Citident: Amini Ben

Easiest new patient/ dental cleaning experience I've ever had. Would highly recommend anyone to come here if they are looking for a new dentist in the city. Made an appointment very late notice and they were able to do everything I needed in one appointment and explained everything I needed in detail. Didn't feel pushed to accept treatment.

Excellent staff, brilliant Dentist with Dr. Amini and a modern and up to date facility combine to make this the top dental practice in San Francisco. I've been visiting this practice for 21 years, and there is no detail too small for the staff and technicians. I live on the Peninsula, and drive into the city to take care of my dental needs. They are simply the best. Do schedule a visit with them, you won't regret it.

Dr. Cabugao is the best. She and her assistant Maly would continually check on me through the procedure and explain everything as they were going along! The jaw massages were the best!

I LOVE coming here and have now recommended Dr. Jaselle to my friends and fam. The atmosphere is clean and beautiful and the staff are so welcoming. I generally do not like the dentist' office (like most) but Dr. Jaselle and team at CITI DENT make every session a pleasure. Most grateful for their kindness and attention to my health. I feel listened to and that my needs are actually understood and attended to, as opposed to feeling like I'm being talked down to and like procedures are over prescribed. For as long as I live in the Bay, this will be my dental clinic.

The entire staff at Citident is unmatched in their professionalism and how kind they are to their patients. They're extremely flexible, especially during COVID times, and will do whatever they can to ensure you have a great experience at the dentist. The office is very clean and organized as well. CitiDent is a professional yet friendly dentist office, probably my favorite dentist I've had over my time in multiple cities

I have been going to Dr. Amini's office for about 10 years. Dr. Amini is the type of dentist who treats his patients like a human being whom he cares about. He consults with me about everything he thinks about my mouth, answers any questions I have (in fact, he makes me feel like he loves taking the time to answer questions), and works with me when I need dental work that is costly. Unfortunately, not getting dental work can be even costlier.

He is sympathetic, nonjudgmental, and funny. Dr. Amini is a teacher and it shows. He loves to explain the details about what he's doing and how he does it. He stands behind his work. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Amini. He also trains his staff and chooses his colleagues to be friendly, courteous, and compassionate. All of Dr. Amini's staff at Citident are consummate professionals.

No one has ever lost patience with me, in fact everyone goes out of their way to be as helpful as possible and anticipate your needs. Dr. Amini also has the most modern equipment and technology that I have seen anywhere. At first I was a little intimidated by his high tech equipment, but I have grown to rely on much of it and I'm grateful that he apparently reinvests his money back into his practice to benefit his patients.

I have seen dentist offices in San Francisco that look like nothing has changed since 1950 (scary but true). Citident has strict COVID protocols that allows everyone to feel safe. I enjoy coming to Citident every time.

At 38 years old I'd never had more than a cleaning and had been terrified of serious dentistry. Dr. Ngo not only made my first serious work easy, it was comfortable, friendly and in a weird way enjoyable. Very glad I picked her and Citident.

Really shady business practices happening at CitiDent. Over prescribing treatments and bribing customers to leave positive reviews on review sites. I would avoid and find another dentist.

I absolutely adore the staff at CitiDent! I was just about to start my family vacation in San Francisco but had a horrible toothache coming from Miami. I went straight from the airport to their office and was received with open arms. They saw me as an emergency patient and right away got to work in solving my pain. I was treated with nothing but excellent professionalism and kindness from every single staff member.

The office is beautiful, their care was amazing and the overall experience was extremely positive (and that's coming from someone who doesn't enjoy going to the dentist). The Dr. explained absolutely everything and made sure I was always comfortable. Would definitely visit them again if I was back in the city.

CitiDent was great! I went in early February 2021. When I came in, I was greeted by a fully masked staff. I was given hand sanitizer. They also sprayed the bottom of my shoes with sanitizer in order to prevent spread of outside germs. After, I was given a verbal covid screening (did I have any symptoms, had I traveled outside of CA in 14 days, etc.) and they checked my temperature.

I was quickly led to my room (no wait time was a huge plus for me!). All staff wore masks and gloves, and were taking all necessary covid precautions. Citident was super thorough in my comprehensive exam with 18 x-rays, a digital 3D model of my teeth, and an additional full set of pictures. Both the dental assistant and dentist (Dr. Gisele) answered all of my questions and went into depth on the exact condition of my teeth. Dr. Gisele gave a floss recommendation, too, which was appreciated! The interior felt very clean and safe. Dont sleep on your 6 month dental exams!
