanned my ID and I was approved. Thanks ladies for looking out for me!

I've been coming here for 3 years now. The hygienists are always so nice and don't make you feel ashamed. The dentists are all so kind as well. My last visit I saw Dr. Mary. She's so charismatic and professional. They are working on my kids as well and my kids also had a great experience. I highly recommend this practice. From the receptionist, office manager and everyone, you can tell clearly this is a team effort and team environment. They set the bar high for all dental practices.

Appreciate the staff's kindness and communication. Such a relief to have an all women hygienist/dentist staff. Reading through the long list of reviews, it is clear that there is some history here with this particular office. My take is that there is a core of quality staff who know what they are doing. There is also an obvious effort to improve the overall experience of patients. I was treated with understanding and care and had the most relaxing dental procedure that I have ever had.

I don't like how this place don't respect appointments, if the appointment is set for a date respect it. a month later I'm there for my appointment with the specialist they said they cancel my app because the " assistants" called in sick I didn't have an app with the dental assistant I was there see specialist but thank you for the time never again will be there! I enjoyed my time getting my teeth clean by LIZ but never again going to this place!

If I could give it a zero I would. First time I was here I was charged 80 for a cleaning was told they didn't have time and they would do the other half with the next appoinment. Then they kept pushing my appoinment and I moved it once cuz apperently they're so busy. Come in today and was told I'm getting charge the remainder of the cleaning even though they told me I only had to pay the for two instead of 3 and also they hit me with the deductible charge when previously I wasn't told that.

Train your staff better and make sure the share everything they know instead of finding out this way I had to pay a 50 dollar cancellation seriously they still took some of the money very unethical and unprofessional

This is the worst place I've ever been to. I needed a lot of work and got shuffled around from dentist to dentist for years here. One of them almost started drilling on the wrong side of my mouth. Luckily I stopped him and he double checked the x-rays and sure enough he was about to drill the wrong tooth! I had oral surgery here and it got infected and super painful years later and went to a "real" dentist who was shocked at the awful work they had done. The only good thing I can say about this place is the receptionist is great. You get what you pay for and unfortunately it shows (they take dentical)

I had my first appointment today for a consultation for braces. Everyone was so nice since I booked my appointment on the phone. The receptionist is so nice and helpful. Once inside the orthodontist gave me very helpful information and tips. Overall this dentist is the nicest and coziest. Really make patients welcomed. Definitely planning on continuing my dental work here!

Run, run fast in the opposite direction, they ruined my mouth. The worst dentist I have been too. They don't deserve one star. The amount of money I paid to fix their mistakes was horrible. Scammers and poor quality.

Each and every time I visit Dr. Ramakumar's office at Accudental I'm always greeted by the staff with a warm smile and comforting friendly words. As I am escorted to the dental chair it only gets better by the welcoming smile and words of ease by Dr. Ramakumar. She is Absolutely Fantastic! It brings sadness that I found Accudental at a late stage when I'm moving to Las Vegas I wish I would have found them sooner. Thank you Accudental for taking good care of me and giving me a happy smile. Cassandra Peppers.

You wouldn't get an auto loan from a dealership without driving home in the car. So, why would I pre-pay in full for dental treatments before they do any work? The front desk receptionists are all very nice. But, I did have a big problem with mis-communication. You should be aware up front. I went in for a checkup evaluation. I got a dental treatment plan from the doctor, which totaled over $14,200.

My Delta Care insurance would only cover $400 of that, so I had a lot to pay out of pocket! One of the staff suggested to me that I could apply for their Wells Fargo Health Advantage card so that I could make monthly payments. I applied and was approved with what I thought was a credit limit of $10,200. She ran the new card number and applied that amount toward my treatment plan.

I thought this was like any other credit card situation where you get a credit limit, with a card to use for each time you visit the dentist, to charge the card once per transaction, and later be billed each month. That was NOT the case. I was charged the entire amount ($10,200) up front. I was very confused and not understanding this even as I signed her paperwork and left.

About 1/2 hour later, after I read all of the paperwork copies and saw that there was a receipt for the total amount (NOT obvious to me at the time of signing), I freaked out! I went in for a routine checkup with a $10 copay, and I left their office $10K in debt! I called their office as soon as I noticed this and spoke with the same lady from earlier.

I told her that I didn't understand what I was getting into and asked her to please call Wells Fargo, to refund the charges back to the card. She called me back and said that she was able to refund the total amount. I am very grateful for her understanding and professionalism. Why would anyone pay such a huge down payment up front, without receiving anything in return out the door? If I only went in for one, or two treatments and never returned, Accu Dental would still keep all of my money that I would have to pay off.

New patient to Accu-dental, finding them via Yelp. Just started with DeltaCare, so options are limited. Started with a cleaning for myself and my son. Overall, very impressed. The staff and Dr. Li were friendly, patient, and professional. Was not rushed, no crowd of patients. The facilities are modern, though the waiting room is too small for more than 6 people.

First time here, I filled out paperwork & then waited about fifteen minutes. The girls at the front desk were really nice and helped me make sure my insurance would pay for everything. Then, I got x-rays taken, my teeth cleaned, and saw the doctor. Everyone was really kind and polite. The hygienist used basically a high-powered water pic and the usual tools to clean, then polished my teeth as usual.

At my old dentist's office the polish/toothpaste is flavored, and here it is not. That's the only thing I wished was different, the paste was kinda chalky. But everything else was perfect. Thanks so much!

I laughed I was so happy to feel no pain. Completely professional service, with an amazing tender personal touch. I am overwhelmed with the personal care I receive here. Any reviews that say otherwise are obviously spam. You will never find a better dental team. Grateful Smile

I had a very good experience with ACCU Dental. From the front desk to the dental techs to the dentist, I was very pleased throughout. Lynn at the front desk was very professional and clear with me about billing and appointments. They have an e-mail and phone service to verify appointments. The system was effective to the point of being annoying. which is good because it kept me on time with my appointments. Dr. Ganji was very direct and clear about my dental health and the treatments available to me.

I really appreciated his manner in dealing with me. He's methodical in a way that I wouldn't say is cold at all. The office was always busy during my appointments, and I could tell that he was under some time pressure to see patients, yet I didn't feel that my care was affected at all. To the contrary, I was surprised how much attention he was able to pay to me even with a full schedule.

The dental techs who worked with me were also very good. I worked mostly with Jasmine who did a great job helping to make me feel comfortable throughout. The staff seemed very competent and prepared for my appointments. When issues did arise, I felt that Dr. Ganji issued clear direction and they followed his lead well. I don't want to say that everything was perfect, and if I had the option I would probably rate this 4.5 stars.

There was one error in fabrication of my bridge, but very much to his credit, Dr. Ganji made the error right by having the bridge remade and rescheduling me for new appointments as soon as possible. Bottom line, this is a busy office that is on the right track to be a solid 5-star option. The staff and Dr. Ganji should keep up the solid work.
