Asheville Dental was the first dental practice in western North Carolina to offer sedation dentistry. Our experience is unsurpassed. IV sedation is endorsed by the American Dental Association and is an effective way to make many patients comfortable during their dental visits. It most commonly is used for patients during extensive procedures, for patients with dental phobia, or for patients who find it difficult to sit still. It also is helpful for patients who have physical needs and strong gag reflexes.

They are Just So Nice! This office is well run and they really care about their patients. I have a great experience every single time & Jamie spent extra time helping me understand my particular issues & what I should be doing to ward off future problems. Love Dr. Dasher as well. Dr. Kennerly (retired) really left a great legacy and the practice continues to be top notch! I highly recommend.

Such impeccable care! From the front desk, to the dental hygienists and Dr Andrew Powell, everyone in the office makes you feel like family. Welcomed with knowledge, kindness and top of the line care, You will not find a better dental office in the Asheville area. With the wild birds as the back ground in this pleasant place, was an added cherry on top, to show the measure of care and comfort they supply their clients with. I am excited for my cleaning in 6 months!

A very kind but professional office staff! They are all knowledgeable and willing to help with appointments and any treatment plans that you need to schedule. The office itself is pleasant and clean. Dental assistants are well trained and friendly and ready to help. Crystal my Hygienist is great and I always leave with my teeth feeling clean and fresh.
I am a big chicken when it comes to dental work. I recently had some more extensive work done and Dr. Dasher was great! He was calm and reassuring and made sure that I was very numb and comfortable with the procedure before he started. Everything went well above all the expectations that I had, as it always does. I would highly recommend.

Best dentist in the area. They have sincerely helped me since relocating back up here. Clean practice, new equipment, friendly, knowledgeable staff who are excited about their job. It feels like they care and always find an opportunity to fit you in. They came in before 8 am for one appointment and the bill is always fair. My son and I have been going to Asheville Dental for the past year and we have always had a great experience while visiting. The entire staff from the front desk to the dentists are very friendly and helpful. I've called them over the phone and texted them questions between appointments and they always do a great job answering any questions I have. They are also very throughout when cleaning your teeth and go the extra mile to make sure you are completely checked out. I would recommend Asheville Dental to anyone.

Asheville Dental is the best in town. The dentists are kind and caring; and hygienists, especially Jamie, are gentle and considerate. They have handled my disabled daughter with care and laughter for almost 30 years. Jamie even plays Disney radio for her whenever she walks in the door! I'm not sure they know how much that attention means to us. Highly recommend Asheville Dental!

Asheville Dental was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I had had a few bad experiences in a dental chair and really needed a GOOD experience. At Asheville Dental, truly every hygienist is gentle and kind. The doctors are skilled and offer excellent advice. And the office staff are very friendly and helpful. I no longer dread any day I am scheduled for the dentist's.

I always know what the plan is and they take the time to explain why and how without rushing me. They make you a part of your own treatment plan and i love that kind of respect!

Dr. Dasher and his assistant absolutely changed my life today. It's been over a decade since I could smile without feeling absolutely awful. A decade of family photos ruined with my mouth shut. I don't even have a good selfie for comparison, but here's what I do have. These are my temporary crowns for now, but the difference is already so staggering.
The entire process was extremely smooth and I have a list of bad dental experiences that have left me terrified and scarred. This one was not only the best, but the most comfortable and I cried with joy all the way home. Thank you for everything you're doing for me. I'll never forget it.

Awesome experiences every time I go. I have needed a lot of work too (root canal, fillings, etc.) and was always very nervous going to the dentist. This is the most comfortable I have ever felt going to the dentist. They do a great job explaining what they need to do and the options. I highly recommend!
