Everyone is kind and compassionate. Both doctors are great with gentle hands and keep abreast of latest treatments. Tammy is my favorite hygienist. She has worked closely with to help me overcome my fears of going to the dentist.

Always friendly and warm, they do a wonderful job of making you feel like family! Jessica, who is new to the team, fit right in and made me feel right at home!

I just saw Dr. Eliassen for the first time today and was very impressed with her and her entire staff. The receptionists were amazing getting me in quickly for an issue I was concerned about, and when an opening became available, worked me in for a new patient exam the same day as my other appointment. The assistant and hygienist were equally lovely and I felt well taken care of, and Dr. Eliassen not only was wonderful in her work and communication with me, I was very impressed with how kindly and respectfully she communicated with her staff. I can HIGHLY recommend Integrated Dental Arts, and am so glad to have had my previous dentist refer me to them upon our recent move to Spokane.

I can't say enough kind things about everyone at Integrated Dental Arts! They took a person who hated going to the dentist and turned me into someone with a much better smile that actually ENJOYS going to see my dentist now. They take the time to answer questions and tell you every option available. My kids have had an amazing experience there, too, which meant a lot since the last place we visited traumatized us all! I have been a patient of Dr. Hakes for 13 years and I high recommend her! Dr. Hakes and her entire staff are professional, compassionate and caring. Although Dr. Hakes has a very busy practice, she is exceedingly generous with her time and attention to the patients needs. I travel about 60 miles round trip to see Dr. Hakes. I hesitate to give 5 stars, because I want to keep them all to myself. LOVE the staff & service from my 1st visit 22 years ago and twice a year since. Truly a FAMILY run business that I have been adopted into.

Dr. Hakes and her staff are wonderful! They make it a pleasure to go to the dentist twice a year, and that's a really nifty thing. Comfortable waiting area, nice TVs with movies to watch during procedures, great location with easy parking, and super nice people from start to finish. It's like visiting with friends!
