It's very friendly and welcoming dental practice. The staff is the best.

We moved to Naperville from Michigan. The staff which starts with the Receptionist is simply terrific. The work done by English Rows dentists, technicians and even a referral was professional, timely and respectful!

I have been their client for 7 years and it hurts to give them finally a very bad review. But the way I was treated is I think everyone should be warned of this place. I had been regularly going there for my examination twice a year. All I ever got was cleaning and once I got cavity fixed but I had no issues until last visit they asked me to get a chip fixed and I got it done, that's when the nightmare started. It's been 2.5 months and I still in a constant pain my tooth, my ear, my also constant headache.

The place where they numbed me is still very tender and I can't chew on my left side. I went for the follow up visit on a sat and the doctor there just laughed at me and tried to show me X-ray that nothing is wrong with my tooth and gave me sensitive paste to use. I went in for Endodontic (some other place) and they confirmed that now the chipped tooth has got a hairline break and tooth needs to be extracted and an implant will be required.

So from a simple chip which wasn't even bothering me to loosing the tooth and constant pain is what I got. When I called them back, I was told that they didn't have history of my tooth. no history? I only saw them since past 7 years. They have all the history they can. If you want to keep your teeth intact, avoid this place. Even if you liked it in past.

My whole family went there since past seven years, no one will go back there. I found other dentist and got the appointment to go see by next week. Just want to be back to where I was before I went in for my last examination with dr Chris and ended up loosing a tooth for no good reason.

Great office! The doctor was very gentle but thorough. They have restored my faith in dentists. Highly recommend this practice!

English Rows Dental has a great staff! Not only are they great at what they do, but extremely personable. They make you want to get your teeth cleaned.

Dr. Lacke is the best dentist I have ever been to! He puts his patients first and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. He made the whole experience very enjoyable! I'm looking forward to my next visit. If you are looking for a dentist in the Naperville area I highly recommend Dr. Lacke!

I had a cleaning appointment at English Row Dental and the service was excellent, from start to finish. They take all the COVID-19 precautions, making me feel safe. The hygienist was polite, professional and friendly. She provided me details about my teeth as she completed the cleaning process and answered all my questions. The close out process was quick and easy.

When I had additional questions about a service they offer, the gentleman was able to provide me with additional details, answered my questions, and scheduled a free consultation to discuss the process, procedure, timeline, and payment options. I have been with this practice for many years. I started with Pat and when she retired I continued on with Dr. Chris. Dr Hudetz and his office always try and squeeze me in when I have a dental emergency which lately has been way too often. Dr. Chris is also very patient with my daughter who is a nervous Nelli when it comes to the dentist office. I especially like a fairly new employee Francisco. Hygienists are nice too!

My family including our 3 girls have been seeing the office since they were young. We switched to this office because I was looking for a group that had my family's best interest and I could trust. Nailed it with English Rows! My girls have never been nervous and look forward to seeing Dr. Chris - because "he is funny". From Elizabeth being so patient and sweet at the front desk to all staff members being kind. Highly recommend.

After struggling for years to find a "home" dental practice, English Rows is the winner. This feels like the old family dental practice where the know your name, the kids name and how the dog is doing. Caring, compassionate and very unrushed. Appointments aren't stacked and overbooked. Thoughtful, practical solutions to dental issues large and small. Front desk/business part of practice is amazing; professional, efficient and very good at working with insurance.

English Row dental goes above and beyond for clients. Today I had an issue with my car and my daughters had dental appointments. I called to see if I could make their Appointments back to back instead of them going at separate times. The receptionist talked to the dental hygienist and she changed her lunch schedule to accommodate us. This is unheard of in this day and age.

The customer service is over the top. Dr Chris is amazing with all his years of experience. He has state of the art equipment and even has laser treatment. All the dental hygienists are professional, and do an amazing job cleaning and caring for our teeth. They even do dental scaling for people with gum issues like myself. I'm so happy we found this amazing dental office.

Dr. Hudetz is an amazing dentist. I recently switched insurance providers and had to search out a new dentist that worked under the new insurance. English Rows Dental was one of the top-rated and now I know why. From the beginning, the text reminders and the ability to fill out you patient forms online really saves time. The actual office is cute and quaint and his staff is the most friendly group I have ever encountered at a doctor's. Dr. Hudetz made sure every thing he was doing was thoroughly explained to me and made me feel right at home. I am so glad I found him and his staff.

I have been going to see Dr. Chris Hudetz for a while now and I have been so happy that I wanted to write a review. The office is always clean and bright, and the front desk staff is very welcoming. Dr. Chris has a very pleasant, calming demeanor to him. He is able to mix humor and professionalism to make what should be a stressful experience actually rather pleasant. I worked with his assistant Sofia, who was also very warm and funny. Overall, I'd recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

English Rows Dental Group has taken care of our entire (5) family's dental needs for nearly 15 years. Dr. Pat and Dr. Chris are simply outstanding dentists. They genuinely care about your dental health and your overall well being. They both are absolute magicians should you require any cosmetic or repair work! We have had crowns, root canals, fillings, cleanings and chipped tooth repairs done. What's really exceptional to me is how they care for not just your oral health but for your comfort and overall well being.

Their true caring attitude comes through in their consultations and the work they do. They truly want you to have the very best dental health possible. Also, they don't push unneccessary procedures or gimmicks. I can't say enough about these two tremendous doctors!

I have always received the best service from English Rows Dental. Their small office feel provides me with a comfortable mindset when sitting in the dentist chair, along with their outgoing doctors and hygienists. I specifically appreciate the hard work from the receptionists in the office. Their positive attitude and genuine kindness have always brightened up my day, even if the doctor ended up finding a cavity! I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for more a personal feel in their dental care experience.

Great staff and super high-tech office! Everyone is friendly, greets you by name when you walk in and treats you like family. However, for the past year they consistently contact us a day or two before our scheduled appointment to get us to change times. If this happened once in a great while I could understand it but it has been for three of us every appointment for at least a year.

I don't know if they are over booking or simply trying to accomodate last minute appointments but it's unacceptable. Additionally they use a system that send text messages to your phone as reminders on top of the phone calls they place. Too intrusive, keep my appoinent time and let me worry about remembering it.

Love the staff at this wonderful dental office. I always feel welcomed and like family. My daughter and son love Audrey! She is super sweet. Conflict of schedule is our only downfall.
