Our team at Rialto Dental Group and Orthodontics is excited to meet you and help you on your path to better oral health. Our providers are happy to discuss your dental needs and outline a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and budget. We have specialists available in orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery on staff, so you do not have to leave our location to get the care you need. We can also perform dental cleanings, provide filing options for cavity treatments, and reviewing the costs of tooth crowns.
At Rialto Dental Group and Orthodontics, we know it's important to find a dentist you can trust. Our experienced providers treat our patients with compassion, honesty, and respect. Our doctors provide care for our patients using leading-edge techniques and technologies in cosmetic dentistry including CEREC CAD/CAM, digital X-rays, professional teeth whitening, lumineers, porcelain veneers, tooth bonding, white fillings, dental crowns, and dental implants. We also have clear aligners to straighten any misaligned teeth.
Focus on stopping the bleeding and protecting the injured tooth or area by following the appropriate instructions in this section. Similar to braces, clear aligners use a gradual force to control tooth movement, but without metal wires or brackets. Routine dental checkups are vital to good oral hygiene and are the best way to detect problems at their earliest stages which saves unnecessary discomfort, time, and money. A filling repairs and restores the surface of a tooth that has been damaged by decay, fracture, or wear.
With proper care and good oral hygiene, the life of a tooth crown can range from 5 to 15 years. If a natural tooth-colored porcelain crown is chosen, our CEREC CAD/CAM treatment gives patients a completed permanent crown in just one office visit. Other types of crown require two office visits. Your dentist will recommend the best type of crown for your dental restoration needs based on the chewing placement and structure of the tooth or implant that requires protection. There are three types of crowns.

Do not waste your time. They got new people here and they do not know what they are doing. Definitely will be calling a hire up. I have had appointment all cancelled or rescheduled or they mislead you with information to get you in and spend more money. What a joke. This place has gone down hill since previous people have left stop hiring people right out of school.

Run! Very unprofessional staff from receptionist to dentist. They seem confused and will over charge you by knowing how to add additional items to say "it was necessary". Other offices that I show my power work to were shocked that they over charged me. I will never come here again. The dentist talk about their lives as they are working on you and they almost forget they are working. Doesn't make you feel so safe that they are alert and focused on you while they are working.
I think it may be the location and that they have customers from areas where they are not concerned about staffs professionalism. I'm sure they act different when they are working in other offices. All I can say is they will rob you, they are not very hospitable and I will never come here again.

Hate to do this but I would NOT recommend. I came here to have a root canal fixed and the doctor insisted that it needed to be pulled and replaced with an implant. The quote came out to 10K before insurance and 6k after Insurance. After further analyzing the quote, I realized they added on so many unnecessary things that I did not request or need. Needless to say, I went to another Dental office and had the tooth fixed for a fraction of that price!

DO NOT GO HERE, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. Went in for a filling replacement and the doctor drilled soo much. Withing a week as I was eating a hot dog my molar tooth that they repaired split in half, PERFECTLY. Did not think about because of the pain went in ended up getting a bridge installed. The dam bridge lasted 8 months when I was told it will last year's. WILL NEVER EVER GO OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Dr. Fisher was the one who worked on my teeth. He did amazing! I needed 2 crowns and a bridge, I'm pretty nervous when it comes to dental work as I have suffered from a traumatic dental experience. This was not something Dr. Fisher was aware of but he made sure I was more then comfortable throughout the whole process. I needed the work done before a special event and he made sure all of it got done and that I walked away happy with the work.
I am elated and I highly recommend this place if I had gone to another dentistry I was looking at waiting for weeks just to be looked at and more weeks if not months before being seen for the work which all took multiple visits. The staff at the front desk is great and very polite as well as the dental assistants. As covid safe as a dental office can be

This place is a joke. Very disorganized. I felt avoided and they where not making it a priority to them. I really felt like the issues were not important enough, I mean "not money making for them." I figured it might of just been a bad day the first time, but then I noticed it was no coincidence. Bad experiences one after another (4-5 times). Do not waste your time and money. Please do yourself a favor, and find yourself a professional and reliable Dentist facility. This is not like one of their payed reviews.

I like the timely service I have been provided during multiple visits. The Dentists have years of experience and their Hygienist is one of the best I have ever had for preventive care and value added advise on matter of self-maintenance of my oral care. It's a very family friendly place, located near multiple convenient business in case you need to take care of errands, eat, use free WiFi etc. to get things done while waiting for your appointment.
It takes a few weeks to get an appointment so I recommend setting one up ahead of time. However, they accommodate walk ins whenever possible but it can be an hour or more of waiting at times.

I had wisdom teeth extraction scheduled an apparently the office is not a surgery office. The office did an X-ray three weeks prior to extraction appointment. Had everything scheduled and ready to go and at the time of the extraction, it was cancelled due to my "very rare case" or "x-ray" not seen by surgeon prior to visit.

I had crowns and a great cleaning done here. Doctor Chokka made sure that my crown fit well and that it looked great. Miss Patal made sure that I didn't have any tartar. The assistants Michael, Blanca and Kim were friendly and happy to help me. I appreciate good quality work. I also got a root canal. Dr. Nguyen, Letty, and Christina were so quick I didn't notice much of the procedure. I'm happy with how friendly and efficient they were. Thank you.

Wow! This place was totally a dream come true. I'm not from the area and was here visiting family when I chipped my tooth eating Almonds. I called the office as this had immediate availability to be seen the same day. I'm really impressed because they have same day crowns and I've seen that before. Dr Fisher and his team were great! I took a chance on this office and they came through, and I came through will a brand new tooth so I can eat Almonds again! Very grateful.

