First of all, I felt so safe and self assured that I would be well taken care of. From the moment I walked in right until my cleaning I was relaxed, reassured and well prepared about what was going to happen. Dr. Catrise and her staff were professional and gentle with me. I had three sessions back to back for a whitening procedure and her staff checked on me, had entertaining music and overall I felt like I was home the entire time.
A dental office can be very intimidating but definitely not with Dr. Catrise's office. At the end of the visit I was very happy and excited about the results of the whitening session and cleaning that I actually can't wait to go back!

I am a Registered Dental Hygienists and after being laid off during the Pandemic I came across Dr. Austin's Teeth Whitening Course. I have been following her for years and since she was an actual Dental Professional I felt comfortable taking her course over another course I had been looking at offered by a non-dental professional. The course was very informative but still very intriguing and not boring at all!
The doctor even did a zoom 1 on 1 Q and A session and also offered marketing and development, which is key to attract more clientele. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Austin's Teeth whitening course and also her whitening products and equipment. She was very down to earth and has always been available to answer Any questions I have had since taking her course. I am forever grateful and proud to be a Teeth Whitening Master!

I went in for a consultation with Dr. Austin. It was amazing she was very patient with me, I have a really bad gag reflex and she wait until I could actually give her a mold of my teeth which took a while. She was very pleasant and friendly we laughed, joked, listen to music and discussed my options. She was not only friendly and kid but most importantly Dr. Austin was professional.
