Patient for over 25 years and just found out (through another dentist in the building) that Dr Loev has retired and the office has closed but was never notified. I hope Dr Heinic finds another great place to work. Disappointing that they have not notified their patients about this as had just called a month ago about my April appointment and nothing was said. They did take good care of my teeth for many years and I wish Dr Loev the best in retirement.

Fast, efficient, friendly and thorough- Dr Heinic is awesome. I've been seeing him for more than 20 years and can't imagine going to someone else.

Dr. Loev and Dr. Heinic are exceptional. Dr. Heinic is extraordinary. He is so detail oriented and is passionate about the importance of healthy gums! The best experience I have had with a dentist.

I've been going to this dentist office for a while (over 15+ years)and is a really great place for your dental needs. Everyone from the dentist to the staff are very friendly, and my hygienist is very nice, informative, meticulous and very thorough. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I always enjoy my time with Dr. Heinic. He is excellent at his job, always kind, and never makes it feel like he is rushed to get to the next patient. I have been a patient of this practice for and will be for a long time to come.

Incredibly friendly staff all around! Really did an excellent job with my checkup + cleaning, but I actually feel excited to go back to them for the next follow up - which I've never said about a dentist, ever! You can tell they put effort in to hiring the right people and having the right culture. Loved it!

I've been going to Dr. Loev's practice for over 10 years. I've been to many high quality dental practices, but Dr. Loev's is the best. Not only is it the best dental practice I've been to, but it also has the most breathtaking views of San Francisco, sitting atop the 24th floor of 450 Sutter. Highly recommend!

I wish I had Dr. Loev as a kid in the 70's because I wouldn't have had a reason to fear the dentist. What a great dentist that specializes in challenged grills. :-

Dental appointments are not my favorite BUT coming here with Doctor Loev has changed my mind! They are the best, they always explain what procedures they are doing during your appointments and always make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. They are following all the new Covid 19 protocols and making sure we all are safe! I do recommend doctor Loev 100%!

Dr Loev and Dr Henic are is my favorite dentists. They Htreat you like family. I've been with them for over 20years. I've referred several friends who had bad experiences in the past and they are so happy to finally have a pain free and healthy experience. They have a great partnership with highly a skilled endodontist and other specialists which allow you to quickly get the services you need.

I always give Dr. Loev and his office five stars because they do an amazing job. Not only are they thorough in cleaning and checking the health of my teeth and mouth, but they have amazing customer service. Every single one of the staff does an incredible job working on my teeth and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn't go to another dentist!

I would highly reccomend Dr. Loev to anyone looking for a dentist! Everyone at this dentist office is friendly and professional. This was my first visit I got fitted for teeth whitening trays, x-rays, exam, and a teeth cleaning. At my request, they started my appointment early allowing me to leave early. Dr. Loev walked me through every step of what he was doing and why. Beth answered every question I had and Nicole performed a painless teeth cleaning, which I've never experienced before.

They contacted my insurance during my appointemnt so when I was done I had a breakdown of what I would owe for different future services, which they never pressured me into getting.

I've been going to Dr. Loev's practice for 25 years. I've seen a number of dentists there over that time. I'm currently seeing Dr. Heinic. I've always been very satisfied with the care I receive there. The cleanings are very thorough, and the dentists have always are very good at communicating.

Dr. Loev runs a highly professional and well--organized office. He provides first-class dentistry, combining advanced skills with a warm, patient-friendly touch. Routine maintenance and cleaning is handled by other dentists who do a perfectly good job. Having compared different dentists who come highly recommended, Dr. Loev's prices are competitive and sometimes lower.

I have been a patient of Dr. Loev from over a decade and I can honestly say, that I enjoy going to the dentist. He and his team are kind, professional, and I have a healthy smile:

Compassion and competence. I have rarely (if ever) encountered a doctor with the same level of integrity as Dr Loev. He actually really cares. I went for a consultation for veneers. I expected a 15 min chat about options. It went to two 2 hour sessions where Dr. Loev took the time to really analyze my case. Even took it a step further to take an impression done at the lab.

He wants to ensure that any selected procedure is right. Any dentist jumps at the opportunity to sell you up on veneers - it's the opposite. He understands the physical emotional and financial investment involved and wants you to select a solution that actually works for you not one that's expensive. I frankly am so warmed by his kindness and impressed by his expertise. Many thanks to Elizabeth who was an integral part of this process.

Dr Heinic is the best there is! Been going to see him for well over 20 years. He takes nothing for granted. He is diligent and conscientious, paying close attention to all aspects of my dental/oral health. I echo others who say its like going to see a good friend every few months. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows.

5 Star Service for Dr. Heinic, who has provided my regular cleanings for last 20 years. He's a consummate professional, efficient, warm and diligent. He's a true partner in maintaining my overall dental/oral health. I can't say enough, other than the fact that I look forward to seeing Dr. Heinic every few months! 5 Star Service for Dr. Pina, who recently treated/re-did a cracked molar filling. She, too, was professional, warm, informative, explaining every step of the process and future approaches to address my molar issue. Dr. Pina was exceedingly meticulous in ensuring the new cavity was shaped/carved to perfection.

Really nice and clean place! i like how the place is small so I feel really comfy and cozy. When you go inside you feel like your in a nice living room. I like how there's not a lot of people waiting since is with appointment only. Also everyone is really friendly and nice, the dentist was so gentle doing the work honestly the best dentist and service I have ever had. Dr. Loev and his staff are amazing! I came to this office half year ago and I knew that I have to do a major work. I am one of those patients who is afraid to go to the dentist but not with dr. Loev. I always want to smile when leave his office. I feel So welcome every time I come in for my appointment. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to miss Beth who is assisting dr Loev. I have been seeing Dr. Loev since I moved to the bay 2 years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. One time when my tooth was bothering me, he was able to get me in the same day. Text appointment reminders are also very convenient. His office is very nice and inviting. All the staff are really nice. I would definitely recommend Dr. Loev.
