Phenomenal experience. I normally hate the dentist but I was referred through a coworker and I couldn't have been happier. Professional, courteous, and kind! They knew I had bad teeth and gums and have a hatred for the dentist and now I'm looking forward to my next few appointments to finish the work on my teeth. Highly recommend!

I had one prior visit here, and thought the dentist was nice, but found the front desk staff and dental assistant to be rude. Decided to give the practice another shot since I had a good experience with the dentist. When my next visit came around it turned out they made a scheduling error and didn't even apologize or show remorse. I made this appointment 4 months ago, and they got it messed up in their system and now I have to wait another 2 months to be seen. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but the fact that they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience speaks volumes. Will be going to a new practice.

Have to say how completely disappointed I am in Dr. Bauer's office. I am up at 3 in the morning because I am still experiencing tooth and gum pain from a crown I had installed at Dr. Bauer's office. I went into the office to have it looked at two weeks ago. I was told Dr. Bauer would be checking on me. After X-rays, I was told that she left for the day.

I made the appointment so I could see a dentist and she was the one who was in the office that day. Ridiculous. Then I am told that the X-ray will be reviewed and a dentist will call me the next day (Friday). No calls, nothing. Monday comes and I notify the receptionist Shari that I did not receive a call on Friday. She apologized and said that she would leave a message for someone to call me.

I got an email from the practice administrator letting me know that my X-rays were being reviewed. Still no call from the dentists. After back and forth, I explained that I was firing the practice and requesting my 20% deposit back on my next crown. First time I have ever paid a deposit on a crown. The practice administrator took all of the responsibility for the miscommunication.

I have since made an appointment with another dentist. Do you think I ever heard from a dentist from Dr. Bauer's office? Nope.truly one of the worse experiences I have had at a dental office.

I had severe TMJ prior to seeing Dr. Bauer. Facial pain, swelling, bloating, etc. I saw a number of masseuses, chiropractors, dentists, and ENTs before coming to Dr. Bauer. Dr. Bauer put me on a Botox plan and the difference has been MASSIVE. My face feels 100X better and it LOOKS much better too. A huge improvement in my quality of life. Thank you Dr. Bauer!

In my 64 years I have NEVER described a dental experience as awesome and amazing. I was visiting from out of town and irreparably cracked my tooth. Not only were they kind enough to get me in the next day, Dr. Jenny and her assistant Elizabeth made me the most perfect fitting crown IN ONE DAY with their state of the art equipment. They were kind, professional and so efficient that I can't stop telling everyone about my new crown. I'm still amazed. I wish I lived in the area because they would definitely be my dental office of choice.

This is the best practice I have ever been to! The office itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff is amazing! The ease of scheduling, and the upfront pricing is a plus. My hygienist was awesome, and so is Dr. Bauer. I no longer have negative feelings about going to the dentist!

Would give zero stars based upon my experience with Dr. Marnie Bauer. I rarely write a bad review but I suffered so much damage to my dental health here (jaw problems, failed restorations, painful crown and bite problems that I didn't have before coming here for treatment) and so much pain and other issues as a result of treatment I received here. Experienced very concerning incident with one of their dental assistants who was doing things she should never have been doing.

There were so many issues that were deeply troubling. To add insult to injury the office charged me in error, billing me and my insurance for things they did not do, overcharging me.the list goes on. Communications and quality issues and some really bizarre office manager who seems committed only to making sure patients have a terrible experience trying to get their billing statement correct. Jen never did correct the bill. As other reviewers have made mention- Jen is very difficult. Dr. Bauer did not provide me with good care or treatment. I could never recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was excellent but the pricing is just high. I just moved down here from NYC and I went to three dentist for quotes and Bauer was almost double in price. I am sure they do a great work but the other dentist I went to was fantastic and up the block.

What a great experience, everyone was friendly, helpful and truly cares about you. No judgment, extremely thorough and just amazing service from wonderful people. Finally found a great dental practice.

Every appointment I have, they are always on time. I'm not sure if it's a Massachusetts thing where you show up on time and don't get in for an hour, but this office is speedy! I have never had a hard time finding a time to schedule and they are always so accommodating. It is clean, hip, and not old/grungy like many can be. Love going here.

