Phenomenal office! I was a patient of Dr. Kaley (the Dad) when I was 12. I am now in my 30's. All four of my children have, are and will go to Dr. Kaley (the son) for their braces. Never had a complaint as a patient, my oldest daughter never complained, my other two children have yet to voice a concern. My youngest child will surely have the same wonderful experience!

Never even considered another Orthodontist. Drive 35 miles to see him and would drive 120 miles if I had to. Good Orthodontist are easy to find. One who is thorough, patient, honest and a blessing are one in a million. BOTH Dr. Kaley (father and son) are exceptional. His office staff are all just as beautiful inside and out, professional was defined because of them.

They are the absolute BEST! They have gone above and beyond to help me with my invisalign braces especially living out of town. I truly could not recommend them more to anyone in the area! They will bend over backwards for their patients!

How much do you charge for removal of braces? I don't have molar bands

Mark Kaley is not only a fantastic human being, he is equally a fantastic orthodontist. He takes great care of my patient's and has served our community faithfully for years. I can't recommend him more highly for orthodontic care for yourself or child.

I would give -5 stars if I could! The front desk receptionist LISA treats Medicaid recipients like pure trash with her nasty unprofessional attitude. She scheduled me a appointment but the. Canceled my appointment by then end of our conversation because she wanted to know "Why" I was no longer with another dental practice. I've never experienced anything like this behavior from any other practice. Lisa certainly is discriminatory towards me.

We have been fully satisfied with our experience at Kaley Orthodontics. From day one, we have felt part of the Kaley family and have always been treated with professionalism from the entire staff. I would greatly recommend checking them out before making a decision on an orthodontist!

Why won't google let me give Kaley Orthodontics 6 stars? Dr. Mark Kaley is wonderful. He knows how to speak with parents, kids and teens on their level. He is warm, friendly and kind. Dr. Kaley goes out of his way to make patients comfortable. Various treatment and payment options are available. We have two kids in braces. Their treatments are affordable and scheduling appointments is a breeze. The office is conveniently located and absolutely spotless. I could not ask for a more positive experience with a better doctor. 10 stars!

Super friendly and expert service. Always an easy pleasant experience going to all the routine visits. Very convenient location and the office is very clean. Dr Kaley never makes you feel rushed and goes above and beyond when you need help out of office hours. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Kaley Orthodontics. From the first time we stepped into their office, we were treated warmly. They take the time in the beginning to explain all the options and procedures. From there, nothing but excellence continues. They offer complimentary van service to nearby schools for students' appointments. A super convenient perk for working parents. We've had superior service every time we've visit. They will fix any broken brackets, loose wires, etc quickly and usually the same day. Dr. Kaley and his staff are just amazing!

We love Kaley Orthodontics! They treated both of my sons throughout their orthodontic plans. I could not be happier with the outcome. They also have a shuttle service throughout the school year. This is very helpful! I have recommended Kaley Orthodontics many times and will continue to do so.

As concerned parents, my wife and I are totally totally and extremely satisfied with the services that Kaley Orthodontist and the staff there has provided for our teenager for the last couple of years! If we have an urgency that may require immediate attention for our son, Kaley Orthodontist fit you in right then in the course of the same day without a scheduled appointment more than once. Now that's service that has earned it's five star rating! Keep up the great work guys and we appreciate the special attention that you give especially to the kids!

They have done a great job for my daughters, have taken time out routinely to explain the treatment and questions that we had, and have been flexible in scheduling appointments. Very late review, but Kaley Orthodontics is fantastic! I had braces with them about 3-4 years ago, and it was a pleasant experience. Dr. Mark Kaley is very patient and informative about the procedure. He's willing to answer any questions and concerns you may have. He's always jolly and good-spirited. I recommend him to anyone in Greensboro wanting orthodontic treatment!

My family dentist, Dr. John Saunders, recommended Dr. Mark Kaley for a visit to determine how to help me keep my teeth close to where they belong. The first visit was a great experience. The office space and surroundings are beautiful. The folks who work there are all pleasant, helpful and efficient. Dr. Kaley is above and beyond an excellent rating as an orthodontist.

He made me feel like a new friend and a person, as well as a patient. For him to remember that I requested he sing me a song from Evita, was over the top(the remembering as well as the song). I smiled all day after my visit. It took a while to fit my appliance, and then to be sure that I could get it on an off, and to be sure I understood how to care for it. All this was done by Dr. Kaley and an assistant. A great overall experience. Thanks to all of you.

Dr. Mark Kaley is an amazing orthodontist in terms of knowledge, professionalism, personality and empathy for his patients. He truly cares about each person that comes in and his staff make you feel welcome and relaxed. Kaley Orthodontists is a wonderful place for your orthodontic experience. My family has been trusting this practice for years. Dr. Kaley was my orthodontist 35 years ago (and my brothers) and now he and his son Mark, who has joined his practice, have put braces on all three of my children. It is a warm, friendly family environment whose staff has been there for years and still remember my brother and I by name from 35 years ago! I highly recommend this practice!
