The staff here at Dr. Berry's are always top notch, and today was no exception! Kathy was very knowledgeable and explained every step of my procedure to me so I knew what to expect. A++!

I can't recommend Dr. Berry and her team enough! They are always welcoming, professional, and willing to answer questions. I got my permanent crowns today for two implants, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Berry and Crystal are the best! I'm also incredibly grateful to Kortney and Tasia who've helped me navigate my care plan, appointments, and switching insurance. Despite the cost of dental work running anywhere between a couple hundred to a few thousand, I had a pleasant experience at Barry Good Dental. The care, passion, and transparency of the dental team is exceptional. I've been seen by Drs. West and Berry and have felt well taken care of. Recently, I had a pleasant experience with Andrea as she prepped both my crowns and removed cement from a temporary, and made sure that my bit was in line.

I do not believe there's a perfect dental office considering the cost of dental work (at least in the U.S.) can also be prohibitive for many folks. Still, I recommend Berry Good, especially for those who have a history of negative experiences at the dentist.

Been a patient with Berry Good for over a year now. Suffering from major dental anxiety, but every member of the practice I've seen has been incredibly comforting, and had helped ease my worries considerably over time! 1st time patient. Allison and Dr. West were friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions. It was a good visit!

It took forever to get my work done and the numbing didn't go through right away so it hurt so much. They reapplied the numbing so that helped but I think I'll get my dental work done elsewhere. It's not that hard to do a filling.

Service begins on time. It is quick - 25 to 30 mins. Dentist talks to you, so friendly service.

This is an amazing practice! Everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I've had two appointments here and I'll never go anywhere else. I've been really happy with the work I've had done by Dr. Berry and my experience with the staff. What a great team. Highly recommend!

I'm almost afraid to say that I had no pain after my recent extraction. Don't want to set someone with a false expectation - BUT it's true for me. It took a long time to get the tooth out because my mouth is to small. Most of my roots are tangled with other roots so I expected a lot of pain. I took two Tylenol after the appointment and some ice, Waited expectantly for pain, and it never came. You're incredible!

Not a fan of them at all. Don't want to get into the personal details of it all but the filling I got Had a sharp edge or maybe it's the tooth they didn't file Down correctly. They also took a really long time to get it done and the pricing was kind of high.

I went in today for part one of a two part implant procedure. Dr. Berry was excellent as well as her assistant Crystal. Crystal was able to answer all of my questions, which were numerous. She was so knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. I experienced the best customer service, and would highly recommend anyone for any dental service to Berry Good Dental. You can expect a knowledgeable and friendly staff who prioritize customer service and excellent dentistry.

Dr West is excellent. He did the filling on my daughter's front teeth.excellent attention to detail. You can't even say that it is a filling.he blended it in very well with her natural teeth.

Owwweee. Broke a tooth, the office got me in and my usual, beloved Dr. Berry wasn't there. No worries, though - Dr. West was great, put me at ease with his questions, gentle probing and assurance that the issue was manageable. They got me quickly in for the procedure tomorrow and I know the end of pain is in sight. Thanks, Berry Good! You know I love you!

Dr. BERRY and her staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. I have some anxiety with dental procedures and need nitrous oxide for most of my procedures. I've had 3 crowns done and a few fillings and haven't had any issues during or after the procedures. I'm not a fan of going to a dentist but I do recommend Dr. Berry and her staff. They take the time to answer any questions and check in with how your doing when performing any work on your teeth.

I've recently had more crowns done and Dr. West has answered my questions and alleviated any concerns. Dr. West is very knowledgeable and explains procedures that need to be or have been done in a way that is easily understood. Dr. West is a wonderful asset to Berry Dental.

I had 2 fillings today and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff was very friendly and the dentist that did my fillings made me feel very comfortable and I didn't feel a thing! He explained everything before he did it and was very attentive to my questions and concerns. 5 Stars! Definitely will continue to come here!

I, like so many others out there dislike greatly going to the dentist. Berry Good Dental does everything they can to lesson the anxiety. Today - it was a little Reggae music in the background and a very friendly team. I asked them to describe what they were doing throughout the process, which I found most helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr West took very good care of me. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and the whole thing took 5 minutes or so. I was offered relaxation medicine options but I didn't even need them because I was so relaxed. Being a doctor myself I would recommend Dr. West to my own families and friends. 5/5 service.

I went in for a tooth extraction and implant today feeling super nervous, but the awesome people at Berry Dental made the experience smooth, quick and painless. The staff are very welcoming and eager to help you and relieve any stress you have about the dentist. They are also very knowledgeable in modern dentistry techniques that help make the visit to the dentist quicker and more enjoyable.

I had been having a really bad toothache for the last few days, and I obtained a last-minute appointment with Dr. Berry to get it checked out. She and her hospital staff quickly identified and located the problem, and performed the relevant procedures needed to help with the issue. The hospital staff and Dr. Berry were all very courteous and cheerful, and the dental care that I received was highly efficient but very painless. They were also willing to work with my insurance provider, and the process was all very smooth. Also, the clinic was very clean as well.

Not only is Dr. Berry at the top of her game - her entire team is excellent and cheerful. My husband and I have had dental care in Syracuse, Northwest Florida, New York City and London and can say, hands down, that she is our family's favorite dentist. We brought our 2.5 year old for his first appointment a little while back - another great experience. We've had care with Dr. Berry for cleanings, fillings, a root canal and I'm about to go and get Invisalign. My mom had a discounted whitening - honestly, they are awesome and if you're looking for care near Syracuse University or downtown, Dr. Berry should be your choice.

I have been a patient at this office for several years now. Her dentistry is painless and of great quality. The staff is very courteous. My previous dentist was mre expensive. When Iask for conservative treatment, I am listened to and complied with. Plus I like the convenient location.

I was a patient of Dr. Berry's for 2 years. At the very start and at every subsequent visit, I made it clear that since I didn't have insurance I was interested in the most conservative treatment possible. On my first visit, they tried a hard sell for a $500 package for receding gums. When I asked what the conservative treatment was, I was told that waiting 6 months and adhering to proper brushing/flossing standards would not cause any further damage.

I opted to do that. At a later visit I was told that I had multiple cavities that would cost $500 to fix. I declined the treatment. A year after that appointment I went to a new dentist who took a look at my teeth and said they're fine: there's absolutely nothing that needs to be done. I don't know if its incompetence or greed, but either way I wouldn't recommend Dr. Berry.
