My first visiting was in November 2021, I provided all my insurance information and I only did a cleaning and the x-rays, in February 2022 a got a bill in my mail charging me for comprehensive oral evaluation, Bitewing four image, prophylaxis -adult and topical applic Fluoride vanish total $355.00, by the way I paid $30.00 for the fluoride vanish.

I called my insurance and they stated that the bill for Nov 2021 was paid, I called the Dr. Stone office after long explanation and called back and forward someone told me that the issue was resolved and I do not have balance. In my second visit for cleaning in 05/09/2022 I asked the lady to check my account to see if I have balance and the lady told me that yes I do have a balance and I said that should not be possible because my insurance paid for it.

The lady Varni told me that she is going to fix the issue with my balance. I called today 06/14/2022 and still have the balance, I called the insurance and they stated that all the claims have been paid, May 2022 included. Also in my second visit the Dr. Stone did not check on me after the cleaning like the first time. Now Johanna is working on my case I waiting for her to fix the issue.

I don't understand why is taking so long, I feel like they don't pay attention to the patients problems. I am not happy with this situation. I put one start to be able to post this. Honestly 0 stars for them.

This man is one of the best dentists I've ever been treated by. Patient, provides detailed information but not overly complex, gentle and listens. OUTSTANDING GENTLEMAN, total professional!

So far this has been a wonderful experience. The doctor and his tech provided a comprehensive consultation. Dr Stone and his staff are knowlegable, warm, friendly, and professional.

My son had a New patient appointment that we had to wait 3 weeks for. 4 days before the appointment we got a called that changed our from 1pm to 12 noon. My son 19 years got there and called me at 12:08pm to tell me that they said he had to reschedule because he walked in at 12:06pm. I'm like wait what? I asked him to let me speak to the receptionist. Btw my background is 20+ years in medical & dental office.

Currently been an office manager at a pediatric office for 8 years. She gets on the phone I asked her isn't a grace period he's only 6 minutes late. She's like well it's not my call. I then asked could I speak to the office manager. She stated she wasn't there for the day. I then knew the games because I've seen this before. The office close early so they don't want to be there later than they should.

I'm like NO his appointment was originally for 1pm you guys changed it but can't accommodate him for 6 mins? Now I'm frustrated. She then leave my son standing at the front desk. Another lady comes up looks at my son up and down shakes her head and 3 mins later the "on " doctor comes looks at my son say I don't deal with aggressive kind of people I will not be seeing you.

What kind of people huh Dr? The black kid with his hair undone? Well guess what that black kid is a very smart kid with a very bright future. He wasn't a Medicaid patient he was paying you out his hard earn money. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. Before taking your staff word you should have asked or not even get involved and let your office manager deal with it. Worst doctor office experience of my life. My opinion you owe my black son an apology. But God will deal with it.

Thank you Dr. Stone for providing me with the two mini rubber parts to my upper precision attachment. $400.00 for these two tiny pieces and a few minutes of your time is beyond outrageous. About a year ago you charged me $50.00 for one piece. The problem is not the quality of your work, unfortunately, it is the gouging that I can no longer tolerate. I was hoping that I could have received a private request for a review of the visit which could have avoided a negative review on yelp.

My first visit at Dr. Stone's office was informative and I felt totally comfortable during the consultatio. The staff was very accommodating. I have been through some awful experiences with dentists in the past few years and was very skeptical. I decided to go ahead with the treatment plan that Dr. Stone explained to me, and had my first visit for a full mouth restoration today.

I am so happy with my decision to trust Dr. Stone and his staff. He is so knowledgeable and patient and truly wants to make you happy. I have a pretty long road ahead before competition, but feeling extremely confident that I went to the right office and dentist! I highly recommend this dental office!

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Stone as my new dentist. I'm very satisfied and at ease with his work. Everyone working in the office is very pleasant & helpful, also. I would recommend him o/o.

Couldn't be happier with Doc Stone & Staff. He is the Best ever. Fitted me with my Uppers some years ago. Now on my return visit I now have the perfect matched lowers. He is painless & takes his time for that perfect fit. I have wonderful teeth and a beautiful Smile. I now can eat real food at the age of 82 years old. Thank you, Dr Stone.

