I am about halfway through the duration of my treatment for TMD that's affected me for 10+ years, and my quality of life has been DRASTICALLY improved. I have seen remarkable results from my treatment and feel so thankful to have found this office. Everyone is personable, kind, and thorough with all aspects of care. Would recommend to anyone struggling with TMJ as it has changed my life in so many ways for the better.

While the doctor and majority of the staff are awesome. They lady up front is the rudest most unprofessional person I have met. She has lied multiple times about calling and leaving me messages. when I dont have voicemail set up! Doesn't update your information when given and then blames you for her mistakes. My insurance called her for me, told her they would pay, she told them I still had to pay.
When I called back for more information she hung up on me. Be warned while most people there are amazing. She is not! Update- 04/10/19 Her name is Brenda, I was told that she is the only person that is working in the front on client accounts right now. I would have messaged you directly but I cannot find a way to do that.

If I could give more stars I would. The staff is very polite and caring in how they can help! Dr. Allman is the smartest and kind Dr. I have ever came across because of him my pain is gone, my sleep is amazing, and my motivation is back! Not to mention helping my son sleep better too! I feel very blessed to have him in my life as the Doctor for my tmj!

Do not go here! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. They have you pay up front because TMJ is on the fringe of medical and dental, so good luck getting your insurance to cover it. Well, I was lucky and mine did. But, they refuse to give me my money back. They said that it is a courtesy that they even bill out to insurance at all.
The check is going to them, but they won't except it because I already paid up front, and they won't accept the contracted rate payed by insurance. She said "they don't change prices for their services for in-network coverage." So, even if I can get my insurance to write me the check instead of them, I'm still out over a hundred dollars when my EOB said my only responsibility is thirty five.
This type of behavior is inexcusable! Not only this, but the doctor said my TMJ is coming from my leg length discrepancy, and I do have one, but not the leg he said it is. And I'm sorry, but he's a dentist trying to put me into a leg lift. Unbelievable! Do not go and see this practice.

After paying out of pocket for a consultation and being quoted for the cost of services and appliances, I was told by the billing personnel that my insurance had approved reimbursement of either 70% or 90% of the cost of appliances (which I needed for day and night use). I was given the same information in writing ( I still have the form if there is some question about this).
Because this company does not bill insurance directly I was told I must pay the total cost for the appliances up front (more than 4,000.00). Since I was assured that my insurance had approved reimbursement of the majority of the cost, I borrowed money and used credit cards to pay for the appliances. After multiple calls to the same billing person for months and many hours on hold with my insurance company I found out that my insurance company was never contacted and never quoted any reimbursement.
After having to appeal twice I received little more than 400.00 back through my insurance company and am still paying down the credit card bill two years later. I did not return to the office and am having to wear a very expensive and ill fitting appliance. While I felt the doctor was kind and knowledgeable, the billing person was not honest with me and (in my opinion) was shady and unethical. It's really shameful the way I was treated and I would recommend checking directly with your insurance prior to paying for any service quoted.