This office is full of dental professionals focused on quality patient care. The front office staff (Cheyenne and Erica) were fast and proficient and the quality of care that I received from the hygienist Lilly was second to none. Thanks for a great experience! I know that I will be back in 6 months.

Dr Bauer and Dr Lazo are both AMAZING. From the moment you walk into their office, you know they stand out far above the rest. (My husband even commented " it's like a spa in here."). The space is extremely clean and very calming. The staff are all kind and courteous. Plus they communicate via text. Which is a huge plus for me. I would highly recommend checking out Dr Bauer and associates!

From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I felt like I was being listened to. Every one was very courteous and professional. I love Dr Kansas! Truly a compassionate human being. Thank you for the very warm welcome. I am very happy I met all of you.

I enjoyed my first visit to Dr. Bauer's office! Dr. Bauer is very knowledgeable and calming; so if you hate going to the dentist, you will love her for her ability to make you forget about being in a dentists' office. The entire staff is professional, communicative and just has an overall interest in making your visit enjoyable. Alice in particular, took great care of me during my exam, x-rays and cleaning!

She too, put me at ease and addressed all my inquiries! During this pandemic, I was concerned about some things, but Alice put me at ease and in just being observant; the staff keeps the office pristine and protects patients. I felt at home and dare I say, can't wait to go back for a follow-up appointment?

My first appointment here and I was given a welcome package and then immediately brought back for my appointment. The place is very clean, the staff and Dr. Bauer is very professional and knowledgeable. The staff was willing to go the extra mile to work with me on scheduling my appointments. I will definitely refer patients here. Thank you!

I am completely impressed with the office of Dr Bauer. The office itself is such a beautiful space. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. Lilly was super sweet and so professional, one of the best teeth cleanings I have had, seriously! Dr Bauer was a delight to meet and really listened to my concerns and expectations. I am so thrilled that i found Dr Bauer's office for all my future dental needs. I will definitely recommend their office to friends.

I cannot say enough about my experience at Bauer. The staff was attentive, informative and warm. I was given extensive professional information about my dental concerns and educated about every step of my check up process. Kelsi was an incredible hygienist and Jen in the front went above and beyond to assist me with my paperwork/ insurance. Dr. Lazo was kind, thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The office was impeccably clean and a calming environment. I am so thrilled to have found them!

Will not schedule another appointment here as long as they continue to extort a $15 covid fee for every appointment. this is the only doctors office I've encountered charging additional fees to wear protective gear while seeing patients. weren't they already doing this?

I had an old filling that needed to be replaced. I delayed it until i woke up one morning with a very sensitive and painful tooth. They were able to see me same day and the doctor was kind enough to also fix it same day. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff! It was my daughters first visit and she left happy and hugged her hygienist!

I absolutely adore Dr. Bauer she is not only beautiful outside, she has the most beautiful heart inside that's the best way I can describe it! She is a miracle worker and also her whole team is amazing! I highly recommend this practice, I feel like the day at the spa also so relaxing to me!

I've gone to Dr. Bauer's office a couple times and had the best dental experience of my life. Eve and Dr. Freddy are the best! Eve is the first hygienist to clean my teeth without inflicting any pain or uncomfortableness. She is warm, easy to talk to and her many years of experience show. Dr. Freddy diagnosed a massive cavity that other dentists missed for years and did all he could to save the tooth, rather than go right to a root canal, which I'm certain many dentists would have resorted to. He had to hollow out the majority of the tooth and somehow 4 days later I have almost no pain! I would highly recommend both of them.

Excellent place! They allow parents to go to the back with the kids. The technology they have and use is impressive and nice. The facility is extremely clean and looks new. The staff from the receptionist to the dentist were super friendly and I would definitely recommend going there! 10 stars if I could.

I had a great experience here. My cosmetic bonding fell off and they got it fixed the same day for a 1/3 of the prices other prices were asking me to pay. I even got a handwritten note the next week thanking me for coming! When I walked into the office everyone said hello and called me by name. I loved the personal touches of the office!

Dr. Bauer and her staff are excellent. Recently, an old filling by another dentist fell out and I found myself in incredible pain and in need of a root canal and crown. Dr. Bauer allowed me to come in after hours for an emergency temp filling to stop the pain. They took me the very next day for the procedure. It was absolutely painless and I was able to return to work that day. The staff is always more than courteous, the environment is spotless, and I'm thankful for their help.

