If your dentures hurt, slip out of place or gag you when you chew or talk, you may want to consider dental implants. Dental implants are small titanium cylinders surgically inserted into the bone of your jaw, creating the foundation for new teeth. By replacing the roots of missing teeth, they also stabilize bone, which is otherwise lost once teeth are missing.
Porcelain Laminates: also called porcelain veneers are a thin shell of porcelain that is bonded to the teeth to improve their shape. Only the front and top of the teeth are covered. Veneers are used to close spaces, lengthen, whiten or repair teeth, or restore their original looks. Veneers are very strong; the porcelain fuses with the teeth and makes them beautiful and natural looking.
Your nerve may be infected if you have sensitivity to hot and cold, jaw swelling and/or pain, or a bad taste in the mouth. The tooth may not hurt yet, but it will. An infected tooth never heals on its own, and it creates stress on the immune system. Root canal treatment can save the tooth. Come into our Manhattan office to talk to one of our dentists to see root canal can save an infected tooth.
By the age of 15, 4 out of 5 Americans are affected by gingivitis, the earliest stage of Periodontal Disease, an infection of the teeth, gums and bone. Periodontal disease is rarely painful in the early stages and most people are unaware of it when they could be doing most about it. Periodontal Disease is caused chiefly by plaque, the invisible accumulation of sticky food and bacteria on the teeth.

Don't go here. They lie to you. I needed an implant and they told me they'd "help me" and "work with me" regarding payment options. I was reluctant to start but they kept on and on reassuring me they'd help with the cost. Well guess what? It was a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LIE. I am stuck with a hole in my FRONT TEETH because now they're saying they can't help and left me like this! Also with a sharp corner on my tooth so it constantly cuts my guns! I want to sue SO BAD and I will be considering it! But my advice to you? DO NOT GO HERE!

Amazing experience. The place is small, however it is made up by having two offices. All the staff members were very friendly and approachable. There was little to no wait time; as soon as I arrived on time for my appointment I was immediately seen. The hygienist, Marina, was very thorough and gentle with my cleaning. Dr. Klein, the dentist, was also very patient with me as he explained how best to care for my teeth. Would definitely come here again for follow up!

Dr. Jeffrey Sacks and Dr. Cary Miles are The best! My husband and I have been going to them for 27 years and had numerous procedures done. Always perfect, always superb! They are the top of their profession. They also have wonderful demeanors so that you feel comfortable, comforted, and never feel any pain. They are the best!

In my experience, Dr. Hayley Sacks is a great dentist. Her practice, on the whole, is excellent. The staff is courteous and professional.

Dr. Sacks (the woman dentist---there is a male Dr. Sacks too) did a fine job replacing a broken crown. Very nice and very skilled. The cleanings are good too. Very fine dental practice.

The office staff is difficult to work with. I scheduled my first appointment, and never received a confirmation message. So I called back, they said they didn't have the original appointment and scheduled a new time. I didn't receive any reminder emails, texts or calls. I finally had to call them to ensure the appointment was still on their calendar.

The address listed is incorrect. I had to go to three different buildings before I found the correct office. The front desk person was rude, defensive and short with me. The office was run down and not clean. The only redeeming quality was my dental hygienist who was fast, comprehensive and very nice. As much as I respected her, the rest of the business is mediocre at best.

West End Dental Associates has some of NYC's best hygienists. I go there mostly for my routine cleanings and one of the hygienists, Helen, is my favorite. She has the lightest hands and the most thorough method of doing her job -- to me she's one of the best hygienists I've ever had, even though all of them are really excellent. One other thing that I like about this practice is that unlike other practices where they try to sell you other things (night guard, for example) and services during the visit, this one primarily does the very reason why I go there.
