Dr. Gilbert makes his patients feel comfortable. Especially fearful patients and those who have had problems with other dentists. He, and his staff, cares. He also has a comfort dog, Chance, who really helps out when needed.

I have been a patient of Dr. GILBERT for over a decade. He is gentle and caring dentist. For years, he has brought his trained dog(s) to the office to help nervous patients including kids. Chase is the current comfort dog. He recognizes patients and loves to be petted. His office and dental staff are friendly and helpful. Great environment.

One of the most kind and professional dentist you will meet! This man takes his time when he works his craft! He is a teeth artist! I just had the privilege of getting my teeth worked by him and I'm super impressed with how thorough he is! He is gentle with his hand and you can tell he really enjoys his work! Recently he also helped fix 8 teeth my sister damaged from a fall!

He created magic with how he worked her sore mouth. I have also witnessed work he has done for my friends and was super impressed which is why this man has my business! My most favorite thing though has to be his office mascot! I love love love Chance! He makes dentist visits fun! Go meet him, he is the best golden retriever you will meet! An office with a great team and a sweet dog, what's there not to love!

Dr. Gilbert is amazing. When I first starting going to him I had a bit of a fear of going to the dentist. Knowing that I needed care I was recommended to go see him. He listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. I have been going to him for about 7 years now. I also love that he has a comfort dog in the office as well. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. If you are looking for a great dentist who will actually care about you and listen to any concerns or fears you have, Dr. Gilbert is the one you need.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Gilbert for 19 years and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Most recently when my son chipped his tooth, Dr. Gilbert came in on a Sunday morning to fix it.

I noticed very quickly that Dr. Gilbert has high standards, and one of the things he really cares about is how his work looks. That makes enough sense. The thing I recently realized is that he seems to care about how it looks because dental work that looks good probably performs well. Here's an example: in getting a crown, he (and his team) fussed over a detail of crown fitting that I didn't even know existed.

When I asked about it, I learned that this step helps a crown to fit into the gumline, a detail that might be harder to achieve, but it will help to prevent future decay. I'm really happy with the quality of work that I get at this office.

I've been a patient for the last 15 years or so and Dr. Gilbert is the best dentist I've seen in 50+ years! He makes sure everyone in his practice is similarly skilled and welcoming. I have every confidence in his advice and treatment, and he always backs up his recommendations with research and with second opinions as required. He enjoys his profession, is proud of his work and ensures you are happy with your planned treatment and with the outcome.

Referral by friend. Love the service and high technology, very friendly staffs. They really care about how you feel and they even gave you a "special care" form to fill out, so they know your special need. I personally afraid of any dental service, but they made my experience super delightful. The reason why I only gave 4 stars is that they are very busy that my next appointment always go after a few weeks and also price was little too high :

A perfectionist, Dr. Gilbert will listen to your concerns and get things done right every time. His office staff makes my visit all the better - friendly, considerate and conversational. I was referred here by a friend, and I ended up having the best dentist experiences of my life here. Dr. Gilbert was super nice and understanding. You know how most dentists make you feel guilty if there's anything wrong with your teeth? He was wonderful, and in fact all of his staff were the same way. I came away really pleased with the entire visit and my teeth! They've got a really chill golden retriever who hangs out in the walkway.

If you call him over, he'll come by and "hold your hand" during your dental procedure. Mostly he just lays in the hallway. It's adorable. This place is definitely the best place to go if you have any anxiety at all about seeing the dentist. And who doesn't, really?

My wife has been a patient her entire life and introduced me to Dr. Gilbert and his staff as a possible dental home for me here in Washington. Having not seen a dentist for far too long I have been blown away by the attention, care, good humor, and lack of shaming that has been present at every appointment. Chance the therapy dog calms my nerves, I look forward to my appointments thanks to my furry friend, and the ever positive vibe in the office. Dr. Gilbert has been tinkering with teeth for 30 years and he remains on the cutting edge, and will provide his professional opinion with candor and concern. I LOVE my dentist.

I came across Dr. Gilbert's business card at Marymoor dog park of all places. When it comes to dentists they all look the same (Sorry Dr. Gilbert) but I must say that Chance (Beautiful most friendly golden retriever) was the one who sold me posed on the card next to Dr. Gilbert. as well as the statement on the top of the card "Anxiety-Free Family Dentistry". Going in I was still nervous but felt a little more at ease because strangely I did feel like family member already and I hadn't had any work done yet. Dr. Gilbert's office was a clean and welcoming environment.

From the front desk administrator to the dental tech's to Dr. Gilbert I felt like I was in good hands. The x-rays were a shocker because I DIDN'T end up with cuts and slashes in my mouth from the plastic pieces that need to fit in there, it was a very easy process. The exam seemed to go smooth and I felt at ease and the cleaning was just as pleasant.

I do need to have some work done and that is coming up here in a few weeks but I'm not as terrified as I was before. I am looking forward to seeing the friendly staff again and having my dental needs taking care of. If you have any dental anxiety like I do I would highly recommend this place, and if you are a dog lover even more! Thanks Dr. Gilbert and team!
