Excellent dental office! Everybody at this dental office is warm and friendly, accommodating, and caring. Dr Kitner is a real pro! I had a large filling done by Dr. Kitner after a piece of my tooth chipped off, and Dr. Kitner did an excellent painless job. Also got my teeth cleaned twice at Encino Smile Design, and both times I had an excellent experience. This dental office is honest, reasonable in pricing, and always accommodating. I highly recommend Encino Smile Design, and I am very happy to have Dr. Kitner as my dentist.

I was worried that my tooth pain was going to be an expensive fix. Dr. Roman took care of it by taking down the top of the tooth a bit. Pain gone. It was time for a cleaning. Hygiene lady Irene gave THE BEST ever once over. She smoothed a ragged edge on a tooth and polished everything. The feeling of slick tooth surfaces is terrific. Irene is my ONLY hygienist now. ONLY! 5 stars is too few.

Many thanks to Dr. Kniter, staff and Vesna for all the help, follow up and follow through to ensure the best results for two replacement fillings. They are thorough, professional, and especially appreciate Dr. Kniter's commitment to excellence. I'm looking forward to returning in July for my hygiene appointment.

Dr Kitner is a very good DDS, all his staff are friendly and professional, always feeling welcome at his office. They were extreme helpful during pandemic, they worked even on Sunday to be able to see one patient at the time.

I was referred to Dr. Kniter by a friend who has the most gorgeous teeth. I thought that if he could do that for her, I had a pretty good chance of coming out ok. I've been going there for over 10 years and now I'm told what nice teeth/smile I have. His wife Vesna is a sweetheart and they both treat me like I'm family. I've referred several people that I work with to him over the years.

Now we all go to him. Couldn't imagine going to another dentist. They take my insurance and let me pay for the expensive stuff with a couple of payments. Absolutely love these guys!

I had come for my usual cleaning and the staff was friendly and attentive as always. The dental hygienist was doing a great job cleaning and polishing. When Dr. Knitter took a look he confirmed there was a minor cavity. Normally, I could have in another day for to fill the cavity. With a hectic schedule, I asked could it be done today. Dr. Knitter was able to rearrange things. He has an excellent dentist on his staff Dr. Sheeva A. She was able to take care of my cavity with a minimum of discomfort. Service at his office is always top-notch.

Not only are they genuinely nice people that do great work, they work with their patients by staying open late on weekdays and seeing patients on Saturday's as well. Service here is as good as it gets. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they work Saturdays. That's a big plus.

Unfortunately, this place has been getting progressively worse. I had a darkening on one of my front teeth and the dentist decided to give me a crown without consulting me. I didn't mind but while I was getting an impression, the girl used the wrong size tray and all of the chemical gunk went down my throat. I was choking for 10 minutes, but no one said a word, not an "are you ok?" Or "what happened?" like it was my fault. Then, the crown was too big and bulky, probably because of the wrong size tray used during the impressions, who knows.

The doctor put the crown in even though it was ugly and him and his staff made excuses like i would get used to it and it just looks big because the other teeth are small. I went home with it but realized after a few days that it was terrible. I even spoke differently. When I came back, they made me a new crown, but made me sign a waiver that If I "changed my mind" again, I would have to pay, as if it wasn't their own fault for producing and cementing such an ugly crown on my front tooth. Then, the crown that they told me cost $500, suddenly cost $600 and they couldn't find any record of the $250 I had already paid and argued with me that it was for a different procedure.

I finally had to pull up my bank statement to shut them up. After 7 years, thousands of dollars, and Christmas gifts on my end, this is how they treat me when they make a mistake. Instead of admitting to it and apologizing, they make it seem like it's my fault and overcharge me at every turn. It is normal for businesses and long term clients to hit a bump after some years. But it's how the business handles that bump that tells you their value. I will be looking for a new dentist to give my money to from now on.

I've been going to Doctor Roman Kniter's office for many years (I think since his office first began operating). They take a holistic approach to services and everyone here works as a team (from the hygienist to the receptionist). I appreciate the way that dentists here inform you about what's going on without being condescending or making you feel like you have to buy something. They also stand by their work.

Encino Smile was recommended by a friend and I've gone twice now and had a great experience each time. The entire staff is nice and have been helpful and made me feel so comfortable in the chair. The dentist isn't the most enjoyable experience but I look forward to my appointments here. See you in 6 months!

Excellent office! The front desk staff were professional and friendly. All the staff wore masks and stayed socially distant until we needed to be close for them to examine my teeth. Dr. Kniter is a thoughtful dentist with a great team.

From the moment you enter the lounge to the moment you leave with your next appointment and a goody bag with toothbrush, paste, floss and lollypop (no lollypop, just kidding), you are made to feel at home, and confi-dent you will be well taken care of. So far I've had two appointments with Encino Smile Design and it is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. The staff genuinely cares for your health and ensures you're comfortable when there. They are very sanitary in the time of Covid, disinfecting everything after each patient. Dr. Roman is extremely knowledgeable as well. I had my first cavity filled in today and didn't feel a thing. Will be coming back for all my dentistry needs!

Idk how else to explain how much i love Dr. Kniter office! I had a root canal that needed attention ASAP however I've had very bad experiences with root canals this is not my first one I've had plenty let's just say four on each side thats total of eight in the past every single one of them was excruciatingly painful during the treatment and a whole week after.

I went to Dr. Kniter for him to do one of my root canals including a filling that was next to it let me just say zero pain and he showed me the before and after and it was was less than 60 minutes. However today's my second day and 0 pain still! Btw they're staff members are veryyy nice and friendly! I actually look forward to going to my dentist apps! Yea i know weird. Thanks guys see u soon!

I have a sensitive gag reflex. Which makes me a very challenging dental patient. The staff at Smile Design has an abundance of patience. I can not say enough for how they make me feel at ease. Dr. Kniter is simply great and I would never go anywhere else.

I'm new to Encino Smile Design and am glad I switched. My former dentist was good, but stopped taking my insurance. Luckily for me Dr. Kniter was available and took my insurance, Delta Dental. His office is technologically advanced, staff are friendly and proficient and Dr. Kniter is an excellent dentist.

This is going to sound very strange to anyone who recoils at the movie "Marathon Man" but going to this dental office, and this dentist in particular, is actually fun! Dr. Kniter always has a big smile and his sense of humor is contagious. His entire staff is fantastic; very professional and very personable. You feel like you're among family. The best thing about Dr. Kniter and his staff is that they really know their stuff.

I've had several procedures there and he always places my comfort, concerns and safety at the forefront.he's also very gentle.a good quality in a dentist. I'm so glad I started going there at the recommendation of a friend, I never went back to my previous dentist.
