Thank you team Henrickson Dental. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, I had nothing but good experiences. The receptionist was nice and helpful, the hygienist was an angel and the dentist took his time and was very informative. I highly recommend this place!

This was my first time with Henrickson Dentist, and my husband and I really like the service we received. They took there time with us. Explained to me what I needed to know, and what I needed to do. It's Very clean, and a friendly staff.

My husband and I see Jackie a wonderful Hygienist. She makes an unpleasant experience and great one. Very skilled and competent! We love her!

Staff was incredibly nice and caring. Facilities are top notch and kept in great condition. Location is really convenient too. Really happy I picked them for my dental needs.

I was called earlier in the day, asking if I could come in 40 minutes earlier, which I could not due to work. I arrived to my appointment and waited in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes before someone greeted me. At that time I had found out, had I come in for the earlier time, I would have waited 30 minutes. Dr. Mike spent roughly 60 seconds with me.

It was very apparent that I stood between him and his weekend. The only good thing about my experience is my wonderful hygienist - Jackie! She is a ray of light in an otherwise unpleasant experience and incredible at what she does! She deserves 5 stars! The rest of my experience is a 0.

Great experience. Amy was fabulous, professional. friendly. explained everything she was doing. A very relaxing atmosphere I came away needing no work.almost wish I did.it is a nice experience

My first time at this dentist and everyone was so nice. Dr. B was my dentist and she did an amazing job explaining everything to me, also Heather did a great job cleaning my teeth. I am grateful that I found a dentist that really care about their patients. I looked forward to my next visit with Dr. B.

I am really comfortable going to their office. I had too many bad experiences growing up and was always afraid of a dentist. They are very friendly and make a person feel relaxed.

I have never felt more comfortable on a first time with a new dentist. I had a few medical issues and they worked so hard to be sure I was comfortable, and that I knew what was happening. He took a few extra breaks when I needed. He gave me so much information, way more information about my teeth than any other dentist ever has. I really felt I was able to make an informed decision about what direction I wanted to go with my treatment. They just made the whole experience fun. I look forward to a long relationship with my dentist Dr. Mike Hendrickson.

I was a patient there for years. Everyone was pleasant, I really don't remember any issues. But recently I asked for some of MY file information so I could take care of something at my current dentist. I was rudely told to make an appointment because they could take care of it. I have a new dentist. I have a right to my information, it's really too bad they act like this to former patients. Just a bummer, it changed my whole view of their practice.

Henrickson Dental has been my dentist for the last 10 years or so! I absolutely love the warm atmosphere you experience as soon as you walk through the door! These people really know how to make the dentist less of a scary place. Dr. Mike is great at what he does, and all the staff is so friendly and helpful. Heather is a great hygienist, she's gentle and she explains what she's doing when she's doing it. Jackie is great too, she's always so kind and gentle as well! If you're looking for some great people that are great at their job, go here!

I have been going to Henrickson Dental since I was a child and I am always very happy with the overall service they provide. All of the staff are very welcoming and kind. I always make sure to book my cleaning appointments with Jackie as she does a great job cleaning, and also remembers I have sensitive teeth and need to have my teeth cleans with hand tools! I have recommended several past coworkers to go here and will keep spreading the good word!

We had a very good experience at Henrickson Dental. We recently moved back to the Twin Cities and needed a new dentist. After our first visit I feel we made a great choice.

This was the first dentist visit in, well I'd rather not say. When I first arrived the receptionist was very polite, nice and made me feel welcomed. Moving on to the Dentist. Dr. Henrickson was awesome. Polite, professional, and very easy to talk to. Told me all about what was going to be done, how it will work, and mostly took away the nervousness I felt.

During the procedure both he and his assistants were amazing. Made sure I was alright, and comfortable. I'll be returning to this dental practice for the rest of my dental needs. Great staff, wonderful facility and a great place to go if you need dental care.

Dr. Mike was wonderful! I was quite nervous as my dentist of 40 years recently passed away and I needed to find a new dentist. Dr. Mike is professional and caring. I had no pain during the procedure. I loved the very high-quality same day crown and the three cavities he completed looked great. His state of the art equipment was a real unexpected treat as well. I won't need to do anymore dentist shopping as he is my #1 choice, hands down! Thank you for caring for my teeth today Dr. Mike. You earned and deserve your 5 stars!

I have never felt more relaxed at a dental office! All staff, hygienists, techs and dentists are kind and listen to the patients needs. The staff there are amazing. I have had to have a lot of work on my teeth and they have explained things as they were going and my teeth look amazing. My daughter is 9 and loves Dr. Mike and Heather her dental hygenist. They are great with kids

I take my mother in law there. They are wonderful! She's a great grandma that has difficulty getting around and they take special care to meet her needs. They schedule her for a 2 to 3 hour appointments, since it's easier for her. They're gentle and do excellent work!