This dentist used to be great, however when the new dentist took over the service has gone down hill. We are on the verge on moving on to a different dentist due to numerous problems. To make things worse we just had a crown fall off headed into the weekend! Not going back! Sad to see this office go down hill.

DONT EVER GO HERE! My daughter had extensive dental work including upper jaw extension and braces. My out of pocket costs was over $3500. The dentist recommended that she stop wearing her jaw extender even though her jaw wasn't completely lined up. Her teeth were still not straight and they insisted on removing her braces. A few months after the removal of her braces and even wearing her retainer she went for a follow up and they said she needed to go into phase 2, which was new braces! I talked to the doctor and reminded him that I insisted her braces not be removed for this reason and he tried to justify his decision.

Very unhappy with the office staff. They are uptight and rude I was taking my daughter there for 2 years for BRACES. And never had to deal with payments they were automatically taking out my money. When they had a problem with automatically taking the money out and refused to see my daughter for her appointment knowing in good faith they had been getting their money for over a year, They took her to the back sat her in a chair no doctor checked her. so they pretended to give her an exam and send her out because they didn't have their money. Because I begged them not to cancel the appointment due to us coming a long way. Very poor service orthodontic doctor was OK.

Beware patients with private insurance this dentist office told me I needed a crown and for all porcelain it was going to cost me $1,500 luckily for me this was not my first time being scammed by a dentist office so I called my insurance right in front of them and my insurance company told me they didn't know what they were charging me but by no means was it going to cost me $1,500 it would only cost me $315 the two ladies in the front who handle all the billing didn't know what to say for themselves they made up some random stories saying that they were looking something else up and I was right after prior to me calling my insurance one of the ladies kept telling me that I was wrong and they were allowed to charge me their own charges at the end of the day I got my all porcelain crown for $315 thanks to me calling my insurance right in front of them

Do not go here they are nice to you when they get your business but me and my family have gone here for over 9 years and they have done work that we later found out we didn't need. Also I called my insurance and found out they were over charging us. They seem friendly until you have a problem that you need their help with then they are rude and dont want to bother with you.
I will not recommend Rialto Dental to anyone and that is the biggest mistake I have made is giving them my families business. Oh yeah and they are very very expensive you can go somewhere else and get better customer service and dental work done for a fair price.

If I could give less stars it would be -5. This place is carp they have bad business practices and are money hungry. Had a root canal and a bad 24 hr crown done. Don't trust them. Now I'm at a good dental office and they are telling me I have to lose my tooth because Rialto Dental botched the job and when I went to settle this issue with them the acted dumb and tried to tell me to pay out of pocket to the fixing the work they didn't do right in first place. This money hungry place should be shut down and reported to the BBB.

I called to inquire about the new patient special, I spoke to Gigi and she placed me on hold, only to hang up on me. I called again and she answered but hung up again. I didn't want to assume they were being rude, I figured something is wrong with the connection. I called a third time and another lady answered and hung up on me again. Again, don't want to jump to conclusions, so I called again- and was hung up on again. It is clear these girls don't want to work I will take my business elsewhere.

I never write reviews, but ive been going here lately and throughout the years and I can honestly say I love this place. really nice staff, very informative., I always feel relaxed and very comfortable. They always make sure I never have any pain when visiting here which is awesome too. (literally no pain) They do amazing work. Ive met a lot of nice people over the years here and I can call them all my friends. Have a good day.

It's been nearly 1 month ago since I received a phone call from Gigi urging me to come into Rialto Dentist for a complimentary treatment during their annual Community Outreach Campaign. Here is my experience: I was in need of extensive dental work (4-hour surgery) that mounted to a whopping $20,000. I give great praise to Dr. Chaka and his team for delivering such professional service.
They made every effort to connect with me as a patient and to assure that each procedure was pain-free as possible. Partials were designed and installed within a half-hour. I am petrified of the drill, but Dr. Chaka asked my favorite music which helped to ease my quivers. The healing process was quick and I didn't need heavy medication. Motrin did the trick! Overall, I give this dental office an A+ for great service in a very clean, professional, yet caring environment. I give many thanks to Dr. Chaka for working tirelessly going the extra mile; to Gigi for her persistence, and the entire Rialto Dental staff. Many thanks to you all.

My elderly mother was a patient here for a very long time. Things started off normal, but as time passed, the staff started pushing all sorts of strange treatments and cleanings to her. $1400 here. $700 there. $200 there. It adds up fast for an 80 year old woman who is living off of Social Security. Both my sister and I smelt a rat and we pushed for her to switch dentists, but she thought everything was fine, and that we were being overbearing concerned daughters. Things came to a head last month, when she came for a regular cleaning and they began to prep her for some complicated (and expensive - $700!) cleaning / descaling or something.
She told them no, she was only there for a cleaning and could only afford a regular cleaning. She also told them that she had discussed that cleaning with the dentist 3 months before, and expressed her concern about the money and he told her not to worry, she could go without, and to come in for a regular cleaning anyway. They told her that that conversation was not noted in her file, that the dentist had just said for her to have that special cleaning, and that was what she was going to get.
She said no, she couldn't afford it. It finally came to an ultimatum - the staff told her that she HAD to have that treatment done or they would never clean her teeth ever again. The last thing you EVER do is give a customer (especially one who had been with them so long) an ultimatum. My mother walked out, as pissed as a wet hen. She found herself a new dental group and surprise surprise, guess what!
This dentist told her that she showed no sign of all the gum diseases and periodontal conditions that Rialto Dental had been supposedly "battling so you can keep your teeth!" Total bullshit and lies! If you're daring enough to walk into this office, make sure you get a 2nd opinion on everything they suggest to you. What was once a good office has turning to a major gold digging expedition and YOUR WALLET is their ultimate goal.
