All Brite Laser Dentistry - Zia Rafiq

They will try and sell you services you absolutely don't need or lie about it. They are one of the new age "dentists" who only want to sell, sell, sell! I guarantee they try to tell you that you need a mouth guard and sell you an expensive toothbrush! Thank God I'am not ignorant and a family member worked in dentistry for 25+ years. If you tell them "no" to something, they will belittle you or try to make you feel like your a bad person or parent for that matter.

I had a man in front of me during my last visit walk out and not pay. That should have been an indication of what I should have expected. We told them we didn't want our child having flouride or X-rays done, they still did or pushed the issue. When a parent tells you no, it's no. Respect that. The last straw was when they tried to put a mask on my child when we told them he doesn't wear one. If your naive or don't know any better, good luck- I hope you have good insurance/deep pockets!

I can't see myself going to any other dentist office ever. They are just amazing, kind and professional. And most importantly no pain during my procedure.

I absolutely love this place! All of the staff and I do mean ALL of the staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional. My entire family has been going here for years and we always have a great experience. There's never a long wait and they get you in and out. Clean place, nice environment and they're awesome with children as well! So glad to be apart of the All Brite family!

First time at a dentist for a few years, so I was extremely nervous. The front desk staff were so kind and reassuring. I like to give a special thanks to Kendall who managed to squeeze me in earlier for an appointment! Michelle was my hygienist and was super helpful, kind, and did a great job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Rafiq was great as well and answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend coming here!

All I can say is AMAZING! I just switched over to this dentist office and they have been so attentive and kind. On my first appointment everyone made me feel so welcome and the doctor spent over an hour with me just to get to me and explain what my xrays. Today I had a slight mishap and lost a filling. They were able to squeeze me in immediately and took care of me as if I were their only patient. Front receptionists and assistants are also super friendly. All around great place!

Overall very pleasant experience with the staff and considerations they made for my child. Only improvement I would suggest is for the dentist and her approach on how she judges a persons lifestyle and making a parent feel guilt for tooth decay. And maybe take into account some people go through major stress and financial issues that may make it difficult to focus on certain things like dental care.otherwise very happy with my experience here.

Just moved back to Michigan. I am very particular with my teeth and was looking for a fantastic hygienist and dentist. Jackpot. Found Amber the hygienist here and Dr. Rafiq. The laser tech they used replace the filling was a nice surprise. This is my first visit, and I will update if I have any issues. However, I will also say it was nice surprise to get a follow up call the next day checking to see if there were any issues. That was also a first. Seems like this office really does care about their patients based on my experience so far.

All the dental assistants and dentist are amazing but there is one receptionist/scheduler who treats you like dirt and talks with a disrespectful tone. Definitely ruins the whole positive experience when you end the appointment with someone so unhappy to work with anyone.

The staff is very friendly and remembers small details about our conversations from the checkup I've had six months before with them. I can say I am not worried about cleanliness and I normally don't have to worry about spending a whole day there. Last checkup I had my mom and I got the details about what time my appointment was mixed up, so I ended up about to be thirty minutes late. They were still fine with taking care of me. They were nice about it and everything.

Dr. Rafiq and his staff are the best! They are courteous, timely, and affordable. They treat me as if I am a member of their family. I actually enjoy going to my dentist appointments!

After my dentist retired I was nervous about finding a new one, but finally after a few years I picked All Brite Dental due to all the great reviews, and I'm glad I did! Dr. Rafiq and all of the staff are awesome. Super helpful and friendly. So far I've had a cleaning and gotten some fillings. Both were completely painless! Definitely would recommend.

I love All Brite Dental. The hygienists are absolutely awesome and I've never had such a great cleaning. I have had issues with my gums and they have been life savers. It is difficult to get later and weekend appointments with work schedules, but they are always willing to put you on a waiting list and call me when something becomes available. Great customer service.

Great dentist. I have never been to anyone who shows the inside of my teeth with a camera. Dr. z is very thorough with his exams and also takes you step by step. Dr. Z gave me a hard look at reality by discussing all the bad habits I had. I never realized I was grinding my teeth until he showed me the ridges on my teeth. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I strongly dislike going to the dentist, and I had put it off for quite some time since moving to Michigan. A co-worker recommended All Brite, and I am very glad I took her advice. During my first visit, I had a routine cleaning done. The hygienist was very kind. I think she could tell I was nervous, so she made sure to explain everything and answer all my questions.

She also took pictures of my teeth and displayed them on the screen so I could see what she had worked on. By far the kindest and most professional dental hygienist that has ever worked on my teeth. During my second appointment, I had fillings completed. Dr. Zia did a great job explaining everything and made sure that the procedure was painless. He even followed-up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was okay.

I also have to say that they did a great job handling my insurance. The woman at the front desk made sure to explain my coverage so I understood my charges and also recommended an alternative for something that was not covered by my insurance. Overall, a relatively pleasant experience (as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be).

I recently moved to the area close to Dr. Zia's practice and I went to see Dr. Zia because I got his brochure in the mail and saw all these good reviews. In my teeth exam, Dr. Zia said I need to replace my two year old tooth fillings. Although I didn't feel any pain or discomfort with those teeth having the fillings, although the dentist I saw six months earlier said I have no cavity and no problem, I trusted Dr. Zia and let him replace my amalgam fillings with tooth color fillings.

Two weeks after the procedure, the two teeth which got fillings replaced were still super sensitive, I felt sharp pain when drink/eat hot or cold beverage/food, as well as when I bite down on something hard using those two teeth. I never had sensitive teeth before and only experienced very mild discomfort for a couple of days when I got my amalgam fillings.

I called his office and was told that this was because the bite was off and I grind my teeth. Then I went to his office again, got filling adjustment and was told that I would feel better soon. However, it has been more than three months since I got those fillings I still feel a lot of pain, the condition of those two teeth was not improved at all, even though I have been wearing my mouth guard every night.

I called his office a while ago, the doctor didn't provide any solution but just asked me to see other doctors! My teeth were totally fine before the filling replacement, now I suffer a lot of pain when drink or eat cold or hot, and I need to be super cautious when I chew food using those teeth. I regret so much that I trusted this dentist and replaced my tooth fillings with him.

I have been coming here for a little over a year now and have had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly and professional and the procedures I have had done have been pain free. It feels like family in the office and you can't help but feel relaxed and welcomed by everyone there. I would recommend All Brite Dental to anyone in need of a dentist.
