Dr. Soper and the staff at Advanced Orthodontics are the best. They walk you through each step in your ortho journey and they are so accommodating. My teeth look better than I imagined!

Lesson learned from this clinic-when the trust broken with the doctor, it's time to find a new one, instead of hoping it'd be fixed. The clinic was originally referred by my dentist, and I paid in full for my Invisalign treatment without dental insurance (anxious about teeth appearance in early 20s). Then half way through my Invisalign treatment, they told me it's impossible to get it fixed with Invisalign, so I had to switch to wires, which is what had happened today.

I have to wear wired retainer for my lower teeth, which is glued to the back of my teeth individually. Then one of the attachments glute on my teeth fell off after a year (their policy is they'll charge you for repair after 1year, and they will not bill your insurance because "we know the insurance won't take care of it unless it's Microsoft's") it's fine.

I paid in full the first time I went in for repair. Then two weeks after it's "repaired" (4/6-4/22/2022), the attachment fell off again-on the exact same tooth. I called in to schedule for get it re-gluted (They're very responsive in terms of getting patience in), and the assistant on the phone told me "if it's the same tooth, we will not charge it probably" -they should have it recorded.

Then I went in for the repair. it started off weird, the same girl who fixed it last time took a look and said "oh it's another tooth". I was like no it's the same one -I floss twice a day and how can I not know which tooth got problem. My dentist also has the record of which one's attachment fell off. After the assistant done the repair, the doctor stopped by for a second (he's good at talking to people and I don't doubt about his expertise) saying "oh I can see the new glute on the other one" -pointing the attachment on the other side of my teeth.

That's the moment I realized there's something wrong here. Apparently, they want to charge me again for $159, which I had paid in full, without them submitting to insurance because they "just know". (I'm with MetLife now, which is what they said they would accept and process it. Anyway, I am aware that the situation is new, and I may be still emotionally hurt as I'm typing this. I did trust them for a long time. However, i think either you don't pay everything upfront or work for Microsoft, you might need to reconsider when choosing this clinic.

I appreciate the speed and efficiency Dr. Soper's office uses. They are nice, but professional and get you in and out on time and with no hassle. Thanks!

Excellent quality, the doctor and his assistants are incredible. My son is happy to see that his teeth are more aligned every day, they solve all your doubts. I would definitely recommend Advanced Orthodontics, Dr. Soper, and team. I'm happy to have received a great recommendation for his care. His office is a warm and welcoming environment. My husband recently finished his Invisalign treatment and his new smile looks fantastic. My oldest son started Invisalign and expander treatment prior to summer, at age 9, and his smile already looks great. Dr. Soper took the time to call the night before his first visit to introduce himself and learn more about my son.

He's a great person and skilled perfectionist. I decided to complete Invisalign as well after losing my first retainer in college after braces and my teeth had already shifted and started to move more as I've aged. The correction was fast and now I have an upper and lower fixed retainer and love my smile. We will be sending our youngest son to Dr. Soper as soon as he's ready. Thank you so much!

I feel so fortunate to have had Dr. Soper recommended by my dentist last year. I had lots of crowding and misalignment of my teeth, making them difficult to keep clean. I now have nice, straight teeth and am very pleased with the result. Dr. Soper and his staff are very professional, welcoming, kind and patient, and very good at what they do. The office atmosphere is fun and friendly, and I will miss all the smiling faces, the great decor, and the great family-friendly movies playing overhead while the work goes on.

I highly recommend Dr. Soper to anyone, young or old, who wants a nice smile and straight teeth and a pleasant experience along with it. You will be very happy you chose Dr. Soper.

The first time I visited the office, dr. Soper was very patient and talked about my treatment plan. But after that first time, every time I was there for a re-check, not only I have to wait maybe 20min, but probably only have 2 min to talk to the doctor. He seems very busy and doesn't have enough time for any question. He always seems need to rush to somewhere else or answering the phone.

Dr Soper and colleagues listened carefully to my daughter's objectives, and made recommendations that pursued her priorities, not a pre-formed view of what she should do. Fantastic experience. If our first orthodontist had been like this, we wouldn't have dragged out feet and practices avoidance for two years!

Everyone in this office great from Doctors to staff! Accept for their lead finance officer Nikki! This office manager and possibly Dr. Soper is committing insurance fraud. If you read past low star reviews you will find I'm not the only person reporting fraudulent billing activity. She needs to be fired for egregiously billing clients outside of their contract guidelines. It is my opinion this person is acting on their own accord and is putting this otherwise great practice at legal risk.

Took the kid in for an eval and was quoted nearly EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS for the simple, run of the mill braces for just over a years straightening. Definitely do your homework and price shop! Will NOT be back.

I'm an adult who got braces for 2nd time, (once in high school and second time in my 40's). Dr Soper did an amazing job straightening my teeth, I have a strong tongue thrust and had multiple surgeries as a teen, so straightening my teeth was not a simple case. However, after my braces came off I opted for a permantent retainer and asked for removable retainer, just in case because I would prefer not to wear braces again.i was told I did not need the removable retainer.