While I was moving to Ft Lauderdale a few weeks ago, an old crown that I had cracked, then fell off. I did not know a dentist in Ft Lauderdale, but found Dr. Stone online and his reviews are well-deserved! Great care was taken from the first call and the professionalism of the office and Dr. Stone is top-shelf! From this first visit I can tell that Dr. Stone is the best dentist I have ever been to! I highly recommend his services and compliment Theresa for her caring and effort to get me in as soon as possible!

I was really satisfied with my visit to Doctor Stone's office. I related my concerns and he provided me with viable options. What I liked most was the fact that he ACTUALLY listened and then asked me what MY hopes were for my treatment. Other dentists typically dictate what THEY want to do. Plus, Dr. Stone's staff were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Typically, I dread going to the dentist; surpisingly, this was a pleasant experience.

I've been going to Dr. Stone for over 30 years. He is my most trusted medical professional. He has taken excellent care of me and always takes the time to explain things to me. His staff is phenomenal. From the time you arrive, until the time you leave, you are treated with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend Dr. Stone.

I am getting married on Friday I have a surgery scheduled for next week however, I needed urgent help today Dr. Stone and his amazing staff were able to not only fix my problem but fix a long term 2year issue I had dealt with in a matter of minutes! They made me have the best smile for my wedding day! Dr. Stone and his staff are amazing they're down to earth and very knowledgeable from the front desk all the way to the chair! I am sending my family & husband to Dr. Stone and anyone else who needs a great Dentist I highly recommend this office!

If you're looking for a "real" dentist you found the right place with Dr. Stone. I've been a patient for at least 10 or more years. Over those years I've seen dentists in different countries when working though out the Caribbean, South America & on the eastern seaboard. Non of then can hold a candle to his expertise. In addition his technicians are number 1.

When you get a cleaning it's a cleaning- the real stuff. Here's one review that you'll be happy you read- and I'm sure you'll pass it on. Never thought that going to the dentist could feel satisfactory until Dr. Stone. If you're hesitating-don't. This is the real McCoy.

Too many long visits involved a bridge and crown and never did I see another patient in his office, either coming or going in my time there. Dr. Stone & his assistant were incredibly clumsy with procedures, dropping my prosthetics and other items - and I've had my share of dental work / dentists! Asst's sloppy application of impression material resulted in an unacceptable bridge and my having to go thru the entire procedure again. Yet, Dr.

Stone seems to think he and his staff are infallible! Best of all, on my last visit, was told my x-rays from only 6 months prior were suddenly missing.very suspect based on my haphazard experiences! Only hope I don't have future problems in dental areas where I was foolish enough to let him work! :-

I somehow thought I had found the dentist after all these years. I was a patient of Dr. Stone for a partial, as time passed (a couple of months), the teeth begin to wear down and the frame beneath the teeth was visible, I paid over $3000. Therefore, I had to seek another dentist, and to my surprised, I was informed that the material used for the partial was substandard.

I then had to pay to have the partial reconstructed with the proper material. As time passed, I returned to Dr. Stone's office to resolve my issue with the partial. We came to an agreement and I'm completely satisfied.

Dental Practice Staff is lovely. Location is convenient. Dentist seemed nice; however, he make no attempt to justify how and why his said services were 67% and 24% higher than the two previous dentists I vetted for this procedure.

I had previously given Dr. Stone five stars feeling that he was someone I could trust as of my recent experience I learned that he is not a person I could trust. Dr Stone installed a very expensive bridge on the upper left side of my mouth about a year and a half ago. the back molar cracked I went back to him last week and he told me I would have to pay $1000 more to have it fixed because it only had a one year warranty.

After reviewing several other dentist in town, common practice is 5 to 7 years warranty which I already knew I feel I was just being taken advantage of and I will not return to his office. It is very sad to me when a doctor becomes more concerned about money than the patient unfortunately that seems to be the way of the world now

Best experience! I was in a lot of pain and in need of a same day visit. I called and they were able to fit me in, yes! Concerned about my pain they telephoned me approximately 15 minutes later and were able to fit me in even earlier! Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Stone is gentle, attentive and knowledgeable. As someone who dislikes the dentist, I felt really comfortable.

