My husband calls to set my appointment and explains I'm high anxiety, they say they understand and we go to the appointment on set day get there and do paperwork. First the appointment runs 20 minutes late and I'm stressed already. Second, we are in the waiting room with a gentleman telling us about his nine years in prison after killing someone after falling asleep after falling asleep after a methamphtamine spree.
Then when they call us back I'm shaky, anxious and trying to explain to a woman with zero empathy how bad my anxiety is and she's got no compassion. Zero! Front desk woman agrees we should just go elsewhere. Lower class facility catering to those with less options obviously and the three person yelp rating is very misleading Find a higher quality facility Even the convict in the waiting room was picking up a repair on brand new dentures!
I was there for a full package but apparently they are highly disorganized. Going somewhere that can function and treat people well. If you can afford options, don't come here! *** I see they're trying to state the the guy in the waiting room was a correctional officer. With an Uncle in Truckee as a Sheriff I'm fairly certain someone that ran another over while high on drugs can not hold said position.
This man was NOT a correctional officer. I did find another husband and wife team that were fantastic, considerate and had a far more professional office. The fact these people knew my situation and were beyond rude, is amazing but I guess I'd make a story up too to excuse unprofessional behavior. I still am angry over a year later. I see I'm not the only one with a bad experience.

Their doctors an old grumpy f*** went in to get a new temporary flipper or flapper whatever they call it my insurance company wouldn't cover it and wanted to pay cash and they wouldn't do it I think they're just there to rip off insurance companies once I was paying cash they didn't want to deal with me

Dr. S, is the best and his entire staff is amazing! They were so quick I needed to get a new flipper, and some dental work done and they were quick knowledgeable and affordable and they accept almost all insurances! I loved the staff at the front desk and the dental assistants and they all were so awesome! I'll be going back for years to come! Thanks Dr. S and Suzy, and Cris!

Very unhappy with quality they took impression of my old denture and were going to match the top in stead made them total difference ask me to sing a fitting paper and told me they were the same cant even wear them, look like something out of a cartoon strip they said I would get use to them I didn't, they wont even stay in they said bone lost, I say bad denture, they did do a good job repairing my old top one they stay in just fine all day, and they did all right on the bottom because I think they have them made somewhere else, you get what you pay for that for sure, I wont go back again
