Professionalism doesn't grow on trees. Neither does common sense. Customer service is HUGE and your customers and potential clients should be just as important. Being kind is free. You are paid and I don't think your boss would agree that your paid to be rude to potential business.

I just recently started visiting the dentist again after close to 10 years of not seeing a dentist. This office was recommended to me and I definitely would recommend this office to anyone (young or old). Starting with the front desk and throughout the rest of the staff to the dentist; they are courteous, patient, friendly and professional. I look forward to my next visit.

Got veneers done with Dr. Prater. Both her and the staff were extremely accommodating to my needs and took the time and effort to perfect my teeth. I was nervous coming in but I'm completely satisfied with the progress and results so far.

Not only are they very friendly and professional, but treat you as if you were their patient. The entire staff well experienced in their profession. I recommend them not only for regular dental procedures but implant procedures as well. They are AMAZING!

I have severe anxiety with dental work. I needed a crown and had horrible experiences with my previous dentist. I searched for a practice that did same day crowns and found Kernan Family Dental. I'm so glad I did. I was terrified to get the crown done. Previous dentists wouldn't numb me fully and would gaslight me when I said I could still feel things. Dr. Prater and her staff were AMAZING.

They made absolute sure I was numb and comfortable. They even put chapstick on my lips during the procedure! After Dr. Prayer started, my anxiety disappeared. They even had me laughing several times. I can't praise her and her team enough. When you have extreme anxiety about something, and find the right people to help you, it's seriously life changing. I actually look forward to going back and getting all my teeth fixed!

Everyone, including the receptionist/secretary Lisa, the dental hygienist, and Dr, Susan Prater-Kudlats, were so polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. You feel so at ease when you visit the office that you don't want to leave! They are the BEST!

My family and I have been patients of Kernan Family Dental since 2006. We live at the border of Duval and Nassau county. However, we travel 45 minutes to have our dental needs taken care of. Their patient relations is beyond exceptional and at the same time make you feel at home. They are the best when it comes to providing care for your teeth & gums! Please try them, you will not be disappointed.

I have severe 'dental anxiety'. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Prater & Julia! The staff in general is fantastic, but I have only worked with the 2 of them. I had a root canal done today (01-06-21) and that is at the very top of my anxiety issue with seeing the dentist. I LITERALLY fell asleep in the chair. 10/10 would recommend to EVERYONE!

Excellent experience. Front desk very courteous. Staff very friendly. My hygienist, Stephanie, was outstanding. The best hygienist I have ever met. Dr. Prader was very personable. Overall a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Kernan family dental office.

I have always been the type of person that had a smile for everyone, but some chips along the bottom of my upper front teeth made me self conscious to the point I wasn't smiling as much around friends and family. Dr. Prater diagnosed that over the years, my teeth had thinned and were susceptible to these small chips, but she could help me get my self confidence back. Dr. Prater evened up my front teeth and applied a treatment to the back of the teeth to strengthen them and make them less brittle. I love my new smile and I am back to the old me! Thank you Dr. Prater for such a wonderful repair, and I love your new dental chair!

Doctor and her assistant are the most gentle, caring and awesome! Place is suer friendly. They know your name and your family. Feels like family.

I would highly recommend Kernan Family Dental. Everyone is so kind and happy there, its always nice having everyone smile, makes you feel very comfortable. My hygienist is always gental, thorough, and never pushy on unnecessary procedures (very honest). Dr. Prater is kind, very smart, and easy-going. Pretty much everything you want in a dental office is here at Kernan Family Dental. Thank you for a good experience everytime.

They deserve to have 5 stars. They fixed my teeth and I am so happy with the results. They took good care of me, and comforted me though the procedures even though I was so nervous and afraid. I've had the opportunity over a couple visits to experience their staff. Always polite, professional, super efficient and accommodating. Pleasantly different than any other dentist experience. I highly recommend them.

I have been going here for a few years now and I can't say enough about Dr. K-P and her team. Had some non-routine work done today and at one point we broke out in song. Didn't think I would ever hear singing in a dentist's office. While it's light hearted and fun, it is a dedicated, highly competent and professional team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch dentist.

Great place, everyone is friendly and very efficient, have never waited to see the dentist. I had a cleaning 2 weeks ago and a filling today, both were painless experiences. My family will be going here from now on!

I used Yelp to find this office as I have not been to the dentist in a very long time and had a tooth ache. They were able to squeeze me in, were very professional and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this practice!
