This was our first time at Caputo Dental and I'm happy to say we've found our family dentist! We have an 18 month old and I wasn't sure how her first dentist experience would go, but it was much better than I expected! Dr Caputo and the whole staff were very warm and kind, and knew just how to interact with a toddler who wasn't quite sure about what was happening. I feel great about bringing my daughter back and having a dentist we can trust. Thank you Dr Caputo and Team!

This was our first time visiting the office. When we walked in, the 2 women at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. We sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes before the hygienist came out to take my 6 yr old back to get her teeth cleaned. About 30 min later, my daughter was all smiles when she walked back into the waiting room.

She had an excellent experience with her cleaning (which was not really the case at our previous dentist). She said the hygienist was very gentle and talked to her a lot (which I'm sure helped to ease my daughters anxiety). I now plan on switching my other daughter over to Caputo Dental also.

I visited for a first time Zoom whitening treatment and the service was 5 star from start to finish! The entire staff was so friendly & kind. Especially, Chrissy who took such great care of me and was sure to answer all my questions. She also prompted me with information as she walked me through each stage of my service. Not to mention, she created the best ambiance for me as I sat under the blue lights-Sade & HGTV, yes please! I think I found my new dentist office!

I don't like going to the dentist. In fact, I would say I loathe it. HOWEVER, Dr. Caputo and his team changed this for me. The entire staff is super professional, personable and thoughtful. I've had weird dental issues over the past couple years and they've been nothing but patient, helpful and caring. They've gone above and beyond on multiple occasions for me and I know they do the same for all their patients. So, if you're looking for a dentist in the Naperville area don't bother looking anywhere else.because Dr. Caputo is your man. 10/5 Stars

His safe is family! You figure that out after he is a Jerk! Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this toxic office. Don't want to go into great details, but this office is toxic!

My dad was my dentist until he retired. He was a perfectionist and created beautiful crowns and dentures for his patients, focusing on the shape of each restoration as well as color. While I never needed a crown or dentures, I did chip a few teeth that needed minor restoration; my dentist dad took as much care with these simple repairs as he did with major restorations.

I recently chipped one of these restorations and had it repaired by a dentist who was NOT a perfectionist and I was extremely disappointed with the appearance of the repair. I then saw Dr. Paul Caputo, who replaced the poorly done repair. Dr. Caputo took the time ro make sure I was completely happy with the restoration, both in appearance and to make sure my "bite" was perfect!

The biggest compliment I can give to Dr. Caputo is that he took care of my restoration exactly as my dad would have! From me, this is the highest praise I can offer! His staff, Liz and Christine, are delightful! Friendly, courteous, concerned, respectful, and professional.

All seemed kind in the beginning gave them lots of high dollar business. Too much turnover in dentists. Got a brand new dentist to the practice who fancied himself a comedian and was bad at that and fillings. He caused me terrible pain! Also nobody answers the emergency line ever! I suffered from a filling that was improperly placed. I couldn't eat or drink anything for days without pain. Dr. C seems to be good but difficult to get in to see him due to his limited hours for the average 9-5 working person.

I was told that he was going to charge the other dentist for having to correct said work it was very clearly stated and then they billed me anyway months later. It was written off as he truly did say that. I guess it was something he was thinking and should have not said out loud! I got the rudest message from staff member Carrie who was oblivious to the no charge comment and argued with me about why I felt I did not need to pay for service used terms such as appease and said they came directly from Dr. Caputo.

It was really shocking actually after all the pain they caused me! Then she tried to blame the confusion on me. Nobody needs to suffer that much pain and then be verbally abused by office staff! I am done with this office and would say BEWARE if you go there.

I feel that you can't choose any dental practice better than Caputo. Friendly and attentive staff and are very friendly dentist. Dr. Caputo keep current with up-to-date technology to care for your mouth.

This is a great group, excellent availability and service. If you want to be treated well and feel comfortable that you are in good hands please give them a try.
