The friendliest staff! Everyone here that we have interacted with is definitely meant to work with kids. Such a great experience for both of my boys.

My son Penn (2.5) saw Dr. G and Alicia today and I can't say enough about his experience. His name was on the board welcoming him. The front desk person came out to hand me the breakdown of insurance coverage for the day. We didn't wait long but it was east to wait with a cartoon Penn could watch. Alicia was warm and extremely knowledgeable about everything and Dr. G was incredibly nice and so good with Penn. he got to take home a bag of goodies that he played with the whole ride home. Thank you all for making "going to the dentist" so much fun for Penn. we can't wait to go back in six months!

Probably one of the best dentists I've ever met in my life. Luckily he's done all the work on my daughter and she is now 14 has the best smile in the world. Thank you Dr G we love you!

Dr G is the best around. Our son was involved in an accident that caused severe dental damage. It was a an emergency situation, and he saw us right away - like 30 minutes after accident and trip to ER. As soon as our son got to his office, all fear subsided and he was emotionally fine - he knew he was in good hands. Got the teeth (roots and all) back in our kids mouth to try and save them - they were his front permanent teeth.

Fast forward 2.5 yrs later. we are in the next stages of treatment. 1 of the 3 teeth remain - thankfully! (The 2 that ended up not 'taking' was due to issues beyond Dr G's control). The tooth that remained is basically helping save the integrity of the bone structure, as our teen grows. While he has some fake teeth, and more work to be done - I'm at incredibly grateful for Dr G's quick response and action. Highly recommend!

Had an appt today was right at the 10min late mark and they wouldn't see us! I was told I'm 10 mins late so they won't see us! Totally annoyed by this as typically we have to wait 10mins after our appt time to get in anyway! Total BS for using this as the excuse.

Always a wonderful experience at truckee pediatric dentistry! The staff is fabulous, the place is well planned out and clean, and Dr G is the best. He is knowledgeable and always has a positive attitude. We are lucky to have such a great dentist for our kiddos!

From the front office staff to the hygienist and finishing with Dr. G the entire experience is great for children. My son loves his visits and is fear free.

Outstanding! They do no such a wonderful job making our kids feel comfortable. Started bringing our daughter at age 2. She LOVES going to the dentist! TV on the ceiling, sweet little goodie bags, our hygienist and Dr. G are so kind and gentle. I did not realize bringing my kid to the dentist would be such a breeze!

Dr G was great! We saw him for an infant lip/tongue tie evaluation and appreciated the time he took to explain what he saw and the options. The front desk staff was also super friendly and helpful. We plan on returning once our child has some more teeth.

DR. G and staff are always the best with both of my kids. Best dentist in town. Thank you so much to the whole staff who always put my kids at ease.

Dr. G and staff are terrific. They took time to answer all of my son's questions and assured him all would be well. Having a dental procedure can be traumatic but they put him at ease. My son loves going to the dentist because of their care and compassion.

Could not be more impressed with Dr. G and his incredible staff! We love coming to visit to have our teeth sparkle and look forward to the next visit. They are so gentle and kind with our 2 year old and make a new (scary) experience enjoyable for both my child and myself! Thank you so so much!

I'm so happy with this practice! Everyone is very friendly and professional. The kids love coming here. We've been with them for the last 5 years. The doctor has great bedside manners, he's very patient and kind, he always makes sure to answer all your questions. I highly recommend them!

I brought both daughters here for their first visits. They are both pretty shy kids. However, the staff spoke to them directly and got them engaged right away. When we left, both kids actually exclaimed, "That was fun!" The hygienists were calming, sweet, and explained everything. Dr. G was of course great as well, and I felt as though the exam was extremely valuable and worth the time and money.

With regards to COVID, they are going above and beyond to make the environment safe. I am being very cautious about COVID, and there wasn't a single concern for me during our visit.

Great place, great crew. Our kids have been going since they were tiny. Couldn't go anywhere else.

I can't say enough positive things about this office! The entire staff is so professional and sweet. They are attentive and interested to know how everyone is doing. This office is amazing! Every employee is extremely patient and knowledgeable. The dentist is super sweet and gentle with the kids - my 15 month old didn't even cry or whimper today! It is also very up to date with iPads and movies for the kids to watch while waiting and a very fun token/prize machine. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful business! My 4 year old daughter has been going to them since she's had teeth. She gets excited to see the dentist! They are more than accommodating for myself and especially for my child. So professional! As a mother it's daunting to take your child to a "doctors office" but my child loves going to Truckee Pediatric Dentistry every time. I would give more than 5 stars if I could

Best Pediatric dentist! All 3 of my children have had Dr. Gustafsson, and his amazing team, as their dentist from childhood to young adult. We have Always had a great experience.

Dr. G and the amazing staff at Truckee Pediatric Dentistry make bringing my children to the dentist a breeze! Even my two year old climbs up onto the chair, ready to go. The office is incredibly clean and welcoming and convenient to get to.my kids can't wait to go back!

Who get's excited to go to the dentist?!?! My daughter! She looks forward to each appointment and is so motivated to keep her teeth clean and sparkly because of it. All staff that we've interacted with have been wonderful and I have nothing but great things to say. It's truly tailored to kids which makes going so much easier. Thank you!

My daughter is 11 and we've been going to TPD since she was 2. I've never been to a dentist office this nice. They think of everything to make the kids feel welcomed (bulletin board recognizing new clients and birthdays) and have games, ipads, movies to keep kids entertained. Dr. G is the best. He's professional, patient and relatable. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Highly recommend!

Love Dr G and the entire team! Always smiling. They do a great job of explaining the entire process from cleanings to cavities to the kiddo to easy their anxiety. The kids love the goody bags and prize machines so much they always asked to go back!

Dr G and the staff at Truckee Pediatric Dentistry are the best. My boys are now teenagers, but have been seeing Dr G since they were little. They look forward to going to the dentist and their teeth look great.

Very impressed. This office is very welcoming, clean, and staff is friendly. They appear very organized and use latest technology. My daughter was very at ease with both the hygienist and dentist. They were very thorough and professional but also personable and approachable. I'm very happy we chose this office for our daughters. I wish my husband and I could go there as well!

My 3 daughters have been seeing Dr. G and staff for years. They are always friendly, timely and make the dentist visit FUN! So happy to have found such a great Pediatric dentist.

Six years ago my 2 year old son and I moved to Tahoe and saw Dr G. My son had gone through a bit of dental trauma before we arrived (who knew breastfeeding could be detrimental to baby teeth) and was not a fan of *any* dentist. Our first visit with Dr G then was just as amazing as it was today! I had to cancel his sixth month cleaning two weeks ago and today we were fortunate enough to get in because of a cancellation.

Believe it or not my son wanted to get there earlier than our appointment (maybe to play video games.) and was SO proud when he left with a "no cavity" check up. Dr G and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My son refuses to go elsewhere. What more could a mom ask for!?

My kids have actually loved going to the dentist ever since we began coming (maybe 5 yrs now?) to Truckee Pediatric Dentistry. What kid loves going to the dentist?! Always a quick and easy experience-doctor and staff are awesome!

Dr. G and staff are amazing! My kids WANT to go to the dentist. He takes great care of their teeth, and even performed a frenulectomy on my three-week-old baby, allowing me to continue nursing. The office is clean, modern and has leading edge technology.
