Bonnie was excellent! She was timely, pleasant, and very clear on instructions on what I needed to handle my dental care. In addition, the ladies at the front desk were very efficient and friendly.

I am thankful for the courtesy the professionalism. The concern the Tech and the Doctor had towards me. Very easy to converse with. The Ladies are all pleasant to talk with and offer assistance. Great job!

The entire staff from the front office to my hygienist Chelsea to the dentist were wonderful. I had tooth sensitivity and was nervous about my appointment and the staff was so kind and made me feel much better. Very professional, clean office. Will definitely go again for regular cleanings.

Excellent cleaning, thorough but didn't irritate my gum, could notice a big difference. Also, quick, no waiting. They didn't try to up-sell. Repaired my damaged front tooth beautifully.

My experience was5 Star.everyone from the receptionist area on back was warm & inviting making me feel cared for. I was exceptionally impressed with the beautiful technician that did the X-ray etc.she greeted me with warmth & her knowledge of her profession was evident. She was warm, comforting & inviting. The dentist was equally warm & made me feel comfortable as she explained very thoroughly yet process & ensured me I was in capable hands. Thank you for the opportunity to be served. My, I always know that it will be good service. It was just extraordinary on Monday from the time I walked in until the one I left, Outstanding Customer. I have the best Hygienist. She Rock! Thanks for awesome service.

I set my appointment yesterday 3/29 gave all of my insurance information and made it clear I would need a tooth pulled, they advised they could get me in next day 3/30 at 3:30 which was great i took the day off from work so I could make the appointment, then I get a call the day of advising I could come early again great until I get there and they advise they don't take my insurance type and I would be charged out of pocket.

This could have been communicated with me when I gave my insurance information and I wouldn't have wasted time taking off work for nothing! I will not be recommending this office to anyway thank you for wasting my time causing me to miss out on money at work AND waste money ubering!

I wouldn't ever go back here again. I chose this dentist office to get a cleaning done based on the amount of good reviews. My visit went ok, they got my insurance information and also required I paid $89.00 out of pocket to cover the additional expenses they were asking for. They told me I was good to go and I didn't hear anything back. What rubbed me wrong was that FOUR MONTHS later, they sent me a bill in the mail stating that I owed them another $108.

I tried to call their office multiple times and they never pick up the phone. I've left numerous voicemails and no one ever got back to me. They ended up filing the bill with collections after never giving a reason why they were billing me. It was very fishy that it was four months later after my dental cleaning that they were hitting me with an unexpected bill. I will never go back - very unprofessional. Don't trust the reviews.
