5 star to Dr. Lavacca and team. They displayed skill, kindness, and empathy to my dental matter. They made me feel at ease and calmly answered my many questions. 4 star - 1. Long wait. Everyone was apologetic for the delay and the team did not rush during my procedure. Their kindness and caring ways made the delay tolerable. 2. Schedule conflict. Unable to schedule follow-up appointments during my visit. I am confident this hiccup will be resolved in a timely manner. I have been a dental patient at NDS for many years. I have and will continue to refer others to NDS.

Do not go here unless you want to be surprised with a $600 bill for services you received over a year ago! What a scam. I have nothing bad to say about the dentists themselves but their office is a scam. Called to ask why I was billed an unitemized bill for such a large amount and was told that they just updated their database and we had charges that were never covered by insurance from procedures done over a year ago! We always pay our bills and copays, so to receive this out of the blue is absolutely ridiculous. Find another dentist!

Care coordination is horrible, she only responds sometimes via email. I received a quote for an implant for $11,000! After I received the quote I had questions but have not received a call back. price gouging at its finest. never mind that I waited 2 weeks for the estimate, and I only received that after I called and complained twice.

I found this dental office after my previous dentist said my tooth issue was above his pay-grade. I just had an exam and x-Ray at this visit, but Dr. Irene was hands down the most patient and respectful dentist I've seen. She listened carefully to my fears and helped me make a plan of action for my tooth that I felt comfortable with. The entire office was so friendly and helpful.

I have gone to Naperville Dental for a few years now and the people there are always very polite and patient with you. It is pretty painless going in to get a cleaning with all the new technology. My cleanings have always been very quick but not like they're rushing more like they have a good system and know what they're doing.

My family have been patients of Naperville Dental Specialists for over 14 years. The staff is wonderful. Always polite, accommodating and helpful. There is never a long wait time once you arrive. The dentists are well trained and very professional. They never pressure you and always fully explain whatever procedures they recommend.

My cleaning was done by Jennifer yesterday and my mouth is sore and bruised and I'm in pain. She used the electric brush on my teeth and went all the way down not only to my gums but in my mouth. When I complained she was defensive and not really apologetic. She said my back tooth was hard to reach. I don't think I have a different mouth than any other human being on earth. What a horrible experience over all. I must say that this is the only bad experience I've had in this practice. All other times were pleasant. Just stay away from Jennifer.

I was overdue for my cleaning and made the appointment telling them I'll probably need some deep cleaning. I went in expecting at least a cleaning and all I got was a exam and a appointment in January. I've been coming here since 2008, I feel they are overbooked. The hygienist and dentist were very good.

Let me start that as far as their medical skills & professionalism with the nurses and doctors they get four stars. I still am at the beginning of my healing after implant surgery. Wait and see about follow up. However, the phone skills (customers services ) are frustrating. Yes, Very busy office. However, if you are transfered be prepared. Most of the persons answering are not having knowledge of contact information of nurses or doctors.
Home services are not prepared. Seems no one including front desk doesn't have email addresses. I don't always need to speak with anyone. It should not be complicated to email. Also, shorten the email addresses.

Another wonderful experience at Naperville Dental Specialist. I went for a cleaning and was totally impressed with the care that was provided. Not only did they clean my teeth, but the service also included a full mouth Cancer Screening exam and X-rays to be sure everything was up to par. Everyone was very friendly and the office was very clean. I felt completely safe with the protocols they had in place for Covid

Kelley is the absolute best hygienist my teeth have seen. I've been going to this dental office for 8 months and truly see the improvement. Kelley is very detailed, ensures you understand everything and provides suggestions to create a maintenance routine at home. Highly recommend this dental office. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
