I have been coming to this office for a few years now for deep cleanings and have been on a journey to make sure that my teeth & gums remain healthy for another 55+ years. Dr. Alex performed gum flap surgery and immediately I could see the results. By day three post-op, absolutely amazing! After a week, unbelievable results. The staff and the doctors are amazing professionals. If you're looking for a Periodontist look no further, Fetner & Hartigan are it!

Based on numerous visits to this office, I would highly recommend this practice. All staff were kind and professional, making a lengthy process as pain-free and comfortable as possible.

F you need a periodontist this is the office for you. I had to have a tooth extracted and prepared for an implant. I am a big chicken and Sharon the assistant was AMAZING! Dr. A. Fetter treated me 10+ years ago and then again on Wednesday. He is so gentle and kind and would not work on me until I was completely numb. I highly, highly, highly recommended tho office!

I was very scared coming in. I needed to take care of a deep cleaning and other issues with my gums 10 years ago. Due to another dentist office giving me the worst experience of my life, I tried to cure the problem on my own. As Covid came, was sent home to work. Eventually I worked up the courage thru my insurance to locate the best doctor. I found this place with amazing Yelp and google reviews.

I came in today, the reception was super friendly, I have to give a shout out to Christie the hygienist, & Dr. Fetner. Christie eased my anxiety, very polite, compassionate, empathy, and super knowledgable. Judy was super sweet checkout lady, and very knowledgable as well regarding my insurance. I actually didn't have too much to do but a few cleanings and maybe a surgery, so it wasn't too bad. Looking forward to coming back. Best decision that I've made to save my teeth and have healthy gums. 20 our 10 stars!

I was referred to Dr Fetner by my dentist, Dr. Levin. I had been in excruciating pain for 3 days, so when I finally got to sit down in his chair and meet the staff, I was ready to get my tooth out! Since that day and the appointments since, it has been a great experience! The process for implants is a long one and I've enjoyed all his staff immensely! Dr Fetner explained every procedure and it was pretty much painless! He's a GREAT Periodontist, definitely recommend him!

Dr. Fetner and staff are awesome, always ensuring patient comfort and providing thorough explanations at each stage of the implant process. They are top-notch in excellent patient care and truly care about their patients. I like that they have different themes in the rooms which made the visit exciting and to take your mind off of the procedure that was being done.

From when I made my first appointments to checking in and the whole surgery process to the very end of explaining everything was a wonderful experience. Dr. Fetner even gave me his cell phone number in case I needed to call him that evening. I didn't need to call him because he called me to check to see if I was doing all right after my surgery.

The absolute best! I have nothing but great things about all the staff. They all made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process of getting my implant. I had a very important meeting scheduled last minute at work that was the same time as my check up appointment and they were able to reschedule me for the same day and were extremely understanding. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fetner and Hartigan's office!

After seeking help from two dentist I was referred to Dr. Fetner and Hartigan, due to an issue with my gums and extra bone growth. I was horribly embarrassed at the appearance of the growths and had stopped smiling. At my first visit Dr. Fetner explained my issue and how he could help. At my next appointment Dr. Fetner performed the procedure to remove the extra bone and gum tissue.

The procedure was quick and easy. The staff and Dr. Fetner were very compassionate, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process! I am still healing but already love my results! I'm so excited to start smiling again! This was also during Covid and I must say the office goes above and beyond with cleanliness to make you feel safe. I highly recommend Dr. Fetner and his staff.

From the first appointment in 2019 to the last visit in December 2020 the staff was courteous, organized, cheerful, and empathetic. Getting a dental implant can be really nerve wracking. I was unbelievably surprised the calming effect I experienced with the professionalism of the staff. The implant was my back molar which I can't even tell anything is different. What a great job they did. Please if you are looking for an excellent result contact this office.

Office is beautiful & very comfortable! Office staff was very friendly & very accomodating. Michelle was amazing and stayed with me through my entire procedure, kept me calm as I was very nervous about having a a tooth extracted. Dr Alex Fetner was the absolute best! He has a great sense of humour, very calm manner, extremely knowledgeable and so professional!

He explained every step of what he was doing & I felt confident & in good hands! The procedure went perfect & I didn't feel any pain at all! He really is the best! I highly recommend Dr. Fetner & Dr. Hartigan along with their wonderful staff for any periodontal work needed!

Even though I'm meticulous about taking care of my teeth, I nearly lost my front tooth due to an Invisilign treatment at another dentist's office. The poor follow-up that accompanied that treatment resulted in a deep pocket around the tooth. Fortunately, I was later referred to Dr. Alan Fetner and could not have hoped for a better experience. Even though the situation was grim, Dr. Fetner made it his mission to save my front tooth.

I knew I faced losing the tooth and would have to have an implant, but emotionally, just wanted my own tooth to be saved. It was really touch and go. Dr. Fetner thoroughly explained the laser surgery procedure he would use, the gum/tooth anatomy and the result he was trying to attain for me. I felt very good about putting my trust in him. His assistant, Connie, and the whole team were great.

I was very comfortable with a computerized numbing system which relieved my anxiety of needles. The procedure went flawlessly with better than expected results. The tooth pocket decreased greatly, and now the tooth doesn't move. He loves to show my tooth off to his staff every time I come in for a cleaning. My post-surgery discomfort was minimal with a two Tylenol remedy.

The hygienists there are all top notch, taught me how to care for the tooth site and provided other personalized dental care. Today's technology is truly impressive, and the Fetner and Hartigan practice is very advanced. I've already referred my friends to him. I am truly grateful to Dr. Alan Fetner and his staff!

Dr Fetner, Jr. pulled one of my molars and then Dr Fetner, Sr.replaced the tooth with an implant and my general dentist put a crown on. Before starting the implant process Dr Fetner, Sr demonstrated with my X-ray the importance of accuracy in this procedure. My confidence was sealed right then. Dr. Fetner and his son both had an incredibly kind chair side manor and I had a gentle, pain free experience on all visits.

My implant at my one year check up was perfect. It feels like a real tooth. I can't say enough good about them and their staff. All of the staff that I came in contact with were friendly and made me feel at home with conversation and even sharing family pics and stories. I love this office. And I highly recommend them.

So yesterday was my final appointment for my crown lengthening. Sad that I won't see them again or at least until something wreaks it's ugly head! LOL Again, the absolute highest recommendation goes to Dr Fetner and his gang. They are awesome, off the charts! Know their stuff, listen, I can go on and on, but you get it! Oh and they take insurance and know how to file it!

I've only visited twice but I'm impressed. The entire team was very accommodating and nice. I'm looking forward to our relationship!
