Canyon Dentistry is the best of the dental experience I have had in my life. I have visited numerous dental office in the past years and found Dr. Chen's office have present all the quality that you want to see and have from a patient's view point. I am a Register Nurse and I can tell you that I have seen Dr. Chen is well experienced/has profound knowledge, highly skilled, proficient communication with patient, and his gentle caring characters and well bedside manner are all the quality that a patient could ever ask for. Dr. Chen's profound knowledge and skills have successfully place a steel support to my difficult crooked tooth.

His proficient communication with patient decreased the anxiety level to the very minimum. His gentle bedside manner provide me the sense of security and comfort. I also want to mention that his office staff are top notch! Tracy and Megan are at the front desk, they are not only friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to but always go for extra mile to assist you from making appointment to insurance questions and communicate with you the safety of health measure at the office during pandemic. Linda the hygienist is the best I ever had.

She takes the pride of her work, and is diligent and thorough. Dr. Chen's medical assistant also are friendly, they always make you feel like home. Dr. Chen's office is clean, quiet and soothing and give patient a sense of peace and comfort. If I can give Canyon Dentistry a 10 star rating, I would. I can't say enough on how much I appreciate that I have the whole team to care for my dental health and I am sure that you as well will enjoy coming to this office.

Great fun staff, Covid conscious approach, and the work from Dr. Chen is incredible. For the first time in my life, I do not fear going to the dentist. My whole family has selected Canyon Dentistry as our dentist. Highly recommended!

I love coming here! I was always terrified of the dentist but everyone here eased that feeling. All my worries are gone! Front desk people are so wonderful. They are always helpful. Gloria is my hygienist and she's amazing. Never painful and tells you what she's about to do next and will explain things (if you are curious). Also super friendly. I never have to worry when she's cleaning my teeth :D PS: Their place is super clean and they have covid procedures for you to follow to ensure yours and the staff's safety.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Chen and his team! They make going to the dentist easy and never intimidating. Megan is so incredibly helpful and everyone is so friendly. I no longer live in Orange County but continue to drive to Canyon Dentistry for their commitment to their patients and the overall amazing customer service.

Dr Chen is the most detailed and compassionate dentist out there. It took me awhile to find him again after he did a fantastic job over 10 years ago. I am glad to have him replace a chipped crown with the latest and greatest material available in the market. Workmanship trumps any dentist out there! Megan and Dawn are both professional and a joy to work with. I rate them 6 stars out of 5.

I would highly recommend Dr. Chen. I was referred to him in an emergency situation when a crown broke and my dentist couldn't get me for over a week. Dr. Chen worked me into his schedule the next day and not only did I get a better crown, even the temporary was great. I have been with him for years ever since. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Chen clearly and patiently explains what needs to be done and why.

There is never pressure to have work done but he is is clear when he feels something needs to be taken care of immediately or if it can wait. He is very calming, gentle and precise. The whole office staff from the moment you walk in, is friendly and welcoming, efficient and competent. The scheduling is amazing and there is never a wait longer than a few minutes or a crowded waiting room. My dental hygienist is also very gentle and does an excellent job! So glad I found Dr. Chen's office! and I have a dentist I have confidence in.

Dr. Chen has truly made an amazing impact on my life by resting my smile. My complex implant journey was made possible and successful by Dr. Chen, as other surgeons said It was impossible. He took my case as a challenge and proved to be a master of perfection, compassionate and truly the best dentist/surgeon ever. Dr. Chen is the best dentist I ever have. He is very gentle, knowledgeable, professional and experienced. He has all the quality to be a best dentist. His staffs are very nice, friendly and efficient, and his office is very clean with latest state-of-art equipment. He did three implants for me and keeps my tooth healthy with regular check-ups preventing any problem to happen. He has been our family's dentist for more than 20 years. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I like Dr. Chen and his staff very much. One major reason that I changed my dentist is that Dr. Chen does not put any pressure on the client about dental work. He is very clear in explaining the conditions, potential courses of treatment. He is also clear about what needs immediate attention. The entire staff is excellent. I feel that the hygienists always go a great job with the cleaning. The front desk staff is always friendly and very efficient. I never had to wait long to schedule an appointment. I recommend this dental clinic. It's the best one at Irvine!

I was having so much worries and fear about my wisdom tooth extraction, since many dentists I've seen didn't give me any comfort or confidence about how this could be done. Through a recommendation, I went to Dr. Chen's office to get a second opinion. The office staff and nurse were very nice and professional, the office was clean and neat, I was especially impressed by the soothing music and the calming atmosphere. Dr. Chen, gave me a thorough evaluation and gave me detail explanation about how to remove my partially covered and tilted wisdom tooth.

I was really relieved and pleased that the procedure went smoothly and successfully, much better than I expected. Good dentists are not easy to come by, and Dr. Chen is definitely one of the better ones!
