This doctor saved my life (almost)! My tooth cracked with terrible pain. It was increasing. I was getting a standard referrals for root canal etc. before that but pain kept going up. He opened the store for me in the Sunday afternoon with an assistant, diagnosed as extraction is the only solution and did the procedure next morning. Pain gone. Thing is that I didn't have to run around with referrals. One stop shop for tooth, which I think is sometimes very convenient.
They do have cosmetic and prosthetic options and other procedures after extraction. But I was okay just to have the pain fixed.

I was having an emergency tooth problem and I needed to be seen right away. I was in so much pain. I searched for nearby dentist places and randomly called. State of the art Dental was the first one to call me back and got me an appointment the same day. Most people would say ‘that’s no big deal’ until they realize it was on a Sunday!! I got to the office and right away met Doctor Kavish Gurjar who in my opinion is second to none! He is a great listener and extremely skilled in what he does. I came back a few days later, got my procedure done, everything went on beautifully and I am almost fully recovered. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for great dental care.!!!

I had an implant done today by Dr. Kavish Gurjar. He was assisted by Sabi. My overall experience was excellent. Painless!! Dr. Gurjar described the procedure and was very professional yet pleasant throughout the entire time. His assistant, Sabi helped me to be comfortable and keep relaxed the entire time. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Patients with dental insurance forced to pay in full for services in advance including services fully covered by dental insurance by this preferred provider. Patients are then forced to submit all claim forms to their insurance provider and wait for reimbursement, which is sent to the dentist. This dentist doesn't automatically provide reimbursement, doesn't fully account for charges in a clear and timely manner, and this can require hours of extra work and frustration for the patients (clients) to try to obtain resolution. As noted by other reviewer, accounting practices are questionable.
