Usually had great service. However, came in to learn that office without known reason forgot to schedule cleaning. Next available time is in two months.

I've been searching for a dentist for a while and I've had two consultations, I felt very comfortable and confident that I will be well taken care of and I was so pleased that I had more than just one option on the types of procedures.

Thank you for restoring my smile! The process for getting an implant was well explained to me. My comfort and understanding of every step was always a concern for this team. I am so happy, thank you!

Time to look for a different dentist office when. they call you to reschedule the 6 month appt a day before your appt and want you to come back two separate times for the dental cleaning vs. seeing the dentist. When requesting single appointment, they tell you the soonest they can get you in is in 4 months. Good customer service would've been to say "let me see what I can do & get back to you with the soonest availability"

Dr. Oh and her team are so professional, organized, and respectful. Dr. Oh is attentive, informative, and answers all questions genuinely. She is the best dentist that I have ever had, and would highly recommend to anyone.

It took me a while to find another dentist I liked after my last one retired. This dentist office is friendly, honest, and puts you at ease from the receptionist to the hygienists to the dentists. A great experience all around.

I have taken great care of my teeth for pretty much my entire life and as such, I am very particular with what I look for in a dentist. I went to a couple of other dentists in the Tustin/Irvine area but was never satisfied.until stumbling upon Tustin Dental Office. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Sarah Oh and team. She was extremely informative and answered every question honestly. Couldn't have asked for a better dentist!

I have a painful neurological condition that is affected by touch on my face. Understandably, I am terrified of any dentist office. Dr. Oh and the staff in the office have and continue to go so far above and beyond to make me feel safe, secure, and go out of their way to ensure they do not cause even the slightest of unnecessary pain. I have scores of specifics on this (i.e. draping cords so they do not come close to me, using the softest of touches, giving me warm blankets and dark glasses to calm me, and so many more including giving me a birthday card and gift because I spent about three hours there on my birthday), but I could never truly express how they have eradicated a genuine (and valid for me) phobia of the dentist.

Anywhere else would have just treated me like a whiny patient, and ignore my pleas to help me. Not here, not this place, not with Dr. Oh, or the Hygienist Andrew. This place is so good, I literally choose my insurance plan based on if they cover this office. I cannot stress this enough, if you have a fear of dentists, if you get a tightness in your chest and a pounding in your heart when you even think about making a dentist appointment. make an appointment here with Dr. Oh. Her and the office staff will take GREAT care of you!

I've been coming to Tustin Dental for over 10 years now. I'm very impressed with the follow ups and honesty of the staff and my dentist Dr. Sharifian. I feel grateful for not having had any major dental issues. A testament to the preventative care I have been provided as well as the integrity of my Dr. and the hygienist staff. You know, by now I could have had four supposed bad teeth pulled, along with 6 crowns and three bridges!

From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by Ruby and Michele at the front desk and they check you in promptly. This has been the case every time I have visited this dental office. Dr. Sharifian is really knowledgeable, professional and makes you feel comfortable. He informs you of any concerns he may have and explains the suggested treatment, really easy to talk to. Lena is a great hygienist, she is very friendly, thorough and gentle.

I saw Dr. Sood for crown lengthening and was nervous about it but he's very personable and makes you feel at ease, the procedure was over before I knew it. Dr. Nguyen performed a root canal and it was a totally different experience than when I had one years ago. I didn't feel a thing. I saw Dr. Oh on an emergency visit and she was very nice, professional and thorough in explaining the diagnosis and treatment. I have nothing but great things to say about Tustin Dental. The entire staff does an excellent job and I highly recommend them to all my family and friends!

Tustin Dental office is exceptional. Especially during these COVID times, they take every precaution and inform you well. The office manager is very professional and informative. The dental assistants are very kind and make your experience comfortable. Dr. Oh is an honest provider and will give you only the best treatment. Overall, this office is very professional and comprehensive in their care. I recommend this office for those who appreciate honest work and authenticity.

Very nice staff. Dr Trinh is great - I have always been terrified of the dentist because of a bad childhood experience, but she was so patient with me. Now I don't freak out when I have to have work done! I highly recommend them!

This dental office is amazing! All of the staff is such great help and of service, from the front to the back. They make sure they take care of you and make you feel comfortable. The doctors are very caring and take the time to explain dental treatment and take care your needs. They always accommodate me in there schedule. The staff is always smiling and making sure you are happy and being taken care of.

The assistants are so great, And knowledgeable. I've been going here for years, and every time I go it's more of a family feel. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed! I'm so glad I found this dental office. If I could give 10 stars i would.
