The staff is really nice & understanding. It was a really great surprise when I was offered a complimentary paraffin hand wax while they cleaned my teeth too! I had a great experience at Silver Lake Dental. Dr Terri Snell is superb. She was extremely thorough in our initial checkup, and was completely courteous and professional the entire way. I would recommend Dr. Terri any time. Silver Lake Dental has healed my dental care anxiety. I have had severe dental trauma from: a bike accident and past dentist experiences.

I've been a client at SLD for several years. I've always received top-notch care and friendly service, from regular cleanings, to crowns, to root canal. When I've needed referrals for other orthodontic procedures, I've been directed to similarly staffed offices; great professionals who show sincere interest in their clients' well-being. So I had a tooth that had been bothering me for quite some time. After being treated by Dr. Hannon it was determined that the best course of action would be to extract the tooth and install an implant. This would be my first tooth extraction and I was extremely anxious about the procedure. The staff at Silver Lake take care to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Can't say enough good things about the staff. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed for the procedure. Which went fine.

I've been going to Silver Lake Dental since I was probably around 7 years old. I'm 25 now and I don't think I'd ever go to another dental office. The staff is kind, accommodating, and they're very thorough regarding treatment plans, insurance estimates, the whole 9. All the dental assistants are great. Both Dr. Snell and Dr. Hannon are excellent people to be around and the type of dentists I 100% trust with my teeth. I've never once been disappointed with any work I've received. Overall I've had an excellent experience at SLD!