Two years later the permanent retainer on the bottom broke. I went to a local orthodontist who replaced the permanent and gave me a removable retainer, which cost me another~$400, as I now live in CA. Now the top permanent retainerr has broken. its kind of a mess. And since I did not have a working permanent retainer or a removable retainer for a short space of time, I have a couple tiny gaps showing again. It's disappointing after paying thousands for what turned out initially to be perfect.

I contacted Advanced Orthodonics and they said it would cost me another $500 just to replace the permanent retainer, and more to get a removable retainer and fix the gaps. I spoke to Nikki the office manager about the issue. She said she would speak to Dr Soper about it. I have not heard back from Nikki or any one else in this office. It's pretty disappointing.

Dr. Soper and his staff are super fun and professional! I came in for a consultation for braces and got them on the same day by Yana. Yana was super quick and professional and got my braces on within an hour! All the equipment and technology they use is very modern and high tech which I appreciate. You can tell Dr. Soper cares about the outcome of his patients teeth and how their smile will turn out.

He took the time to explain how my teeth are now and where he would like them to be at the end of my treatment. I really trust Dr. Soper and his friendly staff including Ashley! I am so happy I found a great ortho office that I love!

Dr Soper and his staff are excellent. Really enjoyed the service for all my children. Erin is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful with the insurance claims. My oldest is out of his braces and his teeth look perfect. The middle two are still in braces and the care and treatment received at advanced orthodontics is superior. The youngest will be going there eventually, too.

I recommend Advanced Orthodontics! They're doing a great job so far. I'm using Invisalign + Acceledent. it's been fast and nice to see the results. Doctor Soper is great and has an adorable and competent team.

We love this practice. In spite of being very busy with lots of patients, they are able to accommodate the unforeseen run-in appointment at the last minute. Also, their staff is friendly and professional. I always enjoy a laugh and joking with Dr. Soper.

I'll be honest because I too went in a tad skeptical of Dr Stout's youthfulness and questioned his level of experience. my unfounded assumptions were proven wrong immediately. Since our very first consultation over a year ago, I have been incredibly impressed with Dr Stout and I have found his practice to be nothing short of refreshing. As a mom, I very much appreciate that he and his staff have made both myself and my daughter comfortable by being so personable, professional, available and clearly knowledgeable about her treatment plan.

They genuinely care. It's evident in all the little details from the bright and welcoming office space, to the level of attention he and his staff give their patients. We admittedly had to put the "call me anytime" offer to the test more than once and I was actually amazed with his response time and willingness to take care of us from across the country during his free time. I would confidently and without hesitation recommend Dr Stout and his team at Advanced Orthodontics!

Dr Soper is so easygoing and collaborative. I really appreciate the kind, proactive nature of the team and how they project manage us with both kids. I'd recommend this office for any ortho patient who wants and needs a relationship-based engagement.

My girlfriend and I came on a consultation and it was better than I expected. Tuesday, the lovely treatment coordinator, was fabulous and got to know us on a deep and personal note. Took the time to listen to our needs and even helped us with our Financial Arrangement. I have heard about Dr. Soper and thought there was no way he could live up to the reputation that proceeded him; I couldn't be more wrong. Dr. Soper was perfect and took the time to explain what we needed and inform us of something we never would have know without his state of the art x-ray and knowledge he has accumulated over his professional years.

Overall the experience was amazing. Our next review will be how the braces have worked: will keep you posted on the progress. A+++++++ in service, friendly staff, clean environment, and professionalism. Could not be happier and we have only been in the office for 1 hour and halfway through our same day treatment!

The folks at Advanced Orthodontics are awesome. They are always friendly and helpful. They got my daughter in at the last minute to fix something on her braces that broke. Would recommend this Orthodontist to anyone!

The Advanced Orthodontics team are professional and caring. While the office atmosphere is geared primarily toward kids, adults (like myself) are treated with the same level of care and attention.

I was referred here by a friend who knew Dr. Soper personally. I was very impressed by Dr. Soper's wide range of knowledge, personality, patience and his attitude towards his profession. Haven't really started operations with him yet, but so far so good, highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Soper over 24 months as he worked on my teeth. I never had braces as a child and required quite a bit of work (in coordination with my dentist and an oral surgeon) and Dr. Soper and his staff were certainly up to it. We initially started with lingual braces (at my preference) but after we found that these were moving too slowly Dr. Soper switched me to regular braces for no additional charge.

Even though the treatment went 6 months beyond the initial estimate I was never asked to pay an additional fee. I would highly recommend him. The assistants are also, for the most part, top quality though they do change from time to time.

Just finished two years of treatment with Advanced Orthodontics, and their team is excellent! Both Dr. Soper and Dr. Roloff are wonderful, as are all of their assistants and staff. They always greeted me with a smile, started my appointments on time, and took good care of me while I was there. They explained my treatment options and set expectations clearly up front, and I'd highly recommend going in for a consultation if you're thinking about braces but have questions or just aren't sure.

The office is clearly geared towards kids, but I felt very comfortable as an adult patient. My treatment required jaw surgery, and they recommended and worked closely with Dr. Audia, who is brilliant (and right across the street). I don't think orthodontia will ever really be fun, but the Advanced O team definitely made it the best it could be. And now I can smile again!