Absolute highway robbery! Beware! I went to Dr. Bauer's office for a routine 6 month cleaning. I am a healthy individual, brush everyday, don't smoke, and visit the dentist for a cleaning every 6 months. Dr. Bauer told me I would need 5 or 6 cavities and a crown done! When 6 months prior I saw my general dentist who I had been seeing for years (I went to see Dr. Bauer because I moved) and everything was fine!

So apparently in 6 months time, my mouth needed 6 cavities and a crown!? Let alone, their office made me buy this $25 toothpaste with flouride because my teeth were so "horrible" it needed the $25 prescription toothpaste, when my entire life, I have NEVER been told by anyone that I have need a prescription toothpaste. I went for a second opinion at another firm in Tampa, and nothing was wrong, no cavities, no crown, nothing.

They did mention flossing could be better, which of course we could all be better. Dr. Bauer is out for your money, how is it that other dentist recommend over the counter toothpaste/mouthwash, etc. but apparently through her you need prescription strength? I would NOT recommend, I will NEVER be back and I have told everyone to stay away.

This review is long overdue! I was a patient of Marnie's for almost 3 years. When I accepted a promotion to transfer to a new city for work, I was devastated to "break up" with my favorite dentist. Marnie and her entire staff were always professional and such a joy to be around. There is a true artistry to Dr. Bauer's work that is difficult to find in most practices.

I can honestly say that I looked forward to my visits to her office. Fortunately and thankfully, when my time came to move on, I was recommended to the dentist whom she trained underneath that conveniently practices in my new city. I could not be happier for the referral and connection. My new dentist speaks of her work in the highest regard and I have to agree. Thank you, Dr. Bauer!

Most painful dentist visit of my life. Took almost 2 hours to scrape my teeth until they bled! Then the doctor came in to examine me and said I have 10 cavities and may need 2-3 root canals. I'm a 23 year old healthy individual, I brush 2x a day, floss a few times a week and have minimal coffee/tea/soda intake. Pretty sure it was just a money grab. Needless to say I will for sure be getting a second opinion!

Worst "care" provider of any type that I've ever had. Went there over a year ago and have been in pain ever since. I had 3 concerns going in, none were addressed in my care plan and by the time all was said and done I just wanted to get out of there not ask for my other concerns to be addressed. I spent $4000+ (post insurance) and several hours for her intern or assistant or whatever he is to replace old cavities with their expensive ones.

He had to repeat things because he was experimenting with new techniques and failing at them. The process was 3 steps- 4 hrs, 4 hrs and then 5.5 hrs of him fumbling around. The anesthetic had completely worn off but I had to leave so didn't have time to wait for another shot to take effect so he finished with me feeling everything, including my tooth crumbling and breaking from his ripping off the first attempt.

I felt with my tongue that there was less tooth than before he tried his experiment. He was very kind and sorry and I don't blame him because he wasn't experienced and wasn't profiting off my suffering. She barely did any of the work herself and it was certainly priced for a professional. When he ran his plan by her she said "that's what you think will work best?" I should've known then but I was trusting.

I walked in having no pain in my mouth and left feeling tooth sensitivity. I was told it would wear off but it's only gotten worse. I can no longer eat many things and often feel pain just from drinking water. I'm in medical school and no longer have dental insurance. I don't have time or the money to deal with my worsening dental situation.

I literally think about this place 5x daily and how much I regret walking through that office door. I wanted a referral for my wisdom teeth to be taken out but she couldn't be bothered with something that would make someone else money and now they are coming in and crowding my mouth and I believe making the pain worse. My belief is that the only thing she cares about is making money.

Maybe I'm wrong but that's my experience- spending a ton of money just to walk out worse off. If you do go here, just be in control of your care and DO NOT TRUST THAT THEY HAVE YOUR INTERESTS IN MIND.

I have been going to Dr. Bauer since 2003 and I refer friends and Tampa newcomers every chance I get. Dr. Bauer is extremely conscientious, thorough and gentle. Her commitment to superior patient care is apparent in her care and through her staff, who are very welcoming and knowledgeable. My entire family sees Dr. Bauer, including my kids. We highly recommend Bauer Dentistry!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! I highly recommend Dr. Bauer! I have been going there for several years. They run on time and I am always able to get in and out quickly.
