So far I have had the pleasure to go in for just a consultation. I immediately got a warm welcome from the staff. Any questions I had were answered graciously. All staff were wearing masks and the facility was very clean. Weird to say but I look forward to future surgery's with this facility and staff.

They are always so nice. I'm in the midst of an implant and it's going well. Great job Dr. Hayes. I even got a 21 dollar refund on my bill. I spent it on liquor and pinball. Thanks. Jokes aside, I've been very happy with my experience and as a medical professional I can say they are a wonderful practice.

Everyone here was so friendly and helpful and put me at ease even though I was nervous, from the ladies at the front desk to the nurse/tech who got me set up to Dr Hayes himself. It actually went a lot easier than I had expected, I had never had an IV before so I was expecting a giant needle but it was actually very small and not intimidating so I was also very thankful for that. Now it's a matter of see what all my insurance covers haha, they weren't able to predict how much my plan covers so I guess we'll just see. Thank you everybody!

They were going to schedule my extraction in a couple days but when they found out that I am having surgery in two weeks they fit me in between patients so I would have time to allow the antibiotics to take care of the infection. The whole experience was very good. I recommend Rockcliff very highly! Thank you!

I have an infected tooth in my jaw. They say they cannot take it out for 6 weeks. They did not mention that until I had already sunk 100 just to talk to the doc. I think this is negligent of patient needs as tooth infections can damage the heart. As soon as a patient requests an appointment, they should ask.is this something that needs attention soon?
If so, the patient should be informed at that time when surgery dates are scheduled out to. Individual docs and assistants are courteous and very professional and helpful. I know they are highly competent. This is a practice problem that should be addressed at a "standard of practice for the business" level.

I had a consult at another large practice but after learning my wisdom tooth case was more complex I wanted a second opinion. From my first visit, Rockcliff was excellent. The front desk was efficient in handling my insurance. The practice was respectful of my time and moved me in and out quickly but above all else Dr. Parworth was wonderful! His bedside manner, knowledge and guidance, and thoroughness were exemplary.
The actual procedure was less eventful than getting a cavity filled. He numbed my arm and gave my gas before my IV which took away a great deal of anxiety I had. This is not something just any doctor would do but his extra kindness made all the difference. 1 day out and no pain thus far!

Dr. Logan and his staff were friendly, efficient and caring throughout my experience. They were cognizant of both my comfort and my time and provided me with all that I needed to know for follow up care. If/when I should need these types of services again, I'll be happy to contact this office for care.

Excellent consultation with Dr. Hayes. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I will be having extensive dental work done in the near future and I have the utmost confidence in Rockcliff and Dr. Hayes in doing this work.

Nobody 'enjoys' getting oral surgery, but my experiences at the Rockliff practice have been as good as it gets. From the receptionist & billing to Dr. Logan & his assistants, there is a culture of friendliness & professionalism as well as attending to the patient's needs & questions. I will most certainly return for any further oral surgery needs.

I can't speak highly enough about the kind, caring, and professional staff at Rockcliff. And, especially, I want to thank Dr Hayes for working me in quickly for the extraction of a tooth causing a lot of pain. My husband and I have used this practice before and will certainly use again should the need arise.

Dr. William H. Logan is an excellent dental surgeon. He's fast, efficient, professional and even humorous. I highly recommend him! Whomever handles the financial side of Rockcliff Oral Surgery, however, is what makes my experience a 4 star, rather than a 5 star. I've repeatedly been double-charged for the same procedure. When I've tried to explain this on several occasions through various means, I was completely ignored.
I also discvered after examining their billings that a refund meant for me was kept by Rockcliff with no explanation. I truly suspect someone handling the finances is either incompetent or gaining personally (I suspect the latter). I've spent about $15,000 for 4 implants and 7 extractions (almoat all of this was not covered by dental insurance). To be ripped off after having paid so much, then end up being ignored is turns what should have been a good experience into a sour one.
If you decide to choose Rockcliff Oral Surgery, keep careful records and insist on receiving receipts for every procedure performed. Do not pay them before a procedure either. Hopefully whomever is handling the finances will be weeded out eventually, so the negative aspect of the overall experience is removed.
