This is an amazing office with exceptional staff! They were able to accommodate my emergency despite never having been to this group before. Dr. Patel is so nice and has a very gentle touch. The front office staff and all of the ancillary staff were all so friendly and helpful! I would recommend this group to anyone looking for superior dental care.

This was my first appointment at Wells. Since it's located inside a shopping center I wasn't sure if all the amazing reviews were legitimate. It's very appealing when you walk in the door. Video games and drinks if you or your children have to wait but I must admit they were very prompt. Leslie (who is only at this location on Wednesdays) was exceptionally through-I'm not just saying this but in my 43 years of dental visits she is the friendliest, most professional, and competent Hygienist I've ever met.

My teeth have never been this clean. DDS Patel took her time explaining options for a filling and other issues I wanted addressed. It was my first visit (and I'm a skeptic) but they won me over!

I've been going to Wells family dentistry for a long time. Even though the practice has grown and changed and expended, and they've had new doctors, I feel like they still do a pretty good job of taking care of each patient. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming and the practice itself seems like a fun place to work.

I have been a Wells Family Dentistry patient for a number of years. On my visit yesterday, I was promptly greeted by Courtney shortly after I arrived. She explained what she would be doing and asked for ongoing feedback and questions. As usual she was both professional and cordial, always mindful of my comfort level, proceeding as gently as possible. I am confident that my dental health is in good hands with Courtney as well as Dr. Wells. I always leave the office with a smile.

Great experience. The staff was helpful and answered all the questions that I had. I feel that I can trust the Dentist. The exam was thorough and I didn't feel rushed. There were helpful instructions on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. I was invited back if I had any questions or concerns, between appointments. They offer several dental memberships to help with the cost of cleaning xrays and procedures. I will definitely make this my family dentist.

Wells Family Dentistry in Wake Forest is a excellent practice! Every visit has been great! The Doctors are amazing and the staff is awesome! They are caring and make you feel so comfortable. Dental care is so important and I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful office!

I've been going here for a little over a year. My sister recommended this office. Really like it here. Staff is great, friendly and professional. Love Christine she does my cleanings. I rated 4 because a lot of times they don't explain charges. And I wasn't aware they charge deposits for holding appts. I know as a patient I should ask but after having work done in my mouth that's the last thing I'm thinking about.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Wells Family Dentistry! The staff are incredibly inviting and even addressed me by name. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and I've been putting it off for years (anxiety about the procedure is mainly to blame). Jess was amazing and immediately put my nerves at ease when I showed up for my surgery. The consult was a breeze, too, with Dr. Steddum and Cassie.

They addressed every question I had and it truly felt like I was chatting with a couple of friends rather than having a wisdom teeth removal consultation. I felt much more relaxed than when I arrived for my consult. All in all it was an amazing experience (for what it was!) and I would 100% recommend this office for anyone looking to have similar work done or even just a simple teeth cleaning! Great experience at Wells Family Dentistry! Dr. Gladwell was phenomenal! She got me in and out with two fill-ins. She was proficient, precise, quick and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. All of the staff had great energy, they were so polite and kept me smiling through my entire experience

My wife and I have been going here about 1 1/2 years. We could not be happier. Dr. Weisner is terrific. Very friendly, but most importantly proficient and efficient. He also listens and responds. My latest hygienist was Carmen, who is apparently new to the practice. She was also terrific. Engaging, informative, very thorough, but also gentle. They follow solid Covid protocols, so I felt safe.

We don't have dental insurance, so we appreciate their various payment options, including a nicely priced prepaid annual plan and finance options. And, while I must apologize for not remembering her name, the person who handles the checkout and billing at the Strickland Road location is just as terrific as the dental staff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jonathan Weisner is a rockstar. Knowledgeable, kind, and diligent -- an asset to any establishment. Forget the amenities, I prefer a knowledgeable establishment with pleasant customer service. Dr. Weisner provided that and more.

Great dentist office and staff. The dental assistant took good care of me and told me all prices up front before doing anything with my cleaning. I have an appointment in a few weeks to go back to see the dentist (check for cavities, etc) and hope to change this review to a 5 star. I am concerned this was a fluke, hopefully not and fingers crossed, since my last dentist office I visited tore up an area of my gums.

The waiting area is nice. The staff member the checked me in was kind and considerate as well! The dentist talked to me a few minutes but was unable to see me with what my insurance covered, hence coming back for another visit, and then came to check up on the dental assistant towards the end of the cleaning. The dental assistant told me I would stay her patient since she knows my history now.

I hope this is a great place to continue as my dentist. I've had a hard time finding a good dental office and staff since moving to Raleigh a few years ago! Also the company offers dental plans for those that don't have insurance. This is great since I'm self-employed and might not always be able to have good dental insurance. I hope to learn more about their plans during my next visit. Would recommend!
