All Smiles Dental

Each time that I have come in for either dental work or a cleaning, Dr. Vermette and my dental hygienist T have executed thorough, informative, and pain free dental experiences. They take the time to listen to what my needs were, what my financial situation allows for, and took the time to setup a game plan for how I can go about things that I need to get done in an efficient manner while keeping my health in mind. I will continue to refer patients to this office and appreciate all of their great work!

I have had many dental experiences where I was told they accepted my insurance but then received surprise bills months later. That has not been the case with All Smiles. They accept our insurance and do not push uncovered services for which I will be billed months later. They are efficient and professional and their office is conveniently located. I appreciate their honesty.

For years I have received great routine care and when I have needed more extensive work it has been top of the line. The detail and quality of the dental work has been superb. Additionally it's always pain free and the organization of the front office is a pleasure.

We are living in an age where customer service has taken a back seat and been replaced by corporate dentistry where production and profit are the number one priority. There are few services that are more personal than going to a dentist. So when you chose a practice where you feel like a number on someone's schedule of daily tasks you know in your gut that something is not quite right.

We don't really need to have a degree in dentistry to know when expedited service and money are king. No, we don't need anyone tapping us on the shoulder to remind us that respectful, friendly, professional, quality, knowledgeable, competent, caring, compassionate service should never be outdated and out of fashion. I have been on medicare for approximately two years now.

And finding dentistry with up-to-date technology combined with old school ethics and values did not happen right away. That is not until I decided to give All Smiles Dental a try. Not only have they met my expectations, but they have exceeded them by a country mile. The staff is genuinely friendly, extremely competent, and knowledgeable in their chosen specialties.

And to put the "icing on the cake" (bad choice of words for a dentist) they come into work every day with a smile on their faces to serve us in the middle of a pandemic double-masked and a face shield as though they are on the front line in the middle of a war zone. Speaking for myself; This pandemic has reminded me to appreciate those around me who go out of their way (under extreme circumstances) to serve me and improve my life in some way.

By now it certainly may sound like a cliche but there are heroes among us and the people at All Smiles Dental are the best of the best. In closing this review I don't really need anyone to tell me that this is not your everyday kind of review. And some may say it's a little over the top. These are unprecedented times, and when we are fortunate to have those who step up to the plate and serve us with a smile, I think it's important to appreciate them.

When you arrive at All Smiles you may find that you will be greeted outdoors before you are greeted indoors. Mrs. Garramore (wife of Dr. Garramore) is an incurable animal lover and she has spoiled the ducks in the nearby marsh with their daily bread! This was my first visit to All Smiles Dental & I must say that this place is quite remarkable. All of the staff were very friendly, not only to me but to one another. I immediately noticed everyone smiling & seemed to enjoy what they do. They took the time to keep me informed of what they were doing & actively listened to all of my questions. Excellent customer service!

I want to thank you all for the excellent care I received at your practice. I feel that this was the best experience I have had in a very long time at a dental appointment. You were all so friendly and kind. Everyone explained the procedures and rationales for treatment so well. I had a great dentist and hygienist when I was a child and young adult (starting at 4 years old).

They set my expectations of what a dental visit should be. But since my childhood dentist retired (many years ago), I have struggled to find a group of practioners who could provide the level of care I had been accustomed to. I have had many disappointments, unfortunately. However, at All Smiles Dental, I received excellent professional care. Your hygienist, Rachel, provided the best exam and cleaning that I have had in a very long time. Dr Vermette also provided exceptional care and skill. All the staff were so very friendly, kind, and professional. Thank you all very much! I will look forward to working with your exceptional group in the future.

The office has always been beyond clean. However, I was still nervous to go for my cleaning during the COVID pandemic. I immediately felt better upon arrival. Signs on the door with clear instructions, hand sanitizer station prior to entering and clear signage inside. Everyone was fully masked, hygienist were double masked and wore face shields. They informed me they clean every inch of the room between patients, down to cleaning the informational sheets hanging on the walls.

The teeth cleaning process itself has been modified for safety by adding additional steps and stronger suction equipment. It was extremely impressive to see the extreme attention to detail being taken in order to keep the staff and clients safe. I have gone to All Smiles Dental for 13+ years so with certainty I can say, I trust, appreciate and wholeheartedly recommend All Smiles Dental.

So happy that a friend recommended this office to me! Had a dental emergency over a year ago and had trouble getting an immediate appointment with anyone, All Smiles Dental took me in as soon as they could. Dr. Garamore treated me and still does - I have never been more satisfied with a dentist and with the amazing crew he has working with him. Every person I've met there has been extraordinary, and specifically Ginger, Rachel and Samara are true professionals that do excellent work with positive attitudes - oh, and of course the one-liner herself Casey! As long as I live anywhere near this area All Smiles will be my dentist, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office to anyone!

I recently had my new patient visit with the team at All Smiles and what a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door! My husband and I recently joined all smiles and the experience was wonderful. Ginger and Melissa are exceptional, very friendly, professional, and pleasant on entering the building.
