Super busy, long time waiting even when you have a appointment you will need to wait more than 45 minutes everytime, doctors with out experience, if you get refill they will fell really fast. THEY are stilling the money to your insurance

I am very satisfied and I appreciate the front desk and staff for verifying my insurance and was able to be treated and I am no longer in pain. I recommend this dental office.

Receptionist don't know what they're doing. They are also understaffed so be prepared to wait for hours regardless of you having an appointment. Insane!

Walked in for ortho but was told orthodontics is only here on Fridays but was offered an oral evaluation, got my X-rays and cleaning done no cavities, Great service and was given my appt for Orthodontics. All was Great really recommend this place, good deals for deep cleaning and braces.

I came in with a tooth ache and was treated very fast and now I am doing so much better. Thank you! will be back for my oral checkup soon

I called to make an appointment to have a tooth extracted. I have blue shield insurance. The woman at the desk blatantly lied, saying that they could not confirmed my insurance because the insurance office is closed on Saturdays. I went to another dentist the same day, that confirmed my insurance without issue. Sinai Dental has terrible customer service and is a lazy, money hungry business. If you need dental work done, I highly suggest going to a different dentist. I would give 0 stars if it were an option.

STAY AWAY. Most dental insurance plans allow one cleaning per year. DON'T WASTE IT ON THIS PLACE! They don't actually clean your teeth unless they can charge your insurance for a "deep cleaning". I scheduled a normal check-up and annual cleaning. After x rays and the fastest inspection of my teeth I have ever experienced (less than 2 minutes), they recommend a deep cleaning and then polish my teeth without ever scraping any plaque off my teeth or checking my gum pockets.

The insurance requires (confirmed with insurance yesterday) them to send in gum pocket measurements to approve deep cleanings, so if they're sending requests to insurance but never checking the patient, where are they getting the numbers from? making them up. cause its a scam. I asked them why they didnt use the tools and cleaning procedures every other dentist has used during a cleaning my entire life and they got all defensive. "Every office is different" they said lol.

It's a joke. Why would you (lazily) polish my teeth without cleaning them? thats like waxing a car before washing. makes no sense. BOTTOM LINE: They do the absolute minimum so they can charge your insurance and put in a request for more expensive procedures. STAY FAR AWAY. I totally recommend Sinai Dental. The dentist answered all my questions and my concerns. There so nice as they greet you until you leave.

One of the best experiences I had at a dental office. Dr. Sinai is very caring and thorough. He explained the xrays and treatment. Very happy with my new dentist.

Love this place it was the first dentist who told me exactly what I needed and gave me multiple options that would fit my personality of what I felt comfortable with. I never knew I had options when It came to my teeth. Very good vibe with this office.

Dr. Sinai has been my dentist for many years. He is truly a great. He and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Dr. Sinai does it all and with a smile. He truly cares about each of his patients and their overall health. My treatment with him has been an amazing success as well. I am truly grateful for his years of great service. Its truly saddening when dentists and doctors are looking to gauge patients for unnecessary work. I called to make an appointment and explained I already had xrays taken a few weeks ago. They insisted that the new xrays be taken. There is no good reason for someone to take two sets of xrays. There is a reason we wear protective sheilds when xrays are taken and the technician leaves the room. This doctor seems to need that extra reason to charge me and my insurance company to line his pockets? No thanks!

The doctors are very professionals and they are very kind with kids. The staff allways treat me really good and with respect.

For someone who has dental anxiety about going to the dentist, this office has put me completely at ease. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They work with your schedule and can get you in fast in case of an emergency situation. I recommend their practice to anyone looking for a friendly dental office who does amazing work.

This dental office is amazing! I go there for all my dentist needs, the stuff is super friendly and helpful the doctors are very professional I feel every comfortable, and they important thing is I don't hate dentist anymore! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Terrified of the dentist, so I gave them a heads up that I am very nervous, and to be honest I'm very glad I came here. They kept asking if I was okay, told me what they were going to do next, and I felt safe. Had my fillings and a root canal here and glad they took care of me.
