They are so wonderful! I came to Cooper City Family Dentistry and they were so fast. I barely waited before being let in. They were kind and fast. The office is clean and modern. Dr. Fabiane Ribeiro explained everything so I felt good about my tooth repair. I highly recommend them!

Always a very pleasant experience. The staff is very nice and professional. I hate the dental experience but the staff is gentle and talks you through each step to curb your anxiety. I have been going here for years and have never had an issue and leave feeling good.

Best dental office I have been going there for about 9 years and it's always a pleasant experience all the staff and both Dr. Martin and Dr. Robeiro are very attentive, patient and always make it a priority that you are at ease and comfortable, and this is coming from a person who was traumatized going to the dentist as a child and for years was afraid to step in a dentist office

Great energy great crew of people there. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and super caring. The assistant even asked if she wanted me to hold her hand because I mentioned I was a little nervous for a tooth extraction. That's love right there and the doctor performed the extraction perfectly. Grateful for them

Like most ppl, I am terrified of the dentist, but Cooper City dentistry makes me feel like family. And I will continue to go and bring my kids as well

Dr Martin is a wonderful dentist. I have had different dental procedures in his office and each time it is a great experience, starting with his office nice atmosphere and his team. Dr. Matin was excellent! He was very patient with me and very kind to me. He is a great person and knows a lot about teeth. I 100% recommend him, he makes your teeth look amazing! The entire staff is so helpful and kind as well.

Dr Ribeiro was great, she treated me with respect and patience, cared about my problem, her assistant was great as well. The whole office feels very comfortable. From the front desk, manage, doctors and assistants. and I am very picky

Amazing; you have extensive dental work, receive temporary bridges, then walk out -- feeling like all the replacement work is as comfortable as an old pair of shoes, except for temporary minor gum irritation. Why do folks dread dental work today; not the same procedures done 30 years ago? Amazing!

Dr. Martin and his staff are superb. When I arrive for my appointments I always feel at home. They are very welcoming and wanting to take care of my dental needs. I always leave his office satisfied and with outstanding results. He is an outstanding dentist.

Dr. King made me have a dream (pun intended) I don't care if you don't like the joke! Excellent etiquette and professionalism! Nicole was also truly amazing and even offered to hold my hand during my root canal. I am glad I live near this facility of excellence.

I've been going to Cooper City Family Dentistry for approximately 6 years now. I can honestly say we've only had great experiences even in the worst of times with our own dental issues. Staff was always available and communication never wavered. The staff is friendly and very professional. Dr Martin and his staff are all very professional, caring and personable. He is very patient, explains what the procedure will be like, the options available, the best for the patient and also consults with other doctors/dentists to provide the best solution. The office is immaculate and spacious. The dental assistants are all very good and make you feel very comfortable. Even their music selection is excellent. i wouldn't go anywhere else and I have had a lot of work done on my teeth.

The dentists and staff at Cooper City Family Dentistry are the best. Kudos to Dr. Martin in particular, and applause for the entire staff. Some folks don't do well when visiting the dentist, but this team keeps things friendly, light and as fun as a dentist can be. In particular, I want to thank hygienist Natalie S for her kind and gentle work during my recent deep cleaning. I've experienced that before elsewhere and it wasn't a pleasant experience. Natalie did a great job keeping me comfortable and checking on how I was doing, and it was just so much better than my prior deep cleaning elsewhere.

Great service and overall experience! It was my first time going here. I arrived for my appointment and they took me in right away. Everyone was super friendly. I loved that the hygienist was very thorough and took her time. This is a great place to go if you are in need for a dentist!

I had a really good experience at the Cooper City Family Dentistry office. The receptionists and the woman who cleaned my teeth were all very nice. I did not wait long at all and I was almost 5 minutes late for my appointment. The office is modern and clean, and all of the equipment is up to date. The dentist took time to look at my issues and he was also very nice and welcoming.

By the time I was done with my exam and cleaning, they had my treatment plan printed out and calculated my costs, breaking things down so it was easily understandable. I am happy with my choice in dental offices.

Dr. Martin is phenomenal, once I began seeing him all of my tooth issues have been resolved. His office is clean and his staff are polite and professional. I wouldn't trust my teeth to any other office!

Very clean, modern office. The employees are a bit unprofessional. They're always chatting with each other while you are waiting. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth explained that some one else would do the polishing, which is fine. So she walked away and I could hear her chatting with someone behind me for about 10 minutes. Then she returned and said she would be polishing my teeth.

It made me wonder why am I sitting here longer than I need to? Next, the receptionist claimed I needed to pay a $20 co pay. I explained to her that my insurance has no associated copay. She didn't believe me and became argumentative. The office manager stepped in and explained that they accept my insurance but my insurance covers a certain amount.

This made no sense because this office is listed as within network which means that the services are covered. I am glad I stood my ground because the office manager conceded and to date I have no received any invoice from them, which shows me that the receptionist has no idea what she is talking about. Be careful if you go here they seem to like to try to pull a fast one on you.
