Dr. Roskelley is originally from Virginia where he studied at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va. Dr. Roskelley grew up in Westbrook, Maine and earned her BS in Biology at American University in Washington, DC. Dr. Gandhi grew up in Concord, NH and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY.
Our administrative staff is happy to explain the costs associated with you dental treatment. We understand that dental insurance can be confusing. Our administrative staff is happy to help you understand your benefits. If needed, we can always submit a pre-determination to your insurance company to verify your coverage prior to initiating treatment.
For people who prefer to pay cash, want a deal, don't have dental insurance or don't want to use their dental insurance. We have a solution that is much more to-the-point, simpler, and allows us to help people keep their teeth, even without insurance. Since we've taken the time to know our patients, we've purposely created an alternative that meets the exact needs of the friends we serve.
But if you want someone to feel like you really care about them, you put forward that extra effort to make sure you know a little bit more about that person. We know what makes Biddeford Saco Dental Associates unique is our intentionality around looking past your teeth to see the person you are. This General Dentistry practice has been operating continuously in downtown Saco, Maine for over 80 years.

THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THE PRACTICE. EVERYONE I ENCOUNTERED WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL & CARING.THE OFFICE IS MODERN & BRIGHT.I LOVED THE STAFF, FROM ERIKA AT FRONT DESK TO KAREN THE HYGENIST(SHE WAS GREAT),T O DR NELSON. SUPER ENERGY! EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED, STEP BY STEP.LOVE THAT THEY TRY & KEEP YOU WITH THE SAME STAFF MEMBERS AT EACH VISIT. THIS WAS MY FIRST NEW DENTAL PRACTICE IN 31 YEARS. Special thanks to Bailey for making my appointment so positive. I had a very warm welcome from the start as I checked in, and then Bailey was so gracious as she cleaned my teeth. Appreciated Dr. Nelson as well. Thanks for a great visit - you eased my anxiety and I can honestly say going to the dentist was a great experience

Three months after my "free" annual cleaning they sent me a bill. When I contacted them to find out why, they told me they no longer accept my insurance and didn't bother to tell me during the 6 months I waited for my appointment. Never once before, during, or after my cleaning did they tell me they weren't going to take my insurance. Now they are threatening to send me to collections. Absolutely horrible.

I have been hunting for a dentist since 7/2020 and no one was taking new patients due to THE virus. I found you on-line. I am impressed and thankful to become one of yours. I lived in Saco 25+ years and never heard of you-sadly. Everything about my first visit from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Seriously, I cant wait for my next appointment

Due to an unexpected dental emergency and not having a dentist in the area, I was faced with having to find a new dentist quickly. Due to recent medical challenges and high anxiety around dental visits in general, I was very nervous about this visit. From my first call into the office through my entire first visit everyone was warm and welcoming. I am happy to have found such a wonderful place to start my dental relationship with. Dr. Nelson quickly advised a course of action to begin resolving my unexpected issue and explained all of my options. Huge sigh of relief having Dr. Nelson and the entire team on my side!

I would definitely recommend Biddeford Saco Dental Assc. Your initial impression is that the office is clean and nicely furnished. The person at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. My hygienist is Alex, who did a very professional inspection and cleaning. She is also very pleasant and makes her patients feel comfortable. I also had an inspection by my dentist who was also very professional and informative. In all, everything was done professionally and in a reassuring manner.