The office is located behind target/coral ridge mall. There is lots of parking and places to lock up bikes. The inside is beautiful and modern. The exam room I was in had an awesome view! Overall best experience possible. Very happy I found a great dentist!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Stone and his staff. Everyone in the office is attentive and makes you feel very comfortable. They originally saw me the same day I called with an emergency, which was a huge relief. Was able to schedule my extraction appointment easily, and that visit itself went great. My extraction was on a Friday, and that evening Dr. Stone called my cell phone to see how I was do - absolutely amazing of him. I have recommended him to everyone since that and will continue to.

This is my second review for Dr. stone. I finally got all my work completed and finally got over my fear of going to dentist. Dr. Stone is so compassionate and caring. He keeps you calm. All i can say is i hope he never retires. He is highly specialized as a prosthodontist who can take care of just about all your needs. Don't make a mistake of going to a general dentist who does not have the extra training needed. Angie at the front desk is awesome.

She treats you like family and is very knowledeable in the field of dentistry. She is a very dedicated and kind person who tries to help others within her job and outside of her job. The rest of the staff are very nice when you come in for an appointment.

Dr Stone was unbelievable for us. My wife was in Ft Lauderdale and had a dental emergency on a Sunday. Dr Stone got her in to his office within an hour and got her tooth fixed. Really made her day in an emergency. He was kind, compassionate, and understanding. Great service and would highly recommend.

Awesome dentist office. I've been a client for 3 years now. Used google to find myself a Denist. Dr. Stone popped up first. Gave them a chance, which they over exceeded. Had a tooth crack during a holiday and went to the only dentist that could fit me in with an emergency appointment in the suburb i lived in. Short story, it was a disaster and so after a ton of research online found Dr Stone and nervously went there to see if he could fix the new issues the other dentist created. This practice was fantastic, it was in a lovely building that was bright, new and clean, and Dr Stone and his staff were so professional, courteous and nice with it.

He fixed my issue with my bridge and crown so quickly and painlessly and explained everything and my options along the way. To top it off the cost was the most reasonanble bill i've ever walked out of a dentist with, and i've had a LOT of work done in my life, in 3 different states and 2 countries no less. I honestly could not recommend this dentist more highly. (By the way, i have never written a yelp review before in my life but felt compelled to do this one because when i was in pain doing my extensive research online trying to find a dentist, i did see the horrible review from the Maria M person below.

It did make me hesitate for a second but luckily i noticed she had done almost an identical terrible review for another dentist so decided to ignore it. She obviously has issues that are nothing to do with this dentist and so if anyone is anxiously and desperately needing to find a good dentist like i was, please know with confidence you can ignore it. )

John Stone's dentist's staff is intolerable. He told his assistant to put on a temporary crown & it FELL OUT 1st bite of food when I got home -I was LUCKY I didn't swallow the temp crown. HAD TO GO BACK 2 have it redone. NEXT VISIT the actual gold crown did not fit! Dr Stone GOT agitated. Had to go back to the office AGAIN after the lab corrected the gold crown.

The Guatemalan girl at front desk is lazy, when you make an appointment she never writes you a card with date & time, so you have to look around for their card to write it yourself from their appointment book. My home was robbed of everything including my clock radio - so I called his front desk girl & asked for a "wake-up call" to keep a teeth-cleaning appointment the next day. SHE NEVER CALLED, so I slept thru the appointment.

I paid Dr Stone well over $9000 CASH for the dental "work." Fed up with Dr. Stone's sleazy incompetent 2 dumb assistants who try to stymie his work I had to go to a new dentist. Stone himself is overly-proud & arrogant. I asked how much an implant cost, he arrogantly said, "$5000," which is way over the going rates. STONE pulled a tooth & kept the gold. The correct procedure is to return the valuable heavy gold to the patient & not RIP IT OFF.