I've been a patient of Dr. Mike and his staff for nearly five years, ever since I moved to the area. I was originally an Invisalign client and had a really positive experience with that, so it made sense for me to make this the destination for the rest of my dental needs as well. Thankfully, those have been fairly routine to date. Nobody enjoys things like fillings, etc. but I've found the service I've gotten in that regard to be great. Dr. Mike always helps me understand what to expect and keeps me informed of how things are going along the way.

And as others have noted, the hygienists are fantastic too. I usually see Heather, and she's just the nicest person you could ever hope to have handling your regular dental maintenance. (And do note that they have about twenty different flavors of polishing agent if you ask - highly recommend the grape!) I don't think anyone's ever going to tell you that they *love* going to the dentist - I'm no different there.

But Dr. Mike and his team provide great care with modern, up-to-date technology in a location that's easy to access. I definitely don't mind my twice-annual visits, and from me, that's incredibly high praise! Five stars, would repeat!

I'm so happy I found this dental office. My dentist that I had been driving to for the last decade in Eagan, a 40 min drive, had retired. I was devastated. I actually tried two other dentists when I first moved to Maplewood, they didn't give me the level of service I was accustomed to, so I kept driving to Eagan. Until now. It was easy to schedule an appointment at Hendrickson.

On the actual day of I had a conflict come up, they managed to still squeeze me in same day. I received a super cute welcome bag of goodies on arrival, and didn't wait long at all afterwards to be seen. The dental assistant was super personable, as well as Dr. Cha who did my exam. They were both so friendly and genuine, I felt comfortable, and well cared for. Dr. Cha razzed me quite a bit cause I don't consistently floss.yeah, yeah, I know.

He spent a good amount of time playfully drilling it into me, although he did admit my gums were very healthy, so winning there! But I have now been flossing everyday since my appointment. I appreciated the time he took to make sure I understand the importance. He also told me I could remove some white spots on a couple of my teeth that I was told may not be done before, so I'm excited to be back for that. I received a thank you card from the office a few days later. WOW! I've found my new dental office, I love the service standards here.

Dr. Henrickson is a great dentist - very knowledgeable and professional! He uses the latest equipment and makes my visits to the dentist "not so bad"! I've had a lot of work done over the years - fillings, . crowns, an implant, and a tissue graft. Everything turned out great! The Hygienists are also very good - thorough and friendly! I would highly recommend Henrickson Dental!

I have been a patient at Henrickson Dental for 20 years. Myron Henrickson was the original dentist who owned and operated the clinic. His son, Mike is presently the primary dentists and there has a been a few associate dentists come and go. I've not had a bad experience in all my years under Henrickson Dental. While I prefer Myron Henrickson, his son, Mike and other associate Dentists have also provided good care. Tammy, who is my primary dental assistant is excellent at her role, right-hand woman to whichever dentists she's assisting. Tammy is familiar with patients, she is very tuned into my level of comfort, she pays close attention to me when I am 'in the chair' and having dental work done.

Being unable to verbally communicate is a vulnerable position and she makes it more tolerable by being aware of non-verbal communication; she is always attentive to my needs and is also reassuring. I especially appreciate the friendly office/administrative staff and the hygienists (Heather and Jackie). I am partial to having Heather clean my teeth, she's always very professional while also being friendly and familiar. She gets the job done and done well. Jackie is also professional and efficient, I've just had Heather clean my teeth more often.

I had a great experience here. I had to leave a dentist I liked due to an insurance change, and was really nervous about finding a new one. I had a cleaning, and then 2 "service" visits where I got work done. Since then, I have referred my wife to him! I picked Dr Mike b/c his dad was a dentist, so he's been around this for a long time. He's also about my age, which I figured means young enough to use new technology when it makes sense, but old enough to not chase after every new fad. The office is clean & comfortable, the staff has been friendly & efficient, and I've gotten in & out quickly. I'll definitely keep coming!

These guys were AWESOME! The dentist Mike was really thorough and modest in his recommendations. He did my crown lengthening with a laser which is done with a scalpel at most places and the recovery time and pain associated with it are awful! I was in and out within an hour or so, he did it same day as my consult- no pain, no sedation, and it looks really good!

The consult was free (most places wanted to charge 175 for a CONSULT!) and the best was I was quoted OVER 1400 PER tooth to have this done with a painful scalpel, for what I needed it would have cost 3,000 elsewhere and I had it done for under 300$ using high tech equipment. He also did a total oral exam for free to double check the work I was told I needed done.

I will for sure be going back to get my work done with them. They were all very friendly, helpful, and have modest pricing compared to many places for great work. i'm super pleased!
