SKS helped my son feel excited and comfortable with getting braces put on. They gave every option and answered all questions without having us feel rushed and made sure we knew our feelings were important.

Overall they are one of the best around. they are kind, professional, and thorough. they listen and truly care that you get the result that you are looking for. my only complaint is the scheduling. it has been extremely difficult to get appointments that work for me, resulting in pushing several appointments out for months which has extended my treatment by a lot.

This is an amazing orthodontist, they make you feel comfortable there. I just got my braces off and they did such a great job!

I've been a patient for over 2 years now, and I have to say, this office is arguably the best orthodontic office ever. Choosing to go through orthodontic treatment is an expensive commitment, especially if you don't have insurance to help you like myself. Knowing that I went through this commitment with a remarkable team and amazing doctors from CFSS made all the difference.

I usually get Dr. Kurtzner and Dr. Smith during my visits; they are wonderful doctors who always make sure my smile is perfect before they can finally take off my braces. I really appreciate their and the orthodontic assistants' efforts in helping me get the confidence and smile I long for.

Love this practice. They were so great with the kids. Explained everything very well and laid out our options. The Last Supper Goodie bag was a hit with the kids as well. Everything was so clean and took the proper precautions.

It is a very nice place with very nice staff. Always fun to visit.

My daughter had her regular three week check up. They didn't have a morning or afternoon appointment available so I had to make a middle of the day appointment. I hated to take a half day or for my daughter to miss school but sometimes that's just what you do. I also scheduled an appointment with my own doctor that day as to make the best use of this half vacation day I would be using.

When I got to my daughters school it was on lock down sadly. No one in, no one out. I called the office to say we would be late. The girl who answered the phone said I don't know what to tell you because the doctor has to go to lunch. She said we have a 2 o'clock available. I told her I can't make it at that time as I have scheduled another appointment for that slot.

This is a very slimmed down version of the story. The reason I'm rating this orthodontist office one star is because I can't believe how they were not able to accommodate another appointment. Couldn't they have fit her in at the end of the day or somewhere between appointments? The appointment literally takes 5 min if that.

Question? How can my daughters retainer not fit? That bothers me so much since the office has been inside her mouth for years and when its time for the retainer it doesn't fit? As precise as an industry this is im disappointed, no DD card can change that especially when I'm given a drive by explanation. Would a doctor give a patient a medical device that is ineffective? I guess so!

They have a very friendly atmosphere and try their best to make everyone comfortable. I definitely recommend them! They are very gentle with braces and make sure your teeth come looking out their best.

The practice has a very professional staff and great atmosphere. Worth every dollar as my teeth have been adjusting nicely to the wires. The appointments are typically quick and effective. Everything considered, I'm glad I got my braces done here and recommend that you do the same.

CFSS is a great wonderful environment. It has a soothing feel inside. The building was just rebuilt and now has a even better outside appearance. I am so happy to go every appointment. Even though I live an hour away I wouldn't choose anywhere else. There are three offices. I haven't been to them but I believe it will be just the same atmosphere.

My son had a great experience here. Great atmosphere and friendly doctors. Unlike some other orthodontists in the area, they did not try to pressure us to get braces ASAP. Instead, they told us to wait a little longer before beginning treatment. Clearly they're invested in the health of their patients.
