I would recommend seeking other surgeons before this place. They are over charge a lot, also they have no idea to explain it.

They did a very good and fast job and recovery was quick for me. Great job checking in on patient 2 weeks later.

I had my implant surgery late last year. The recovery from this surgery was a breeze. I did not even take a pain pill. I highly recommend Dr. Phan and his staff if you are in of any type of oral surgery. My personal experience was awesome.

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience. The consult was on time and friendly. Dr Phan was calming and answered all my questions. On the day of surgery, everyone was prepared and on time. They were all done and were giving me instructions when I asked about the bone graft. They had not communicated to the dentist so they had to open me back up. (I paid an additional $1500 for the service up front so they definitely knew).

I also expected a check in phone call the next day but got nothing. I went in 6 days after surgery due to pain and the stitches coming undone and they accused me of taking them out when I just clipped the 2 inch string hanging out as the nurse on the phone told the to! Overall, the staff treated me like I was a "problem". I'm a very good patient and have never had this kind of treatment. In summary, not a good experience and I won't be back for the implant.

Worst experience of my life! I will never ever do any business with these people again. They request that you pay for their services upfront and do not perform the service you paid for and then pretend that your insurance did not cover some of the expenses so that they could not issue your refund and remind you that the plans offered were just estimates. Estimates were more than $600 off?!?!? Worst oral surgery experience ever!

Dr. Phan and his staff took amazing care of my husband who had a unique case due to prior dental surgery. The administrative staff, nurses, and assistance were very kind, thoughtful, and professional. Dr. Phan was very friendly and efficient. They took every precaution due to COVID. Checked temps at entry, asked people to sit 6 ft apart, and everyone wore masks appropriately.

Their office was clean and inviting. The patient rooms were clean and there was plenty of room. Overall they treated my husband with a high level of individual care. We are very thankful to everyone

I came to Dr. Phan for a Wisdom Teeth Removal Consult after receiving a recommendation from my Dentist. The staff was great; very friendly ladies. The office was updated and clean. However, when Dr. Phan came to speak to me in regards to what to expect and explaining my X-Rays to me. He was very informative. But he sort of guilt tripped me due to the fact that I "should've" gotten them removed when I was 15-16 years old and that "we cannot turn back time".

He immediately started at what I should've done and not what I need to do now. He honestly scared me more than I was prior to the consult. I also have a few piercings in which he practically demanded have to be removed upon surgery. And I understand at times the jewelry should be removed, however I went to another Doctor in Grapevine for a consult, and he has no issues with my piercings. Overall, Phan didn't have the bedside manner I was looking for.

Great experience! Staff is knowledgeable, comforting and always seem more than happy to answer any questions I have! If you're nervous about your oral surgery like I was, then this is the place for you!

We liked the doctor on our visit with our 9 year old. We felt comfortable and at ease. Then they told us their anesthesiologist does not work with insurance, it was going to cost us $600. Our insurance cover oral surgery and anesthesia 100% so unfortunately we had to find someone else.

What a great office. Tiffany is so nice and explained everything to me as she did it. Dr. Phan is so amazing and kind! The entire office team makes the experience warm and welcoming. I had wisdom teeth surgery and I healed very nicely. I'm so glad I came here. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Phan was great! He and his staff were always warm and friendly. I got all 4 wisdom teeth out and had surprisingly minimal pain and felt like I had received the best care. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Chen was the most amazing oral surgeon. He answered all of my questions and really eased my fears about getting my wisdom teeth removed. He did such a great job especially since my case was such a difficult one. His partner was such a great help with an unexpected follow up visit as well. Highly recommend this team.

Dr Phan was great. My child had all four wisdom teeth removed with no problems. They provided him with information for post op and we had a follow up appt 2 1/2 weeks after and they said everything was healing well.

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed here. They did a exceptional job with her. She hardly bruised and she wasn't in too much pain. She healed so fast as well. The staff and surgeons here are awesome! I can not say one bad thing or wrong here. It was all positive! Great place, would recommend to anyone that would need this type of services!

I saw a review that stated the customer believed that they were overcharged. I would just like to put it out there that I think they are incorrect. I have a coworker who had all four wisdom teeth removed recently, just as I did, by a different surgeon. We have the exact same insurance, and both her consultation and the cost of surgery was a bit higher than what I paid.

I think their prices are very reasonable and obviously from my experience, lower than that of others I know. I had a great experience with Dr. Phan and his staff. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands!

I Gotta say Dr. AIDAN, PHAN, D.D.S is amazing our 10 year old would not open his mouth for anyone first time meeting the doctor he open his mouth and was able to have his surgery without any hesitation! Gavin is sad because he is truly going to miss him he wish he could be his main dentist & also the staff is amazing Thank you Team Connie & Gavin

I went to the Richardson location to have my wisdom teeth extracted and everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a super quick and easy procedure and they were very in depth on how to continue with the after care. I had little to no pain the following days and healed really well. I go to the Carrollton location for my follow ups and they are really good with checking in and their office staff is amazing! Very sweet girls who seem to really enjoy their jobs. I really appreciated their service and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Phan is such a sweetheart. I went in for a consult for a piece of bone sticking out of my gums and he was able to take off the sharp part that was cutting my tongue. He was gentle and kind. The office is so pretty and the assistants are very kind. 10/10 Claire Pan

Billing nightmare. They pre-qualified with insurance and demanded all patient responsibility be paid in advance. fair enough and we complied. However, they sent a bill for an additional LARGE amount after the fact, which was not agreed upon. I regret not shopping prices around the area more thoroughly.

Dr. Chan and his staff are absolutely incredible! 5 stars is exactly what this Dr. deserves! We were there recently for wisdom teeth extraction for our son, it was a complete success, no complications what-so-ever! These Dr.'s know what they are doing, and Anesthesiologist was brilliant when sedation was needed for him too! We want to convey our sincere gratitude to everyone associated for their hard work!
