Absolutely loved my daughters first visit with Dr. Bradley and her office. Kiki was so sweet and helpful explaining and giving me my husband tips on how to care for my daughter at home. They were so gentle and nice to her. They were so calm and were able to examine her and do her cleaning. My daughter was very anxious but they were so good with her and took care of her very well. Will be bringing my daughter here for all her dental needs. Highly recommend this office.

Thank you to the entire team at Dr Lee's office. We are new patients- everyone made our son's first visit to their office amazing! Our eight year old has had his share of bad dental experiences at other offices - and let's be honest he isn't the best brusher- loves candy - so add that all up and I'm sure you feel me. We have learned the importance of our "high risk" child's dental needs the hard way - so I was probably much more anxious for my son's dental visit than he was.

From the time of making our appointment the front office staff was so kind and covered all basis for a new patient with ease. Kiki was our hygienist and she was AMAZING! One of the best we've ever had for our kids. Dr. Bradley was Fabulous! She showed compassion and grace to our son's mouth of hardware- never made us feel ashamed like other dental offices have in the past.

The "candy man" had one small cavity - not ideal - but could have been worse. But felt good leaving knowing we have a dental office that is there to guide us through our son's dental journey. Thank you Dr. Bradley & Staff - we are grateful to have found such a great dental office!

We just had our first visit for our 2 year old. Everyone was very friendly and informative. My daughter cried through the checkup but Dr Lee and The hygienist (Ms Marcella) were extremely kind and accommodating. You can tell they have a lot of experience with kids. Looking forward to our next visit!

I would recommend Dr. Dora Lee and her friendly staff to anyone. We had our first dental visit for our daughter who cried initially and refused to calm down. I was impressed with how patiently they treated her and they took all the efforts to calm her down. It was an amazing experience and I think this is one of the best places for child's dental care.

I've been taking my three kids here for their entire life and am so thankful for the entire office staff. Dr. Dora and Bradley always do thorough and careful work and are also gentle and caring. The office is streamlined and every appointment for the past 11 years has been smooth sailing. Thank you Dr. Dora and team for taking care of my children!

Amazing service, and the staff were excellent with my daughter. Their professionalism and kid friendly environment and approach, made my daughter feel totally comfortable and forget her fears. Definitely recommend.

Staff is AMAZING! Front office girls are very welcoming and back office staff make the little ones feel comfortable! Great place for the kiddos!

My two daughters have been under the care of Dr. Dora and her awesome staff for over a decade. She also referred a great orthodontist, Dr. Chang. The office is relaxing and everyone is friendly and professional. Give them a try.

Never coming back here again! Thought the doctor is really nice, there's a number of reasons that we will never come back. For started, they are extremely costly. One cavity cost over $200 (!) even though I have dental insurance. Secondly, they kept charging me with monies every time I went there. Third, apparently They have a policy of 48 hours cancellation which they never mention, as they call you 24 hours before to confirm and Thought I Was canceling on time, however they just billed me $25 for not giving their 48 hour notice which most places require 24 hours before and of course nobody mentioned that on the phone.

Just one cavity ended up costing me $400 and I feel cheated. I will never go back and I do not recommend going there unless you are extremely wealthy. Very very disappointed. I thought they were nice people. But they proved me wrong and I am very upset about the principle of having to pay $25.

Dr Lee's office is absolutely the best combination of professionalism and warmth. The staff engaged and encouraged my daughter during her cleaning and she came home with a prize and a personalized picture card from Dr Lee afterwards. My daughter had several cavities and Dr Lee was able to complete her treatment with the state of the art Solea laser using no anesthesia.

She could eat immediately because she wasn't numb and she said it felt like a water shower in her mouth. This office is absolutely too notch and my daughter always enthusiastically looks forward to her dental visits!

As a fellow parent in the dentistry field, I trust Dr. Lee with my children's oral health. She has a calming demeanor that puts her patients at ease. I love the way she explains what we need to do to better take care of our children's teeth. Dr. Lee is conservative in her recommended treatments. She also talks to the patients about it and reinforces what we as parents nag them about. I love the open layout concept of her office, makes me feel like it is very COVid conscious and safe. We are truly happy that Dr. is our kid's dentist. THANK YOU!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I am absolutely livid! Parents, do not bother making requests for your child such as no nitrous! They will not listen nor honor your request. My daughter had a cavity treatment today and I made it very clear when I scheduled and rescheduled that I did NOT want nitrous. My husband reminded the staff when he walked in that we do NOT want nitrous. Well, they had a "mix up" gave it to my daughter and had the audacity to charge us for the nitrous as well!

I had to call them for a refund on the nitrous! Can you believe it? No, they didn't call me! I called them! Cost is one thing, you cannot undo what I they gave my child! Unacceptable! Mistakes like this should not happen at a pediatric dentist! We will be going elsewhere.

We used to come to this pediatric dentist but they started to propose work on my son's teeth that really didn't have cavities ( I was a dentist before). We moved to my general dentist that confirmed that my son didn't have any cavities. He has really good oral habits from when he was little. I kept all his primary teeth and none of them have cavities.

