Great place to get your teeth taken care of. I come here every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned. They send me text messages to keep me reminded about my appointments. Once arrived I have never had to wait and the staff has been very caring and attentive. My teeth look better and my mouth feels much healthier after each cleaning. I would definitely recommend using this dental office.

Over the past two years, every time I have gone here I have waited at least 30 minutes for my appointment and I have seen a different doctor, despite requesting the same one. They have cancelled on me 3 times, including an appointment I made 6 months in advance. Furthermore, they told me about cavities I had, a month after my appointment and neglected to explain the process of a root canal. Today, I went and waited outside in 28 degree weather, while repeatedly knocking on the door, and watching staff walk by who refused to unlock the door. Turns out, they had cancelled my appointment for the third time. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Will not be seeing them again.

Angela is amazing! She is understanding, works with you anyway she can to get your treatment correct in a professional manner. I have been seeing Dr. Moore and his work is amazing! He goes over what he is going to be doing prior to doing any work and is very gentle! I'm very impressed with the work I just had done!

The front office staff are very friendly and accommodating with appointments and getting you in and out, my hygienist was very knowledgeable about the effect of sleep apnea and other underlying issues on the teeth and treatment which impressed me. The doctor showed concern for for different aspects of needed treatment. I recommend this facility.

Do not go here! I went here for a few years and every time I came here they would tell me everything is fine, I'm in perfect dental health- no issues. Then they would send me on my way till the next visit. Last time I went there for a cleaning, the hygienist barely touched my teeth and or did anything. After years of this and being told everything is fine I decided to go to another dentist to get checked out and have a proper cleaning. Lo and behold, turns out I had 10 cavities (4 on my top and 6 on my bottom row) and 2 cracked teeth due to old fillings that had expanded.

To make matter worse, 2 of the cavities had become so bad that the roots were infected and I had to get 2 root canals. Also, I was diagnosed with a gum infection (periodontal disease) by the new dentist. My new dentist office said my dental care had been so neglected, that they couldn't believe I had been to a dentist recently. The whole time I was going to North Star and thinking everything is okay, and all of this is going on in my teeth.

I am so glad I got away from there and will never go back again. It's upsetting because what would have happened if I never went to another dentist? Word of caution: if you go here, you may want to go get another dentist to check you asap

Completely Dissatisfied Warning! Please be warned that North Star Dental can't get the basics right. I have called their office during office hours, 7 times over the past 3 mths. to schedule my semi-annual cleaning & checkup. Until yesterday, on the 7th call, I never reached a real person and had to leave a message requesting an appointment. and call back.

First red flag! Never did the office call back! Finally, on the 7th call, did I reach a real person, who suggested they could see me the following day, however my regular Dental Hygienist- Libby was no longer with the practice (2nd Red Flag!) and that another hygienist I have seen before (Michele) could see me at 11am. I arrived.

Went there for the first time and was in love with the atmosphere and look of the office. Decor is wonderful, the employees are so friendly and accommodating. I had lots of problems to fix, but was on a time constraint, and yet they were able to squeeze in enough of a root canal so I could at least walk out with less pain than I had been experiencing, and I was still able to get out at the time I needed. Totally recommend

Highly recommend Dr. Uribe she is one of the best dentist at North Star dental. Not like other dentist she Is very honest when diagnosing. The staff is very friendly.

So thankful for for Angela and Crystal for their patience with sorting out our insurance situation. We have been seeking a dentist "home" to ensure our routine maintenance is up to date. Everyone was so helpful, honest, and easy to work with! So thankful to have found a dentist for my daughter and I.

Had a dental emergency and I was taken an hour after I called. The dentist was highly skilled and kept me informed throughout the procedure. Great job and the work was done professionally.

She is amazing. Came to her with cavities and so many dental issues and she has guided me all the way taking care of my dental needs and restoring my confidence and smile. She ensures her procedures are painless, I repeat absolutely painless. I did an extraction and only felt movement but no pain. Definitely retaining her as my orthodontist. All you need do is tell her what your issue is and she'll find a way. Thanks so much Dr. Uribe.

I have been going to the office for years. This, time the required paperwork for their new system. Letting patients know that arriving a few minutes early would have been helpful. My guess is that the new software was the reason that the mouth guard that I had been fitted with last December never flagged the office staff to let me know that it had arrived and that I could pick it up. Now wondering if it is time to find someone else.

Our family has been going to this office for all dental needs for over 10 years. Everyone here is terrific! They offer flexible hours to accommodate all schedules. Everyone that works on you from cleanings to major work is top notch! The office is always bright and clean and the music is great too. We highly recommend North Star Dental!

I just have to say I LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE! I know we all hate going to the dentist but they really do a great job at making it a pleasant experience. I have the best hygienist, Libby, I can not even think about getting a cleaning done anywhere else! The Dentist and Dental Assistant, Anika, are patient and mindful of your tolerance and they do great work. Lastly, Michelle, who works the front used to work be a dental assistant, which is helpful when calling and making appointments, she's able to give some guidance and clarity to whatever you need done. I hope I never have to go to another dentist again! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Went today for a cleaning knowing i needed a bunch of work! They listened to my concern and what i wanted and i had a tooth pulled. I have severe anxiety and they went out of their way to calm me down and make sure i was ok. They were amazing and so nice. Def recommend them and will be going back to finish my other dental work!

I've been to a lot of dentists and this is the first one that I've enjoyed returning to. Like most places, they're really accommodating about their appointments. They're also great about reminding you with a phone call or text. Scheduling an appointment has NEVER been a problem for me. I had my teeth cleaned by Sylvia, who was simply amazing. She kept me laughing with stories as she cleaned my teeth. Before I knew it, she was done. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Very Friendly staff, very easy to understand Dentist as he explains the process in Layman's terms. Had a new crown and cleaning done both went very well.

This office and it's staff are absolutely amazing! I am a recovering addict and came into North Star dental ready to begin the process of complete restoration for my smile. I had been to a previous dentist and left feeling even more ashamed and treated as the person I use to be. Not ONE SINGLE time has Dr. Moore, Dr. Hamidi or any of their staff. treated me like anything less than the redeemed person I am today, a human being. Having to face my x ray of my mouth not once but twice in the office I cried both times.

I was met with love, compassion and a promise of partnership for this complete and total restoration. I'm so very grateful for all of the doctors and staff. God answered my prayers when I prayed for the right "family" to accompany and assist me in this journey! I love love love this place and will FOREVER be changed by the way I was treated from the time I made the 1st phone call.

I used Dr. Moore for years and never had any issues with my care. But then new partners came in, and after seeing Dr. Charles, I have changed to another practice. I prefer a conservative dentist who explains why they recommend certain procedures and who will answer questions.
