Watson Brown is a great group to work with. They provide excellent advice and guidance that I can depend on. Frank and Jeremy have been fantastic to do business with and their staff is a step above any other I have experienced! I would recommend them to anyone who has a practice to sell.

Watson-Brown helped immensely in the sale of my practice by having a ready list of potential buyers which they provided once I gave them my requests for a potential buyer, templates for the sale contract and mailings, list of items that would need to be transferred to the buyer, access to companies for addressing appraisal of the practice and support for any question along the path to the sale. Great team.

I reached out to Watson Brown to begin the process of selling my dental practice in the summer of 2018. By December of 2018 I was enjoying my retirement! The entire process was handled in a professional, discreet manner. They referred excellent doctors to me. They were always available by phone to answer questions. All of the documents were prepared properly for closing.

They followed up after closing and are helping my CPA with the necessary tax forms. It is a turn key operation. Frank and his son Jeremy are excellent attorneys and they have excellent assistants, Kim and Leslie. The review by R.G. Is exactly on the mark for these scammers. I used Frank Brown several years ago as my representative to broker a dental office sale transaction. An absolute disaster. I was a novice at the time and trusted Frank to use his "expertise" to help me safeguard my interests and from his actions it seemed like he rather sold me down the river. Tons of egregious errors leading to a pit dug for me when I took over that took me years to dig myself out of.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this man or his form to anyone out there looking for any kind of dental transaction. Not trustworthy, not competent, and definitely should not be used!
