Competent and caring staff. Virtually painless procedure. 10 out of 10

Called in the morning and they were able to have me seen same day, super accommodating! I finished the new patient packet all online and it was fast and easy. The medical clinic is newly renovated with fancy chairs that weight you when you are seated in them, which is so cool. Staff were all very friendly and compassionate! I had nurse Maria and the PA Mai. Both awesome! Was in and out in under an hour with my medication.

Friendly and very helpful! Always goes above and beyond! Would definitely recommend!

When I first started with Southern Indian Health Council (SIHC) I found the care to be spot on, however I left for about a year because their doctor turn around was frequent so doctors never stayed long. I am back now and have found that the turn around is much improved and my doctor Jeneya Calderilla is wonderful and I'm hoping to be my forever doctor and the staff is always friendly, helpful and informative.

I have been coming to Southern Indian Health for over 25 years and they make me feel like they are family! Very nice and thoughtful service and everyone makes you feel as if you are worthy of good medical service. I enjoy seeing the people that work there and it's always a pleasure to visit Southern Indian Health. Very good service indeed!***

As a retiree, living in a small community in the mountains east of Alpine, I find this facility very convenient. Currently I'm being seen at the Dental offices for some major work including tooth removals, root canals, fillings and partials. The staff are friendly and very professional. They take great care to make your experience as pain free as possible.

There is also medical offices and an on-site pharmacy. I've been very pleased with the care I've received and can confidently recommend the Dentists at this facility as well as the pharmacy. I don't have experience with the Medical side, as they are not part of my HMO.

Took my daughter in today to see the pediatrician. I always feel like the doctor is sincere and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Especially the pediatric nurse.

I have been coming here since i was a little kid I love them I drive from Vegas to see them and they always try and help me to make the trip on as their few and far between I love how they take care of me

I've been coming here for years and I love it. But I took a covid test last week tuesday. Sihc failed to tell me results would be available 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS. it's been almost 7 days and nothing. They're not keeping track of my sons vaccines and also everytime he gets sick they give me tylenol and a humidifer. Like they want to help but just dont know or care enough.

Wonderful Clinic. Managed by the Native Community so they understand the needs and Culture of Native Peoples. I have always found them to be understanding and appreciative. SIHC is recommended without question, go have a great experience!

This is my primary Doctor and I have to say. I have never been treated so wonderful. Everyone there is so nice and kind. I am so happy going here even through COVID precautions, nothing has changed they are as professional now even though your not allowed in the building. Everything is thoroughly complete. If we move I will definitely miss coming here. Dr. Gullick is a really great Doctor. I hope to be coming here for a long time.

After seeing some of the other reviews here I just want to say I think this place is great. I never had a problem with the front desk/reception folks but my personality has always been jovial and I found that they like to laugh like the rest if us. My insurance told me that my assigned doctor was there, but he actually left, I got A different doctor and low an behold in my seemingly perfect health they found cancer.

The staff at SIHC fought for me to get seen by the right people in the right timeframe, in spite of COVID, to get me taken care of. I owe these people my life, maybe you've had a bad experience here in the past, that's unfortunate, but these folks are people too and we don't necessarily know what they have to deal with on a day to day. My experience was exceptional and they did everything they could for me when other wouldn't. Thank you Southern Indian Health Council, all of you!

The only clinic I have ever been to that I felt listened to and received the utmost care. Every staff member is always smiling and ready to either give you information or research it for you. You're not just another patient, you're their sole focus when they are with you. They are actively engaged in the community about the programs they have available instead of just leaving pamphlets laying around.

With on-site x-rays, labs, pharmacy, finance office and dentist office you feel completely taken care of in one trip. I'm in safe hands with them and my family feels like I'm in safe hands and that's what matters the most. The clinic is a beautiful hidden health care facility that takes pride in their establishment and staff.

Great Dr's office. Nurses and Pediatricians provide phenomenal service. The receptionist on the other hand need to improve there attitude. They seem so unhappy and show it while on the phone esp. Casie.

Been coming here for years its always the best experience. They have many health care physicians and specialist on site a comfortable waiting room even sometimes has apples or fruit. They host several event during the year and the Dr.s and dentist ALWAYS go above and beyond.

Sadly, I have felt repeatedly mistreated by the office staff. The billing people are great, the doctors are great. However, the reception people are intolerant and unkind. They need to work on being more compassionate and understanding to patients.

The most incompetent "Doctors" I have ever seen. My five-year-old grandson is more organized than they are. Dr. Kevorkian would be a better choice of doctor.

The Drs and Staff were amazing but I would not recommend the Pharmacy. Not only was she extremely rude, she also "couldn't help me" And had no written verification of the prescription I tried to pick up a week later! They are making this awesome place look terrible!

The staff is friendly and my doctor was thoughtful however, there is a huge communication break down between the front desk, doctors and especially the pharmacy. I DO NOT recommend using this pharmacy. They got 2 out of three of my prescriptions wrong! And they never have them ready on time. I am required to go in every 30 days to get my meds refilled but when I try to schedule my appointments, they rarely ever have an appointment available with in that time frame.

The friendly front desk does try to fit you in if there are any cancelations but that is a crap shoot. Several emails to the quality control manager "Meghan" went unanswered for weeks until finally I got a "cut and paste" reply about how they strive to give great service.

Great staff. This is my second office visit in 1-1/2 years. The doctors are professional and courteous. I was seen at the time I was scheduled, no waiting, unlike doctors in El Centro, CA where they make you wait anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. The staff in their pharmacy are also friendly and are very conscientious about explaining how to take medications and answer all your questions.

Great people, great for a check up. If you feel sick however you need a bigger hospital for second opinions. Thought I had an infection after three visits, got a second opinion at sharp and found out I actually had cancer. So again great people, but can't do everything.
