Had I left a review a couple of years ago when we first started bringing our kids here, I would've left a 5 review. In fact, have recommended other families here over the years. Unfortunately, service has gone downhill significantly in the past 2+ years. Nearly 100% staff turnover, incredibly slow service, limited availability for convenient appointment times/days, small waiting room, no option for braces any longer, the requirement of patients doing their own weekly scans and the pricing that's thousands more than competitors. So. One it is.

Josh Johnson Orthodontics was the best place I could have chosen for this journey. I was so uncomfortable with my smile, I hated having my picture taken. Now, I have a beautiful, straight smile and now, I LOVE TO SMILE ALL THE TIME! Dr. Johnson and his staff are amazing! They are kind, gentle and understanding. There were times when I couldn't make the drive into Spokane to pick up my new liners, so they would mail them to me. I highly recommend them for any and all of your orthodontist work. A+++

Our seven-year-old has only had one appointment since his consultation. We were expecting him to be nervous. Once he stepped into the office, they welcomed him like they had known him already. All of the staff was nice and gentle with him. He's looking forward to going back in for many more appointments throughout his life. They understand his lifestyle and what is most important to him and selected a treatment course that works great with his hockey gear.

Such friendly staff and the Dr is amazing. Payment plans and an affordable price for complete treatment!

A wonderful experience getting fitted for Invisalign Vivera retainers. Highly recommend. The process was simple, the office comfortable, and staff friendly and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for more.

They are such a great work place and I enjoy every visit I have there! They always have a movie playing in the lobby that I like to watch while I wait for them to call me into the back room. They are fast and always see you right around your appointment time. They always remind you whenever you have an upcoming appointment so you don't forget to go to your appointment.

Their staff is amazing and super kind! They have been safe when it comes to COVID-19 and they have everyone wear a mask, if you are a patient, then you can take your mask of once you get to the chair that they will work on your teeth in. I say this as a patient of theirs who has been there for over a year now, if you are looking for a place to go to get your teeth straightened, Josh Johnson Orthodontics is the place to go!

I love my orthodontist! All of the employees are very helpful and kind! They are also very good at there job, my teeth have been straightened out a lot!

Love, love, love this office, the staff and Dr. Johnson. They are great at working with busy schedules and Dr Johnson is meticulous in his work. So pleased with my kids' smiles. Would highly recommend to anyone, adults or kids.

We just finished our second appointment. My 8 year old is getting Invisalign and Josh Johnson Orthodontics has made the process so easy. Their office is immaculate and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They explain each process to my daughter so she feels comfortable and knows what to expect. The treatment app and reward program for my daughter is a big bonus and very user friendly. I'm extremely happy our dentist referred us here.

I can't believe I haven't written a review! I went to Josh Johnson over 10 years ago and am now 27. My teeth have remained straight. I had my braces for about 11 months. I still have my permanent retainers in! Any time there was an issue, Dr. Johnson fixed it for me. I highly recommend this place.

Josh Johnson Orthodontics has been a fantastic business to work with. My daughter was very pleased that Dr. Johnson listened to her and was willing to work with her ideas of orthodontia (Along with his vast knowledge!). I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to make a positive change to their smile or teeth placement!

We are huge fans of Johnson Orthodontics! We've had 4 kids seen here and have been nothing but satisfied. Several dentist friends and dental hygienists recommended Dr. Johnson to us. He is great with the kids and explains the plan to them so well that it motivates them to be compliant and I appreciate the time he spends with us to make sure we know what to expect.

I feel like he's conservative in treatment and isn't in a rush to put on braces or other orthodontia unless absolutely certain it's necessary. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended- we wouldn't go anywhere else!

We like this orthodontist a lot. He did put a spacer in my daughters mouth that already improved her smile a great deal as her teeth look straight or because they were too crowded before. She is only eight years old but we will definitely be going to this orthodontist for all of her and our youngest daughters orthodontist needs!

My smile is practically perfect! Johnson Orthodontics offers flexible hours and a very welcoming staff. Their customer services is amazing. As an adult getting braces they eased my worries and offered white brackets to make them slightly less noticeable (and, because I followed my treatment plan, my treatment time was shorter than initially estimated).

As a student they were able to be flexible with scheduling to accommodate my schedule as much as possible so that I didn't have to miss too much class or work. They were amazing! I would definitely recommend their services.
