The best dental practice ever. You walk in and you are made to feel right at home. Except no putting you feet on the furniture in the waiting room. Always a pleasant, genuine smile from the wonderful staff at the front office and Dr Bologna and Dr Batra. They have convenient hours and will help in emergencies. I've never seen such a well run business. And NO, I'm not a relative.

Dr. Batra has been my dentist for many years and it's truly the best dental care I've ever received. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and empathetic and this is the quality of all the staff I dealt with there (especially crystal and Dr Batra). Even during Covid-19, when empathy and professionalism took a dive elsewhere, this office continued to uphold these basic principles.

I had a few emergencies where I needed to be seen right away and they never said no. I had another emergency yesterday where I needed to see an endodontist quicker and they pulled some strings to find me a second day appointment. I'm truly very grateful for them.

Amazing dental office. So amazing I now live about 2 hours away and still make the drive. I make the drive because Dr Batra is very professional and always treats everyone really good. Dr B is a great dentist and explains everything to me. He makes sure that I have a good understanding of what needs to be done and how it will be done. The dental hygienist and dental assistants are always very nice as well. Best dentist office in the state.

This is a wonderful dental office. It was my first time here and I was treated so nicely. Everyone is very welcoming. Dr. Bologna is a great dentist and explained everything to me. My dental hygienist was also very nice, and very informative. I am so glad I found such a wonderful dental office!

The office and staff were very nice but the quality of services were poor. The fill they did has caused me a lot of pain. They offered to redo it and even after their second attempt it still causes me pain. Surprisingly, the office never followed up, which was disappointing since the staff is so nice right? So unfortunately the dentists are not skilled and are too busy for thoughtful patient care. I've left the practice.

Dr Batra is an absolutely excellent dentist, and furthermore, he is a great man, humble, highly professional, and very friendly! He listens and makes sure your teeth are perfect! He makes recommendations based on patient needs and delivers excellence every time! His staff is also highly professional! Thank you Dr Batra!

I went in for a cleaning and had such a pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly, from the ladies at the front desk, to the dental hygienist, and Dr. Batra. I had a great experience here and highly recommend this dental office!

I have been going to Dr. Batra since 2010. He is one of the most genuine and caring dentists I have ever met. Above all, he values his patients' time. Today, I went in for a filling at 9:30 and was out of the office by 9:45. Over the past 8 years, I never had to sit in the waiting room past my appointment time. Also, all the work that Dr. Batra has done on my teeth for the past 8 years has held up very well. There have not been any issues with any of the fillings.

Did crown here almost one year ago, the nurse were very nice, but the crown is not so attached to the root, trap a lot of food which is anointing, and my crown cracked after half year of the installation. Now I need to redo it.

I started going to Personalized dental in late 2014. I went to 4 visits before deciding to change. Part of the reason I decided to change, was unhappiness with how the billing was handled. My past dental office would provide me with the cost of treatment and an estimate of what my insurance would pay. They were always very close to the actuals. Personalized Dental did not provide me any estimates. Maybe, I was supposed to ask for them.

I don't think their rates were out of line, I just would have liked to have accurate estimates. My prior dentist was at Birchtree Dental Center - I went there for over 10 years. I left because my dentist at that office moved out of the area. I decided to try Dr. Bologna because she was listed as one of the best dentists in the area. First was a cleaning/consultation.

That went well - I really did like Dr. Bologna. The 2nd visit was for a crown prep/fitting. The 3rd visit was for crown installation and a filling on another tooth. The crown was/is great. She did an excellent job. The filling I'm not wild about, and probably needs to be redone. I didn't make the time for the visit. On my 4th and final visit for a cleaning - Dr. Bologna wasn't in.

I had to see the other dentist. I didn't care much for his chair-side manner. I felt as if he brushed off my issue with the filling, and he barely spent 2 minutes with me. Overall, I think Dr. Bologna is a good dentist. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by her hygienist staff and how the billing is handled.

We've been coming to Drs. Bologna & Batra for years. They have always been kind and professional in demeanor. We moved from this area and even though this is well out of way I'm not inclined to switch to another office that's closer. I don't think we would so lucky as to find another practice that's can compare to them. My wife has been battling a toothache for awhile and came in after hours to get it checked, it was determined that she needs a root canal.

They booked her on Christmas Eve instead of making her wait two weeks until the holiday break passes. Im happy that they were able accommodate my wife on her next available date even if it's Christmas Eve.