I think they got frustrated that he is one of a few kids that actually take good care of his teeth and they needed to make some money other than just hygiene visits. I was really disappointed. The staff is really great though especially Sandra and Gina. I was so sad to leave but I had to do the right thing.

Dr Bradley and the entire staff makes my 4 year old feel so comfortable. Everyone there always has the smeyes (smiling eyes) and we have always felt very welcomed there. I appreciate them so much. My daughter walks away from happy everytime. The staff is so friendly. The atmosphere is great. Doctors are gentle and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

We have been going to Dr. Dora Lee's office for 10yrs. All 3 of my kids (ages: 16, 8, and 5) couldn't be happier with the dental care here. From the welcoming staff, fun contests/giveaways, kid-friendly environment - and more importantly Dr. Bradley's wonderful & caring treatment. She is always so patient and so gentle. We are always impressed with the care our girls get from all staff at this office! We have been going here for 7 years and all experiences (and some were serious) have been very well planned and we felt that our girls were taken very good care of! I highly recommend this practice!

We have been coming to Dr. Bradley since my daughter was 2. We absolutely love Kiki, she has become the main reason we continue to go to this office. The staff is amazing and they always make our experience an amazing one! We now have my niece coming in to see Dr. Bradley and Kiki, too! Highly recommend for your kids!

Overall very happy with this office. My son has always seen Dr. Bradley. I have no idea who Dr. Lee is even though her name is on the business. The staff here is great with kids as you may imagine. We always go home with a goodie bag. The appointment system and scheduling has been pretty painless. We've never had to wait very long before being seen, maybe 20 minutes at the most. Billing and insurance processing has been pretty smooth.

They are competent in providing accurate pricing for services not covered by your insurance. Also if you drive an abnormally large car, you probably want to park on the street rather than in the lot.

Such a wonderful experience for my 5 year old. Everyone was so kind, great customer service and they really took the time to show us everything and explain everything so that we were understanding of what was going on. They were exceptional with my son and even got some cool mail from them afterward. 100% recommend This pediatric dentistry! Thank you so much!

Brought my little girl to get her teeth checked up. Staff very friendly with scheduling and answering questions. Office is very clean, kid friendly and tidy. We liked that we can request to have private room for teeth cleaning and checkup vs shared one. Dr. Bradley was very patient and knowledgeable. My little girl felt comfortable and welcomed right away. She looks forward to going back in six months for her next check-up! Thanks Dr. Bradley and your team!

I worked with Dr. Lee and Dr. Bradley for 2 years before going to Dental Hygiene school. The doctors and staff rock! Very caring and hardworking. You can see the passion that these women have for the kids. They are super dedicated working through this pandemic making sure everyone is safe and always with a smile on their face!

Dr. Lee and her staff went through significant lengths to ensure returning after COVID closures was as safe & efficient as possible. I received their communication prior to opening with all the new precautions, then they called me to shuffle our appointment to reduce the number of patients in the office. All paperwork was handled via email and text prior (we had to self certify we were healthy prior to arrival).

We arrived & texted that we were there from the parking lot & when we went in we were greeted with a quick, non contact temp check and all staff were in full PPE (I was also masked, but that wasn't expected of my little man because he's too young to be expected to wear a mask). We went straight to the room & was finished fairly quickly because there was nothing but business going down from door to door.

I felt very comfortable for my child's safety & am so happy we can again attend to all the kid's dental health! (I'll be back in 2w w/my older 2 kids, who will be wearing their masks, too!).

Wonderful staff! Everyone made my 3 year old feel so safe and welcomed. He usually has anxiety with things such as doctors and haircuts. He had negative experiences at other dentists. When his pediatrician recommended Dora Lee, we gave it a shot, after all we knew bad dental genes were in our family and that our little boy needed to be in good hands-and he definitely was!

Ok his first visit he even took a picture with his dentist that he received in the mail a few days later (that was exciting). We had his major dental work, baby root canal and cavities completed with an amazing anesthesiologist that was there as well, Dr. Stafford. Even though they were out of network with my particular insurance, we still paid the difference because the quality was worth it! After all, check out his new pearly whites (.that we will be scrubbing daily!)

Just the best Dental office. Every single one of the staff are friendly, warm, and extremely professional. We have been coming here since my daughter's first dental appointment at about 3. She is 8 now, almost 9. They have made her love the dentist, and love taking care of her teeth! We moved out of the area, but will keep Dr. Dora Lee's office as my daughter's dentist! THANK YOU!

We love Dora Lee and all her amazing staff! We are always welcomed with a smile and and a welcoming hello. They treat us like family and always greet us by our first names every time we arrive for our daughter's appointments. We appreciate the caring nature of how they treat our daughter during her dental visits and procedures. I believe it's because of this, my daughter Grace has never had any apprehension or fear of coming to visit Dr. Lee's office. Grace, who is now 10 years old has been a patient of Dr. Lee since she was toddler.

Very friendly doctors and the entire team. We are so fortunate to have our child in their best care. Wonder why so high ratings? Because they care and their smiles make your experience much more enjoyable.
